My father has been treated with dignity and love whilst at Coppice Lodge. Staff are aware of his likes and dislikes and try to accommodate where possible. My father has had a few outbursts whilst at the home which suggests that his dementia is getting worse. They have suggested a move upstairs to the dementia section but the family have not wanted this. The staff have accepted our decision and worked well to suggest other ways around his problems. Very nice people to work with.

Only having 2 outside visits I did find the staff very helpful and caring and am very pleased that we chose this care home to look after my wife. I have not had chance to view the rooms etc so cannot comment on some of the options.

The staff have worked very hard during the last 9 months and taken great care of the residents, and my mother has been quite happy during this time and felt settled at the home.
It would be good if the home could utilise modern technology more and allow residents regular FaceTime opportunities with their families.

My mother was admitted after an accident and although her mental health has deteriorated over the past few months she has been fully supported and treated with dignity at all times. I have been kept informed of any changes throughout her stay. The whole family are so happy that Mum is happy and safe - thank you!!

I cannot praise Coppice Lodge enough. The care and kindness of each and every member of staff is fantastic. The manager runs the home efficiently and doesn't miss a thing, but I can see all the staff are very fond of her. I was very concerned about sending my mother into a care home, but I cannot fault Coppice Lodge. They are all like family now to her and us.

The best has been having regular photos and information on Facebook seeing photos helps me to know mum is good. Also providing skype when we want has been the best as we can talk and see each other. I miss mum a lot but Coppice has provided all the professional care she needs.

We have been visiting my mother for the past year and a half years. She is 93 and unable to walk, but she is enjoying watching the staff and their activities and pointing out what they are doing wrong. There is always a sense of good humour about the place, spirits seem to be always high and happy. Very pleased with our choice. Thank you!
