It was the hardest thing to have to put our mom into a home, but she needed 24:7 care. Yes the facilities are modern, clean and homely. But Lime Tree is so much more.
In communications, the home mantra is Ohana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind. We've found time and time again that this isn't lip service.
Tyler and Lauren have clear understanding of your loved one, despite being 'management' and always have an open door policy. We have been blessed with team leaders Stacey and Sarah who help us to advocate for our mom across all health services, and we can't thank them enough for their dedication, along with all their team members, and night team such as Mel and Rachel. They all take such great care of mom.
We simply can't fit it all into a 1000 character review! But we do know we'd be totally lost without them!
Thank you for taking the time to share such heartfelt feedback. We're truly honoured to be trusted with your loved one's care and to support your family during such an important transition. It means so much to know our values, relationships and commitment to family are felt every day.
Dad sadly passed away at the beginning of April after a brief hospital stay, but his time at Lime Tree has been so very precious. He was loved and cared for right to the end, with his favourite staff coming to support him and myself in his final hours at the hospital. During the 18 months dad was a resident, the staff and management worked some magic, adapting their approaches when needed to better meet his complex needs. He was a unique character and we were lucky to have such a wonderful group of people to carry us and give us hope during some challenging times. Lime Tree is a place of warmth and has a family atmosphere. The staff brought the sunshine to my dad and greatly improved his mental health. We have been so lucky to be part of the Lime Tree community and feel that we found the very best care home in the area. My dad deserved the best and we cannot fault any aspect of the care that he was given.
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt tribute. It was a real privilege to support your dad and be part of your family's journey. We're so pleased Lime Tree Court felt like a welcoming, family place and that the care and kindness shown made such a positive difference.
We are very happy with the care & support provided by the Lime Tree family - the staff certainly make you feel like family & went above & beyond over the last couple of weeks when mom came down with an infection & we didn't want her going into hospital as this tends to stress her out. It was agreed that mom could be treated in her home environment & we as a family were really grateful for this as it meant we could spend as much time as possible with mom which would not have been the case in hospital. The staff were not only supportive of mom needs but to us as a family too which really means a lot to us. I would certainly recommend Lime Tree Court to anyone who is looking for a homely environment for their loved one.
Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We're so pleased to hear that your loved one was able to receive care in a familiar, calm environment and that this supported both her wellbeing and your time together as a family. Knowing our team could offer reassurance and care during a challenging time means a great deal to us, and we truly appreciate your recommendation.
My experience of the love and care the staff showed my mother couldn't have been better! The staff are exemplary. The room prepared for the end of life is perfect - so quiet and peaceful. I was so well looked after as well as mum and for this I couldn't be more thankful.
Thank you for sharing such moving feedback. It means a great deal to hear that the team provided such compassionate support and that the peaceful setting brought comfort during such an important time. Knowing you felt cared for alongside your mother is truly heartwarming, and we're grateful for your kind words.
When I visit I feel like I am going to see my family, not only my mom. Staff are so welcoming and offer support and guidance when needed. Medical advice is sought without delay and when appropriate.
Food is always available and always smells amazing!
There is always something going on for residents to engage with, exercise/hairdressing/singing or old football matches being shown on tv all of it is suitable and stimulating for residents. Thank you Lime tree.
Thank you for sharing such wonderful feedback. We're delighted to hear your mum feels so well cared for and that you feel part of the Lime Tree Court family when you visit. It's lovely to know our team's kindness and the welcoming atmosphere make a real difference. Your comments about the activities and the food are greatly appreciated.
Although I've put Dec 2025 it relates to most of 2025. The last year has been particularly difficult health wise for me and my husband. So to know mom was receiving and continues to receive the best care possible took a heap load of stress off me. The home keeps in contact with social media group chat, phone calls etc. So I was never out the loop. I can't thank Tyler and her whole team enough for their care and dedication to the residents of Lime Tree Court. There's always something going on, Tracey is a god send for all the things she organises. I wouldn't have mom anywhere else. Thank you Tyler and Team.
Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We're so pleased to hear that you feel supported and kept informed, and that your loved one is happy and well cared for. It means a great deal to know this brings peace of mind during a challenging time. We truly appreciate your kind words.
Mom's been at lime tree for over 12 months now. The staff go out of their way to make all residents feel comfortable and well cared for , nothing is too much trouble, Tracey finds loads of activities to keep them happy and stimulated . Would recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere for their loved one to be looked after and can relax that they are well cared for and safe
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We're so pleased to hear your mum feels comfortable and well cared for, and that the activities help keep her happy and engaged. Your recommendation means so much to us.
My mom moved here after two respite homes were not suitable for her. The management and care staff at Lime Tree are patient and genuinely care for the welfare of my mom and all the residents. I am proud to say this is a good home where I can trust that she is in safe hands and will happily spend her remaining days.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It's wonderful to hear your mum feels safe and comfortable, and that you have peace of mind knowing she is well cared for. Your kind words mean a lot and we're so pleased she has settled happily.
Every member of staff (in every role) are hard working, caring and helpful. The staff go above and beyond in every way.
I am kept informed of any issues, no matter how big or small.
All residents enjoy regular activities, the team work hard to make every day is enjoyable for everyone.
Food is of a high standard and varied, plus the home is kept immaculate by the cleaning staff.
The management and admin team always give a friendly welcome to visitors, they work tirelessly to create one team.
One big plus point is the ongoing drive for continuous improvement, despite their high standards the team often implement ideas to make things even better.
In summary, I wouldn't want Mum and Dad to be looked after anywhere other than Lime Tree, I can't speak highly enough of all the staff who help make Mum and Dad happy each and every day. Thank you x
Thank you for such lovely feedback. We're delighted your parents feel so well cared for and that our team's efforts give you peace of mind. It's wonderful to know our activities, food and cleanliness make a difference, and your recognition of our commitment to improvement means so much.
She's not only cared for but very happy, she's made new friends, loves the carers who are like family and joins in with all of the activities.
During the recent snow when we couldn't get there staff walked to work and stayed over night to make sure they were there for their shifts.
Christmas Day staff who weren't working still popped in with their families which was so lovely for the residents.
Over all it is a very professionally run home with a lovely atmosphere providing care both physically and mentally by very caring and dedicated staff.
Thank you all.
Thank you for sharing such lovely feedback. We're delighted your mum feels happy, cared for and part of our community. It's wonderful to hear she enjoys the activities and friendships here. Your comments about our team's dedication during the snow and at Christmas mean so much.
My mom moved into Line Tree Court in June a day before her 95th birthday. She has advanced dementia and can't really do anything for herself. The bedroom is lovely, bright and airy and mom has all her pictures on the wall. The staff have been increadably kind and caring, not only to mom but to me as well. The food is lovely and fresh and they also have home made cakes and biscuits in the afternoon. There are lots of small breakaway areas for visitors to take their relatives or friends and these areas have drink making facilities and a fresh baked cake every day ( which I think is a lovely touch) Mom seems to have settled very well in the home and this is down to the loving care of the staff. I feel very happy that my mom has found such a lovely home. Thank you
Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words. It means a great deal to know that she has settled in well and that both of you feel supported and cared for. Our team works hard to create a homely, welcoming environment where every resident feels safe, valued, and comfortable, so hearing that...
My mom came to Lime Tree in February after a traumatic 2 months in hospital. From the moment my sister met the manager and another member of staff when they came to assess my mom, we knew we'd found the right place. We couldn't have found better care for mom. All of the staff are so welcoming and caring, they know you by name and as well as caring for my mom they also offer a kind ear to us as a family. The food is amazing and there are also activities for residents if they want to join in. When you visit it's like a home from home. I often see two other members of staff when I visit, they are so caring with residents and family members. We can't thank Lime Tree enough for what they have done for my mom so far and also us as a family. Thank you everyone!
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're truly grateful you chose Lime Tree for your mom, and it's wonderful to hear that both she and your family feel cared for and supported. We're proud to offer a welcoming, home-like environment, and your feedback means a lot to the whole team. We'll be sure to pass on your appreciation to the staff you mentioned.
