My wife and I both attended the garden fete at Jubilee Lodge, Bourton-on-the-Water. The event was absolutely fantastic, the residents and families had a thoroughly wonderful day, everything went extremely well, with something for everyone, the singer was great, getting those able to have a dance up during the day and the activity organiser Lisa was super fun showing us all the dance moves. A really huge well done to all the staff, who helped make the day so special

Elderly father entered into care at Jubilee Lodge. Welcoming from staff, nothing too much trouble, my father likes very hot drinks and make sure they are hot. We as family feel very at ease at this difficult time that all his needs are catered for at the highest level. He enjoys the banter with the staff and has attended some of the home activities. The staff are very encouraging to get him to participate at 91 years young. He appears to be very happy and my mum as his main carer is also confident he is well looked after, married over 65 years.

My family and I had not had any experience of Care Homes, until about 4 weeks ago when our mother became a resident at Jubilee Court. Needless to say, we were anxious about what to expect. However, our anxiety and fears were unfounded. Jubilee Court is warm, caring and hospitable, to both the residents and their families. Mum settled in really quickly because she was made to feel so welcome and was constantly reassured. It is a relief to know that our mother is now both safe and secure in their care. Also I have to say the quality of the food is exceptional and the menu carefully thought out each day, to ensure nutrition and variety of choice. I was fortunate enough to join my mum for lunch on a couple of a occasions and the food certainly did not disappoint. It was delicious! So for my mum, who loves her food, each mealtime is the highlight of her day. Chef was also kind enough to accommodate some of my Mother's special request which helped make her feel more at home. Thank you Chef. And all you wonderful people at Jubilee Court.

The standard of care Mum receives is outstanding. She's settled into daily life really well and that's due to the staff treating her with such care and respect. Mum really enjoys the variety and quality of food available which caters for all requirements. She regularly joins in the activities provided for residents. As a family we don't worry about Mum when we're not around because we know she's well cared for and safe.

My experience of Jubilee Lodge is very good, people are very well looked after, the care team and nurses go above and beyond their duties. Also, the food is excellent, having spent Christmas day and having dinner, it was just like homemade, nothing too much trouble for the chef to please the residents. All in all, very pleasing and satisfying.

Jubilee Lodge is a lovely home it has a warm friendly atmosphere and the staff are always welcoming. I am so pleased and grateful my mum is a resident and would 100% recommend Jubilee to anyone looking for a care home. My friend has been a resident at Jubilee Lodge for a little while now and I haven't seen her so settled and happy for a long time - it's a joy to see. The staff, although always very busy, go above and beyond every day and always with a smile on their faces. The manager and deputy are always available to talk through any questions and nothing ever seems too much trouble. It's always a daunting time when a loved one needs to go into care but Jubilee made the transition so easy and any fears were dispelled very early on. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with a smile, the home looks and smells clean and really well looked after. The only downside I would say that she has commented on is the food could be a little more varied, but that is a small price to pay for knowing she is well looked after and ultimately, happy. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jubilee Lodge to anyone.

My Dad was moved into Jubilee Lodge 7 weeks ago and the lovely staff could not have been more welcoming. There is always a happy buzz amongst the staff and I am always greeted with lovely smiles. These early weeks while Dad settles in have been challenging but the staff are always proactive and make themselves available to chat matters through and look at positive resolutions.
Dad just loves the food. Whenever I ask him how a meal was he says "It was excellent" and he can be a real grump! The chef and his team do an incredible job of listening to the residents and relatives and making any adjustments or changes for the better. The menus rotate with seasonal changes but with regular stalwarts like fish on Friday and a delicious Sunday roast. Dad is totally spoilt with a cooked breakfast every morning, where grilled tomatoes and fried bread are made especially for Dad.

Thank you Jubilee Lodge for caring for my Dad so amazingly and just keep doing what you are doing!

From the first day my mum arrived on the assessment unit back in May, the staff have been kind and very understanding, so much so that when we had to decide on a residential home for her to move to after her assessment, we chose for her to stay at Jubilee Lodge.
