All of the staff at Westbury Court are friendly, helpful, polite, considerate and above all caring. They make the atmosphere at the home incredibly warm and happy, always making visits a positive experience. It's gratifying to know that Dad is in such capable hands. My mum has been very happy here in the home. The staff are excellent and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff inform my sister and I if any problems arise. The activities have been excellent during a very difficult period.

I have been very impressed by the home and the caring way in which the manager and staff welcomed my mother into Westbury Court and helped her to settle in.
The home has a cheerful atmosphere.
Everyone I have met has been friendly and helpful and treated my mother with kindness and respect.
I have
not rated food and drink as due to Covid restrictions I have not seen the meals provided.

This care home is kept clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern and the staff are very supportive of both my parents who live there. Covid has been very difficult with visiting but things are now heading in the right direction and I hope we will have greater flexibility
soon, with visiting times and the numbers of visitors increasing from next week. The entertainment has suffered during Covid but before lockdown, there was always a variety of activities offered and trips out and the team send us regular updates. The private site to view photos is always welcoming. The team put on a short Panto during the lockdown and I know they are keen to resume all the entertainment to give the residents the variety of options that help.

I have found Westbury Court a very pleasant care home to visit and to receive their ready assistance, advice and answers to my questions promptly in a compassionate/caring manner by your excellent manager/carers and other staff. When visiting my wife, I feel a very welcoming, homely atmosphere present.
Nothing is too much trouble for carers and my wife has settled down there, due to this individual care that she receives.

Westbury Court is a very homely, friendly home. All the staff are easy to talk to and you can phone at any time. My husband loved it there and when he came home, he kept asking to go back. When are you going to take him back? He was cared for and supported excellently. We would certainly use you again

Excellent management, knowledgeable and friendly staff and a beautiful setting for end of life care. Felt so at ease knowing my Dad was well looked after and cared for in his final week, they ensured he was comfortable and keeping his dignity until the end. My mother moved to Westbury Court in January 2021. From the start, I found the staff to be extremely helpful and caring towards my mother. Whilst she would find any home difficult to adjust to, the staff have given her and our family 100% support. The home is beautifully decorated and clean throughout.
Activities are well structured and the weekly email circular keeps us informed about all the different activities. It is extremely reassuring to see pictures of my mother on the secure website. Thank you to all involved for making my mum’s stay as comfortable and secure as possible. It is really appreciated by everyone in the family.

All of the staff, nurses, front of house and those behind the scenes, cared for my mum like one of the family. They made her comfortable content and more importantly loved through an incredibly difficult and unpredictable year. They showed compassion and professionalism during Mum's final months. We
were fortunate enough to be with Mum until the end they cared for us, laughed with us and cried with us when it was time. We cannot thank them enough.

My mum lived at Westbury Court for 14-months and came to see it as her home. I will be forever grateful for all the love and compassion shown to her by all the staff. Mum always received the nest of care and she often commented on how staff 'went above and beyond' to give her the best care possible.
At the end of Mums life, staff were so caring and supportive, and even in these difficult 'covid' times, they ensured that we were able to be with Mum when she passed. I could see how much Mum was loved by all the staff, and it has given me great comfort now that she is no longer with us.

My mother came into Westbury Court and straight away made friends. She didn't realise how lonely she was at her own home. The staff are very helpful and caring about all the needs of mum's health etc. When mum was not feeling too good the staff kept me informed of how she was doing.

Since our mum has been at Westbury Court she has been treated with outstanding patience, care and love.
With Covid and not being able to be there as often or to even touch her the staff have been her family and we are so grateful.
It is such a difficult situation putting a loved one in to care but
we couldn't be happier and more grateful for having her living at Westbury Court!
