Thank you for your review. We work hard to ensure Lime Tree Court is our residents’ home so it would be unfair to not enable them to go in and out of their rooms freely. Occasionally someone may get confused and enter another resident’s room by mistake, but our team are always there to provide a helping hand and support them to where they would like to go. If you would like to discuss this further please do come and speak to me as we can, of course, look at drawing up an individual plan that works for you and your family.
Thank you for your positive ratings. Lime Tree Court is our residents’ home so it would be unfair to lock all the bedroom doors because it prevents them from using their bedrooms freely. Occasionally a resident may accidentally go into the wrong room and think these are their belongings but we are always there to help them. We are pleased to say that one area where there was a slight odour is currently having a new carpet fitted. If your concerns do continue then please do not hesitate to talk to me.
The home’s deputy manager James Smith: “Thank you for taking the time to review our home and for all your positive comments. With regards to our residents going outside, we love to see them enjoying the gardens and our team support them to take every opportunity to get outside - particularly when the weather is warmer. We have a lovely potting shed so that our residents can enjoy a spot of light gardening and try to hold as many events outside where we can, including summer garden parties.
