Northern House School visit Lime Tree Court regularly as part of an Education Plan, both staff and pupils are always made to feel welcome and really look forward to their weekly visits.
From the initial contact with reception to interacting with staff and residents, the whole experience is so friendly and thoroughly enjoyable.

Due to the staff's brilliant ways, always going the extra mile, they have contributed to helping the pupils from Northern House School to improve their social skills and to raise their self-esteem.

The home is very well presented, clean and all the staff are well presented, friendly and have been attentive to all the residents on my mother's floor (1st). they have an enjoyable time with music to keep residents happy. All of the residents were given drinks when asked for. My mother was clean and clothed well. She seems very happy and content. Would recommend the care home.

I needed to find a care home for my very elderly, but with-it dad, but didn't know the Wolverhampton area at all. I was immediately impressed with Lime Tree Court's friendly atmosphere and it's strong ethos on the residence being the home, with also very evident links with the local community. I particularly valued the approach to preventative health measures. Dad has now been here for 2 months and is very happy, contented and settled here.

I have found Lime Tree Court to be very clean and fresh, staff helpful and kind to residents. Plenty of entertainment for the residents to keep them interested in things. Mother-in-law has settled in very well and staff have been understanding to her needs. Everything seems to be very well run!

I come every week to see a friend and I have always found everyone very friendly and pleasant. The home is always clean and tidy and unlike other homes I have visited. I have never smelt an unpleasant urine odour. I find this home to be of a very high standard.

It would be better if rooms were locked to stop residents going into all of the rooms and taking anything they wanted.

Reply from Julie Wrighton, Home Manager at Lime Tree Court Residential Care Home

Thank you for your review. We work hard to ensure Lime Tree Court is our residents’ home so it would be unfair to not enable them to go in and out of their rooms freely. Occasionally someone may get confused and enter another resident’s room by mistake, but our team are always there to provide a...

Clothes, slippers, and toiletries go missing! It could smell better, but at the moment taking carpets up which should help. Should keep rooms locked during the day so no-one can go in stealing things.

Reply from Julie Wrighton, Home Manager at Lime Tree Court Residential Care Home

Thank you for your positive ratings. Lime Tree Court is our residents’ home so it would be unfair to lock all the bedroom doors because it prevents them from using their bedrooms freely. Occasionally a resident may accidentally go into the wrong room and think these are their belongings but we are...

My friend has been in the above named care home since April 2013. She has an excellent room, and service from the staff. The 'home' is relatively new and has lovely accommodation, including a large airy lounge. It has everything to provide contentment and happiness to the residents, I recommend it whole-heartedly to any prospective people, looking for this type of accommodation.

From day one of my husband being at Lime Tree Court I knew he would be cared for and treated with dignity and after a very bad experience at another care home which he ended up in hospital with sepsis through lack of care. Lime Tree Court put me and my families mind at rest, he is happy and contented there and being well looked after, for which we are thankful.

The senior and carers provide excellent care for mom. They treat her with the utmost courtesy and love and dignity. They should be paid at least double their salaries. Mom's room is comfortable and light which is important for macular degeneration in her eyes. The food is adequate but there is room for improvement. It would be good if the residents were allowed more outside space, I realise that would involve a lot of work by the carers but my mum would welcome being outdoors on sunny days. When visitors come it would be a good idea to move into the quiet room because the residents lounge gets overcrowded. It is their home not the visitors.
