A lovely homely feel to this care home. The staff treat the residents with dignity and respect. My dad is very happy in his new home. There is always some kind of activity on that my dad can get involved with if he wishes. My dad is very well looked after and all his needs are met. I wish to thank all the staff.

We are extremely happy with the care my grandfather receives at Holywell House. The home itself is warm and welcoming as are the staff that work there. It's clear that my grandfather's health, happiness and wellbeing always come first which gives our family great peace of mind. We're always kept informed about all matters relating to my grandfather and get to know about all the different activities the care home puts on for the residents. We're very grateful to all of the staff for their dedication and compassion they show on a daily basis. We would happily recommend this care home to other families looking for a safe, caring and welcoming place for a loved one.

All members of staff are friendly. My Mam likes to stay in her room most of the time, but most of them, when they have time, will pop in and have a quick chat with her. Mam is fussy with her food, but they do try and encourage her to eat, or make her a snack instead. Communication is good, and I'm promptly contacted if Mam is unwell or had a fall, etc. The home is clean and well looked after, from what I can see. Sometimes, there might be a small mix up with laundry, but usually sorted quickly. My Mam has been here nearly a year, and I trust and feel happy, that my Mam is being looked after well and is safe

Mam is happy and is treated with dignity and respect by everyone at West Farm. Nothing is too much trouble. As a family, we are supported and know mam's safe and is in good hands. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of this care home. The staff are always professional, compassionate and caring, and they consistently treat residents and their families with kindness and respect. Communication is excellent and I am always kept fully updated regarding my mother's wellbeing. The team is welcoming, supportive and genuinely interested in providing the best possible care. I have never had any issues, and it gives me great peace of mind knowing my mother is in such good hands. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this care home to others.

My mam has spent 10 weeks for respite. The home has a lovely atmosphere when you walk in the door, its clean and always smells nice. The staff are all lovely with the residents, and take time out to make people feel comfortable in their new surroundings. My mam thoroughly enjoyed her stay, and would definitely return if or when she needs to. Would highly recommend.

The staff are caring and treat all residents with respect. The home is always very clean and tidy. The added bonus is having a hairdresser on site. The staff try and engage the residents with daily entertainment.

10/10. My mam is a resident. I can't fault anything. The staff are lovely and very communicative, they are also very supportive to mam and me. The home is spotlessly clean and has a homely feel about it. Mam loves having her hair done at the hairdressers situated in the home. She enjoys the company. My mind is put at rest because I know she is well cared for.

Very clean, lovely food but above all great carers who are always helpful. Highly recommended.

Although I have, on occasion, had cause to complain. The complaint has been delt with in a timely manner and the issues have been addressed as soon as practicable.

I cannot speak too highly of West Farm Care Home

My mam has been in the care home for over a year now and I have nothing but praise for the care she has been given and the communication I receive. The residence is spotless, food very good and has a wonderful warm engaging feel. I have visited and had experience of a few care homes and West Farm in my opinion is outstanding!!!

As part of my mothers care in the home, are the daily activities. This past week they have been taking out the more mobile residents for a day at the sea side my mam has been given a massive lift with this adventure , a hugh thank you to all the staff and management, for all efforts they put in to keep all the residents entertained and engaged.

There numerous activities going on throughout the week even day trips. BBQs in the summer and singers. Aslong as Ann is happy I'm happy.

Not wanting to put my mam in care it's the best thing we have ever done for her. The care she receives is 100 percent the care home it's self is very welcoming and clean the staff are fabulous nothing is to much trouble. As a family we feel so lucky mam is getting the care she deserves. She has good days and bad days but now we don't worry about her knowing she is in very capable hands. There's always something going on for the residents, singers, bingo, and lots more once again I can not stress how brilliant the staff are each and every single one of them.

My Mum has settled well and enjoys the company of other residents.

My father was a resident in Cramlington House for 3 years, starting his journey as respite care and then to full resident, my father had some challenging behaviours and the staff treated him with dignity and respect. They all went above and beyond and had him smiling. I can't fault any of the care he received. Iv also had Lucy the owner who went above and beyond with support for myself and my family in tough times. I can't thank all the staff at Cramlington house enough for the care they gave to my dad right to the very end. We will be forever grateful

Lots of activities and outings plenty going on fabulous garden for residents and families to use

I feel we are so fortunate that my husband is in West Farm Residential Care as the care is very good and most of all kind. The staff are friendly and welcoming and attentive to the care of my husband and his needs, as well as kind and supportive to me personally.
