The team at Lime Tree Court are dedicated to enriching the lives of their residents, with activities and experiences that bring them joy. Providing residential and dementia care, the team also offer respite care breaks.

There are some fabulous activities to enjoy, from live music and entertainment and regular exercise sessions, to movie afternoons in the home’s cinema, with popcorn and candyfloss.

The team are passionate about discovering the life histories of their residents and what they love to do, so they can create bespoke, meaningful activities.

Every month the home runs a mental health café, where residents, their loved ones and the team chat over coffee and cake, sharing their thoughts and experiences.

The environment in the home is beautiful, the spacious bedrooms have ensuite walk-in wet rooms, there is a vintage themed café and a hairdressing salon, for weekly appointments with a mobile hairdresser. There is also a sensory room, for relaxing, soothing activities.

In the dining rooms, the residents enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals, from roast dinners with all the trimmings to fish and chip Fridays and freshly baked cakes for afternoon tea.

The beautiful, enclosed gardens feature raised planters, for residents who like to enjoy a spot of gardening and growing their own produce, a fishpond and wheelchair friendly pathways. They are a wonderful space to relax with loved ones, who are welcome at any time, and to enjoy special occasions like summer garden parties.

The local community are embraced into life in the home, with students who visit regularly to spend time with the residents. And nobody gets a welcome quite like the residents’ favourite dogs, Tilly and Lennie.

The team also organise trips out, from pub lunches and church visits to community bingo mornings and excursions further afield to the West Midland Safari Park, which they enjoyed this summer.

My Mam recently moved into Lime Tree. She is far happier than she was previously. She had lost far too much weight at her previous home. Since moving to Lime Tree, she is now gaining weight and feeling and looking much better than she was.

Just to say a very Big Thank you to all the staff/carers concerned for their extra efforts regarding care/attention to residents (including my mom). I also would like to thank the events coordinator for keeping morale going during the recent closure of the care home due to Norovirus. I understand there
are set procedures when this happens and when visitors were finally able to visit, generally, residents were all looking much better physically and mentally than expected a testament to the home.

The staff are very friendly. They go above and beyond for my mum, as she's a fussy eater. If there is something she doesn't like, they always make her something else. They always make sure their residents are well looked after.
There's only one fault, there isn't enough staff to do one-to-one with
residents, but they all try there best as some residents are worse than others.

I think this is an excellent care home, having previous experience in care homes. The decor is second to none, and it is always very clean. The staff are pleasant, friendly and caring. The facilities are excellent for both residents and visitors. The management staff are very approachable, and although
my aunt has only been a resident since October, we are very satisfied with all aspects of care.

Caring, friendly staff. My dad is clean, fed and well looked after. The engagement in activities is a huge positive and something I did not think would happen, this is due to the positivity of staff and the manager's willingness to listen and engage.

We've never had an issue really. Care staff are very kind and attentive at all times.
Nothing is too much trouble and they're always on hand to help. It's a really nice atmosphere.
We wouldn't want our relative anywhere else.
Our only gripe is the loss of clothes and belongings. We always say first
up best dressed in anyone's clothes regardless of the names being on them.

My experience with Lime Tree Court has been very satisfactory, 90% of my mum's time here has been really happy for her. At times she has had infections and gets confused, that is normal. At any time there is a problem with her health it is dealt with most efficiently and mum feels very safe here. If
I have a problem, I approach the management and it is resolved.

First impressions are excellent, a well-maintained building and car park layout, the surrounding gardens and seating areas complement the look. Inside the reception is spacious and tidy with staff on duty at all times. Daily menus and events for the coming week are displayed. The corridors are spacious
leading to the communal rooms which are well laid out so each resident has a comfortable chair and suitable for their needs.


The dining area is also well laid out and the staff are on hand throughout the day for all needs and medication. Each member has their own room for privacy and visiting which is equipped with TV, fridge, toilet and shower. The staff are all friendly and committed to providing good care, nothing is too much trouble for them. That's why I am happy for my mum to stay at Lime Tree Court.

My Mom is very settled and comfortable at Lime Tree Court. It is a pleasure to visit her there and we are always welcome to join in the many activities that are on offer for the residents. At the end of a visit, we know we are leaving Mom with caring and capable staff who will be sure to look after

Nice relaxed atmosphere in the lounge area. Food is excellent and plentiful. Well equipped room and ensuite but could be cleaner. Staff seem to know to the residents well and most are very caring.
