Fabulous residential home. Friendly efficient staff members are always on hand to offer help and care for your loved ones.. very professional attitude towards all residents and the clean friendly atmosphere within the building always welcoming visitors good food and lots of entertainment often including
residents family members to take part. Very happy with the services and comfortable knowing my mother is in safe capable loving atmosphere

Choosing a care home is emotional and sensitive and is a huge decision for all concerned. We looked at a lot before we found West Farm but the day we found it we knew it would be perfect for mum. We have never once regretted our decision. The care home is clean and caring. Everything from the catering
to the laundry is well run. Mum loves her bed, her room and the food. The focus on dementia means that staff are knowledgeable, patient and caring. Having a dedicated nurse means that all medical issues are dealt with promptly. The entertainment is outstanding and we love the family feel and how we are always welcome.

I continue to be so so pleased with the care my aunt is given by all at West Farm. They are all really kind and genuinely so caring and understanding - they are also very helpful and professional to me.

West farm care centre is absolutely perfect the management and staff are Gem's nothing is a problem there all very professional and polite at all time's the food is beautiful and plenty to choose from spoilt for choice really a big pat on the back for the head chef and the rest of the kitchen staff
there's always plenty of entertainment to keep the residents happy have a sing song and gyrate those hip's I've never seen my Brother looking so happy since becoming a resident at West farm this has all been made possible by having dedicated management and staff a big well done to everyone keep up the good work once again thank you for looking after my Brother and all of the other residents.

All of West farm staff are so good. They care about my mother. They are approachable and listen if you have any concerns. On entering West Farm the whole place is buzzing, everyone is happy and chatty.
Residents are so well looked after and nothing is a bother. Everywhere is clean, and my mother's
room is lovely. She feels at home at West Farm. I cannot praise West Farm enough.

My experience with West Farm Care Home has been fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and caring and always on hand to help both myself and my stepfather, who is well cared for. The place is very clean and has a lovely atmosphere. I have no concerns about his care at West Farm Care Home.

I am very pleased that my wife is being well looked after in West Farm. Because of her falls when she tries to stand/move around - caused by her long-term Parkinson's Disease - 24 years - it is difficult to care for her as she can't be left on her own - as I know only too well. Like all care homes West
Farm sometimes suffers from staff shortages, for all of the well-known reasons - but all of the staff are 'proper' carers and do the best they can for the residents. I try to take my wife out most days and now I am older the staff always help me to get my wife and her wheelchair in and out of the car. Communication with the home is excellent. The phone in reception is almost always answered immediately and I am always made aware of anything happening with my wife that I need to know about.

Mam moved into West Farm Care Centre in March 2024. We are very reassured that my mam is very safe there. West Farm Care Centre look after my husband 24/7. The staff are caring and patient with a happy demeanour.
It is important for me to know he is in such capable hands and I have no worries or concerns regarding his care.

Ver reassured that my mum is happy and safe in West Farm. She tells me she enjoys all her meals and I can't fault the carers. They are always on hand to offer Mam cuddles and comfort when needed.

The care and compassion my mother receives is excellent. She us always dressed, clean and tidy every day. The home is always clean and tidy and my mother's room is kept the same. The activities the home provides are very good, especially the singers, which my mother really enjoys.
Lots of care professionals
are always in the home eg: nurses, and physios making sure the resident's health needs are looked after. All staff/management are approachable with any concerns you have and are addressed. Visiting is encouraged and they realise the importance of family involvement.

A lovely residential care home with exceptional caring staff. Residents are well looked after and all of their needs taken care of.
I have never had any worries while my father has been in the care of West Farm Care Centre. They always keep me well informed either personally or by phone. Highly recommended.

I am writing this review for my father-in-laws stay at West Farm Care Home. From the very moment my father-in-law entered the home, it was made clear you are family now and that included relatives. In my opinion, this home cannot be faulted. The staff go above and beyond, nothing is ever too much. My

The staff at this care home are superb. My mother is very happy to be a resident there. She enjoys the food and is very pleased with her room. All members of staff treat all the residents as if they were their own family. Many activities to entertain and keep minds active. Staff and management keep
me informed of mothers progress, health and well being, and if there are any concerns. These lovely people put the 'care' into care home. Can't praise too highly. Second family member to use this care home.
