My wife and I both attended the garden fete at Jubilee Lodge, Bourton-on-the-Water. The event was absolutely fantastic, the residents and families had a thoroughly wonderful day, everything went extremely well, with something for everyone, the singer was great, getting those able to have a dance up during the day and the activity organiser Lisa was super fun showing us all the dance moves. A really huge well done to all the staff, who helped make the day so special

Welcoming, compassionate, the home is vibrant and colourful.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed visiting our annual fete and that you experienced the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our home. It's wonderful to know our vibrant community, compassionate team and happy residents made such a positive impression. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
Elderly father entered into care at Jubilee Lodge. Welcoming from staff, nothing too much trouble, my father likes very hot drinks and make sure they are hot. We as family feel very at ease at this difficult time that all his needs are catered for at the highest level. He enjoys the banter with the staff and has attended some of the home activities. The staff are very encouraging to get him to participate at 91 years young. He appears to be very happy and my mum as his main carer is also confident he is well looked after, married over 65 years.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are so pleased to hear that your father has settled in well at Jubilee Lodge and that both he and your family feel comfortable and reassured by the care and support he receives. It's wonderful to know that he is enjoying the company of our team, taking part in...
My family and I had not had any experience of Care Homes, until about 4 weeks ago when our mother became a resident at Jubilee Court. Needless to say, we were anxious about what to expect. However, our anxiety and fears were unfounded. Jubilee Court is warm, caring and hospitable, to both the residents and their families. Mum settled in really quickly because she was made to feel so welcome and was constantly reassured. It is a relief to know that our mother is now both safe and secure in their care. Also I have to say the quality of the food is exceptional and the menu carefully thought out each day, to ensure nutrition and variety of choice. I was fortunate enough to join my mum for lunch on a couple of a occasions and the food certainly did not disappoint. It was delicious! So for my mum, who loves her food, each mealtime is the highlight of her day. Chef was also kind enough to accommodate some of my Mother's special request which helped make her feel more at home. Thank you Chef. And all you wonderful people at Jubilee Court.
Thank you for such a wonderful review. The team at Jubilee Lodge will be delighted to hear all of your feedback. We are so pleased everything has felt professional and well looked after.
The standard of care Mum receives is outstanding. She's settled into daily life really well and that's due to the staff treating her with such care and respect. Mum really enjoys the variety and quality of food available which caters for all requirements. She regularly joins in the activities provided for residents. As a family we don't worry about Mum when we're not around because we know she's well cared for and safe.
Thank you so much for this lovely review! It means so much to the whole team to receive such positive feedback. We're so pleased that your Mum has settled in well and that she is enjoying living at Jubilee Lodge so much. We love having her with us.
My experience of Jubilee Lodge is very good, people are very well looked after, the care team and nurses go above and beyond their duties. Also, the food is excellent, having spent Christmas day and having dinner, it was just like homemade, nothing too much trouble for the chef to please the residents. All in all, very pleasing and satisfying.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review! This lovely feedback means so much to the whole team, and we're delighted you're so happy with your experience of Jubilee Lodge.
Jubilee Lodge is a lovely home it has a warm friendly atmosphere and the staff are always welcoming. I am so pleased and grateful my mum is a resident and would 100% recommend Jubilee to anyone looking for a care home. Mum has been a resident for almost 4 years now, she settled surprisingly quickly on admission and is happy and content. I am reassured in the knowledge that she is being well looked after and I will be kept informed of any changes in her health and wellbeing.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of Jubilee Lodge, and for your recommendation - it means a lot to the team. It's an honour to care for your mum, and we're delighted to see her so happy and settled with us. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there is ever anything more we can do to support her, or you.
Jubilee Lodge provided excellent care from a lovely team of carers and staff. As a family, we couldn't have chosen a better place for my mum to have some respite. Always helpful and very kind carers and Mum said the food was excellent! Thank you all very much.
It was a pleasure to have your mum with us, and she is welcome any time. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and write us a review, thank you.
My sister in law has been in Jubilee Lodge for nearly two years. In this time, she has been looked after really well. The whole staff have been incredible. The chefs go beyond their duties in regards to all foods and we have made some good friends with them all.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience of Jubilee Lodge - we'll pass on your feedback to the team, and the chef in particular! Please don't hesitate to ask if there is anything more we can do to help your family.