My mom is very happy, when I ask her she will say. "They are good here " the food is really good. I know she is safe in the home. I visit once a week. The staff always have time for me if I have a question. The activities in the home are amazing. They get all the residents involved . What ever event/topic is happening they will get involved. Olympics, pride you name it they will replica. We recently did a sponsored walk for the home this was a good chance to get involved.
Thank you for your lovely review. We're so pleased to hear your mom is happy and feels safe with us. It's great to know she enjoys the food and activities, and that you feel supported during your visits. Your kind words mean a lot to our team!
She has been incredibly lucky! The purpose built facility works well and provided the ability to increase the level of care for her as required in the last year
The staff are excellent from management downwards providing a warm, friendly, caring environment
My mother is very comfortable knowing she is in a safe and secure place where all her needs are catered for
Thank you so much for your heartfelt review. We're truly honoured to have been entrusted with your mother's care, especially during such a challenging and uncertain time. It means a great deal to hear that she has felt safe, comfortable, and well-supported throughout her time at Lime Tree Court....
My mother has been a resident since April. In the time she has been resident I cannot fault the care shown to mom and the help and support shown to me and my partner. Nothing is too much trouble, we receive calls if ever there is anything we would be expected to be updated on and the home itself is always clean and comfortable. Mom has dementia so some days are better than othrrs, but she seems content and happy and therefore so are we.
Thank you for your lovely review. We're so pleased your mother is content and that you feel supported. It's a privilege to care for her, and your kind words mean a great deal to the team.
My Uncle moved in Lime Tree court in March of this year from a previous care home, since being in Lime Tree his health has improved significantly. I could not wish for better care for my Uncle, the staff go above and beyond, and their care and compassion is outstanding for ALL their residents. I could not wish for a better place for my Uncle to be.
Thank you for your kind words. We're so pleased to hear your Uncle is thriving at Lime Tree Court. It's wonderful to know our team's care and compassion have made such a positive impact. Your support means a great deal to us.
I visited almost every day in my Dad's time there and always felt a part of the Limetree family.
Obviously no-one wants their loved ones going in to care but there comes a time when that decision is taken away from us and I can honestly say that the staff at Limetree made it so much easier and I felt I could be a daughter again not my Dad's carer.
In Dad's last few weeks when he needed more care the staff often went above and beyond to meet his needs proving they are carers that care.
In general the home is kept very clean, the food is very good and there are always plenty of activities for the residents to take part in.
I have no hesitation in recommending Limetree to everyone.
Thank you all for everything - you are a very special 'family.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're truly grateful you chose Lime Tree Court for your dad's care, and it means a lot to know you felt supported and welcomed throughout his time with us.It's heartening to hear that our team helped make a difficult time a little easier, and that you could...
Couldn't have asked for better care for mum. Arrangements prior to her going into the home were handled really well and the staff on floor two were all wonderful. Everyone was so approachable and helpful and we were kept informed of all matters relating to her health and well-being.
Thank you so much for your kind words for our home and team at Lime Tree Court - your feedback is invaluable to us and so appreciated.
staff that was not on duty rang me to pass on their condolences. Thank you Lime Tree Court for looking after my dad.
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience during such a difficult time. We are grateful that our team could offer support and comfort when it was most needed.
Very pleasant staff who give 100% every day, mom loves to have a joke with them and they treat her with love and care. Lime tree court is absolutely spotlessly clean and I was privileged to have mothers day dinner with mom and it was beautiful roast beef with all the trimmings will definitely book myself in again. I visit my mom daily and whatever I've asked of staff or management has always been approached and dealt with straight away. I was at first dreading my mom going into a care home but we couldn't ask for any where better. Thankyou lime tree court for everything you all do as we know she is being cared for.
We're thrilled to hear that your mom enjoys her time with us and that you felt so welcome during your Mother's Day visit. It's wonderful to know our team's care and dedication have made such a positive impact. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we're so grateful for your trust and support.
