The team at Lime Tree Court are dedicated to enriching the lives of their residents, with activities and experiences that bring them joy. Providing residential and dementia care, the team also offer respite care breaks.

There are some fabulous activities to enjoy, from live music and entertainment and regular exercise sessions, to movie afternoons in the home’s cinema, with popcorn and candyfloss.

The team are passionate about discovering the life histories of their residents and what they love to do, so they can create bespoke, meaningful activities.

Every month the home runs a mental health café, where residents, their loved ones and the team chat over coffee and cake, sharing their thoughts and experiences.

The environment in the home is beautiful, the spacious bedrooms have ensuite walk-in wet rooms, there is a vintage themed café and a hairdressing salon, for weekly appointments with a mobile hairdresser. There is also a sensory room, for relaxing, soothing activities.

In the dining rooms, the residents enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals, from roast dinners with all the trimmings to fish and chip Fridays and freshly baked cakes for afternoon tea.

The beautiful, enclosed gardens feature raised planters, for residents who like to enjoy a spot of gardening and growing their own produce, a fishpond and wheelchair friendly pathways. They are a wonderful space to relax with loved ones, who are welcome at any time, and to enjoy special occasions like summer garden parties.

The local community are embraced into life in the home, with students who visit regularly to spend time with the residents. And nobody gets a welcome quite like the residents’ favourite dogs, Tilly and Lennie.

The team also organise trips out, from pub lunches and church visits to community bingo mornings and excursions further afield to the West Midland Safari Park, which they enjoyed this summer.

The care and support provided by the staff is excellent my dad is looked after really well .
Any niggles are dealt with straight away .
Management team are always approachable and very professional but also very friendly so it doesn't feel like a business .couldnt ask for anymore from all the team

Very pleased with the care given to our mom, we're always made welcome when visiting, feels like one happy family. I have always been amazed at the love and care shown to the residents. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.
The connection with the relatives is also terrific. The messaging keeps us so well informed of all that is going on.

Mom was at Lime Tree Court Residential Care Home for respite, she benefited from a much larger room, her own bathroom, great meals, assistance showering, amazing and caring staff and lots of activities/opportunities to socialise. Mom has been encouraged to walk more, to get involved and to socialise.
We have no doubt that if we require respite in the future this will be our first choice. While mom has been at Lime Tree Court we've all been confident and comfortable in moms care,

I can honesty say that my auntie had been in Lime Tree Care Home for the last 6 months and has had the best care she could have ever wished for the staff from the careers cooks cleaners even the women in reception were amazing she never needed anything we were always made welcome and for the activities
what they do they really do go out of there way to decorating there home and always get all the residents involved I really can't thank them enough for the care they gave her until she sadly passed away on the 12th of October so I would just like to say a massive thanks to everyone at lime tree care home they are the best and thanks once again for everything you did.

The care that we experienced for our relative was outstanding, and we felt that we were always included as valued partners in the care that was delivered and communication was excellent with us at every stage.
The kindness, care and consideration extended to us by the home was consistent, and we really
appreciated all the support over the years.
Every member of staff always went the extra mile, and my mother-in-law flourished there and was happy because of the care at the home.

My husband was always treated with dignity, love and compassion. He was always left clean, warm, safe, stimulated and comfortable and when he was very ill had the very best of care from all staff. My mom was a resident at lime tree for a little over two years, up to when she passed peacefully away in May 2024. During that time, the staff have become firm family friends. Since she moved in Mom has been treated with care, kindness and love. The carers work so well together and their teamwork and
pride in their roles are what makes this home so special. In her final days the love shown to my mom by the carers and other members of staff was such a huge comfort to us, knowing how much love they had for her and how much they cared for her. We could see how much she loved the carers too. We feel so lucky to have chosen Lime Tree to look after her 2 years ago and would recommend the home to anyone.

My father is stopping at Lime Tree Court to allow my mother some respite.
The premises are very clean and tidy. His room is spacious with excellent en-suite facilities.
Every member of the team I have spoken to has been compassionate, understanding and very helpful. They spend time with Dad and look
after him, as if he was one of their own.
The team are very knowledgeable in their respective fields and welcoming when we visit.
Dad is very happy there. Service is exceptional. We made the right choice.

Moving Mum into a care home was always going to be a difficult decision, but finding Lime Tree Court was a blessing - near to friends. The staff were very kind and welcoming, concerned Mum should settle in. Doing their part made Mum feel content. Whenever we say how are you, Mum says, "I'm warm, very
well looked after, so we can't ask for more! For 98, that's good. Thank you.

All staff at Lime Tree Court deliver excellent care/support and show dignity/respect at all times, housekeeping is excellent, all communal areas and rooms are cleaned daily, activities are ongoing on a daily basis and family and friends are able to join in with residents, management are approachable
and make you welcome and always on-site for a chat.
Overall Lime Tree is a beautiful, clean and welcoming home and I could not wish for a nicer care home for my family member.

My nan is very well looked after. Kind and hardworking staff. Lots of activities, singers etc, for her to see. Rooms are beautifully decorated and kept clean. Laundry washed regularly.

Dad has been a resident at Lime Tree Court for over a year now and throughout that time he has been treated with dignity, understanding and compassion. The staff are patient and kind, despite some of his more challenging behaviours, working alongside him as he tries to navigate the cruel world of dementia
that he now lives in.
The management team are engaged with the staff and show genuine affection for the residents and their families.
It was such a difficult decision moving Dad into Lime Tree Court but it was completely the right thing for us all, as we can now sleep at night knowing he is safe and being well looked after.

Limetrees staff and just the home, in general, are absolutely fantastic. My grandad is so happy here, and all the staff take their time out of their busy day to speak to you. Any updates on Grandad, they always call and update right away! They are always doing different activities for them (thank you).
I feel at ease alot more knowing my grandad is happy and safe. Thank you, everyone, at Lime Trees.
I recommend this home 100%; your relatives will be happy and safe here.