My friend has been a resident at Jubilee Lodge for a little while now and I haven't seen her so settled and happy for a long time - it's a joy to see. The staff, although always very busy, go above and beyond every day and always with a smile on their faces. The manager and deputy are always available to talk through any questions and nothing ever seems too much trouble. It's always a daunting time when a loved one needs to go into care but Jubilee made the transition so easy and any fears were dispelled very early on. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with a smile, the home looks and smells clean and really well looked after. The only downside I would say that she has commented on is the food could be a little more varied, but that is a small price to pay for knowing she is well looked after and ultimately, happy. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jubilee Lodge to anyone.
What lovely words, thank you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience of Jubilee Lodge as we're sure your feedback will be of help and support to others facing the task of choosing a care home for a loved one. It's a pleasure to care for your friend and we're delighted that she is so happy with us. Thanks too for feedback on our food, which has been noted.
Dad just loves the food. Whenever I ask him how a meal was he says "It was excellent" and he can be a real grump! The chef and his team do an incredible job of listening to the residents and relatives and making any adjustments or changes for the better. The menus rotate with seasonal changes but with regular stalwarts like fish on Friday and a delicious Sunday roast. Dad is totally spoilt with a cooked breakfast every morning, where grilled tomatoes and fried bread are made especially for Dad.
Thank you Jubilee Lodge for caring for my Dad so amazingly and just keep doing what you are doing!
What lovely feedback, thank you! We're so glad to have your Dad with us, and over the moon that he is so happy with us here. We will pass on compliments to the chef if there is anything more we can do to support your Dad, please don't hesitate to ask.
My dad has been in Jubilee Lodge for the past 22 months. As a resident, he had always been treated with care and compassion. I can only comment on day staff, as I haven't been in during night time, but Dad has a good rapport with the carers. I would definitely recommend Jubilee Lodge to any family or friends.
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review of your dad's experience at Jubilee Lodge, and for your recommendation. It's a pleasure to have your dad with us, and if there is anything more we can do to support him, or you, please don't hesitate to ask.
From the first day my mum arrived on the assessment unit back in May, the staff have been kind and very understanding, so much so that when we had to decide on a residential home for her to move to after her assessment, we chose for her to stay at Jubilee Lodge. All the staff on every unit are friendly and patient with her. The communication is excellent and the management is second to none. We are very happy Mum is at Jubilee Lodge and she is safe, happy, and well cared for. Thank you all. Oh, and she loves the food!
Thank you for you kind words about our home, and about the food. We are so happy to be able to continue caring for your mum, and glad that we are able to support your family this way. If there is ever anything else we can do, please just let us know.
Living so far away means, we only visit every couple of months, but we are always made feel very welcome, even given a cup of tea and a biscuit if the staff can find the time. It is obviously a very caring community, everyone is so kind and helpful. Our sister-in-law is very happy in her environment, she loves the staff and appreciates the care she is given. we cannot speak highly enough of Jubilee Lodge.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and leave us a review - we really appreciate it. It's always nice to welcome friends and family to Jubilee Lodge. It's a pleasure to care for your sister-in-law, and if there is anything else we could do, please just let us know.
Fabulous food, very caring and loving nurses and staff. Many, many thanks for helping to get me back to health. I was very thin and lost a lot of weight during my stay in hospital. Now I have gained over 7 pounds!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful story and for taking the time to write us a review! It's a pleasure to have you with us at Jubilee Lodge and to be on your journey back to health with you. Please don't hesitate to ask if there is anything more we can do to support you.
We would like to say thank you to all the staff who look after our friend. She is very happy here and is looked after extremely well. When we visit we are made welcome. We have had lunch with our friend, the chef and staff have gone out of their way to make our lunch an enjoyable one with our friend. So happy memories.
Thanks so much for taking the time to write us a review. We're so pleased your friend is happy with us at Jubilee Lodge, and that we're also able to make you feel so welcome when you visit. We appreciate your feedback, thank you.
My father has been in Jubilee Lodge for over 2 years, at the grand old age of 98, the care he has received has been excellent. The staff are very welcoming and give my father good care, also communicating with us as a family so we can discuss his care needs. I would recommend Jubilee Lodge to anyone who is looking for a care home.
Many thanks for your review, we really appreciate it. We love having your father stay with us, he's an absolute delight. The staff will be thrilled to hear how highly you think of the care and communication we provide. Thank you for recommending Jubilee Lodge.
Food quality has been at a great standard, adapting to familiar flavours and consulting my mother and I on preferences.
Excellent multidisciplinary team, working together to give high standards of care.
Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate it. I'm glad we've been able to support your mother with finding her favourite foods. Do let us know if there is anything else we can put on the menu! We're glad to have your mother with us at Jubilee Lodge.
