The team at Lime Tree Court are dedicated to enriching the lives of their residents, with activities and experiences that bring them joy. Providing residential and dementia care, the team also offer respite care breaks.

There are some fabulous activities to enjoy, from live music and entertainment and regular exercise sessions, to movie afternoons in the home’s cinema, with popcorn and candyfloss.

The team are passionate about discovering the life histories of their residents and what they love to do, so they can create bespoke, meaningful activities.

Every month the home runs a mental health café, where residents, their loved ones and the team chat over coffee and cake, sharing their thoughts and experiences.

The environment in the home is beautiful, the spacious bedrooms have ensuite walk-in wet rooms, there is a vintage themed café and a hairdressing salon, for weekly appointments with a mobile hairdresser. There is also a sensory room, for relaxing, soothing activities.

In the dining rooms, the residents enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals, from roast dinners with all the trimmings to fish and chip Fridays and freshly baked cakes for afternoon tea.

The beautiful, enclosed gardens feature raised planters, for residents who like to enjoy a spot of gardening and growing their own produce, a fishpond and wheelchair friendly pathways. They are a wonderful space to relax with loved ones, who are welcome at any time, and to enjoy special occasions like summer garden parties.

The local community are embraced into life in the home, with students who visit regularly to spend time with the residents. And nobody gets a welcome quite like the residents’ favourite dogs, Tilly and Lennie.

The team also organise trips out, from pub lunches and church visits to community bingo mornings and excursions further afield to the West Midland Safari Park, which they enjoyed this summer.

I am really pleased with my stay here, the staff bend over backwards to help. I would recommend it to anyone who wants good and friendly service. Keep up the good work, I am really picky with what I eat and they will do what they can to fulfil my needs.

I've rated this home excellent because it is. My review isn't just from November 2023 but long-term. Everyone at the home has the care of the residents uppermost in their minds. From their attitude and understanding of individual needs. I am more than happy for my mom to be in this home knowing she
is looked after properly and most importantly is safe. They go above and beyond in their daily duties. One example of this, during Covid certain staff actually lived in the home during lockdowns to make sure residents were safe during this very difficult time. I take my hat off to them. So keep up the good work one and all and well done.

Wonderful staff, especially where my dad was on floor three. The events manager is amazing and always planning some interesting activities. Great staff from reception all the way through. I don't want to single out any one person as you are all equally amazingly considerate, and all were so patient
and caring of my dad.
The rooms are spacious and modern, and the whole building is purpose-built. It lacks character but is functional, clean and fresh. The gardens are wonderful, and Dad enjoyed many days there, looking at the plants and fish in the pond. Dad always had a moan about the food but was really generally very good with lots of choices. Lots of activities and events and all were encouraged to take part. My dad, despite a couple of issues with other residents, seemed to genuinely love the staff, the company and the activities such as singing, exercises and arts and crafts. Staff went out of their way to help, and I would be very happy to recommend Lime Tree Court as a place for anyone's relative to stay.

This home came highly recommended from various people and justly so. As soon as you walk through the door, you're given a lovely warm welcome and the whole home has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere between staff and residents. The activities they do with the residents are fantastic, along with the way

My Mom was a resident of Lime Tree Court for approximately 15 months and she passed away peacefully on 1st April 2023.
From day 1 until her final passing my mom received, not only care, but kindness and love. The staff are what makes this home a special place. You hear so many horror stories in the
media about poor care and conditions, but the care, kindness and love shown by all the staff at this home deserves to be shouted from the rooftops!
The level of dignity, care and love shown to Mom during her final hours was magnificent.
As far as my wife and I are concerned this home deserves to be given an outstanding rating.
If I ever needed to go into care then I would be more than happy to come to Lime Tree Court.

My dad became a resident of Lime Tree Court in September 2022, following a very stressful period of ill-health and hospital admissions. Dad was immediately welcomed with kindness and care - and I also felt completely reassured and supported. Care staff have consistently been attentive and responsive
to Dad's needs, and they understand him as an individual. He enjoys participating in a great range of activities and has fun along the way. Managers and care staff listen to my concerns and keep in touch. So happy that my dad is safe and well cared for, and I feel as if I am sharing the care of my dad with all of the staff. Thank you.

My dear father was a resident of Lime Tree Court from November 2020 to the time he passed away in December 2022.
I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for the kindness, care and attention he received during those two years.
It was always our intention to keep him at home, but as Alzheimer's
and vascular dementia took it's toll on him, my brother and I realised a care home was our only choice, a decision we did not take lightly. However, once we experienced the kindness and care of the staff, we knew Lime Tree was the perfect place for him, and he was very happy there. Thank you all.

My mum has been at Lime Tree Court for nine months now. I can honestly say that I can now sleep at night knowing she is safe and happy there and is being cared for properly by the wonderful staff.
She has a lovely bright, warm, clean room, and she regularly uses the communal dining room and lounge,
where she enjoys her meals and chats/activities with other residents.
The staff are friendly and professional and will help with any queries /requests you have and will follow up on these if needed.
Mum has everything she needs here and more. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this excellent care home to anyone.

Highly recommended. Mom is happy and content, Mom always says they treat her well and look after her. Home is local to me which makes it easier for me, I was upset when she had to come in, it’s been a terrible year but the staff have put my mind at ease.

My mother came in on an assessment stay. She has been treated extremely well. Staff have been excellent communicating with me on a regular basis which has been valuable as I have no experience of residential care.
