Quite simply West Farm Care Home is 10 out of 10.
The Building is top notch and it's spotlessly clean.
Food is superb. My mam has actually put weight on.
But most of all the staff could not be better.
I cannot speak too highly of West Farm Care Home

My mam has been in the care home for over a year now and I have nothing but praise for the care she has been given and the communication I receive. The residence is spotless, food very good and has a wonderful warm engaging feel. I have visited and had experience of a few care homes and West Farm in

As part of my mothers care in the home, are the daily activities. This past week they have been taking out the more mobile residents for a day at the sea side my mam has been given a massive lift with this adventure , a hugh thank you to all the staff and management, for all efforts they put in
to keep all the residents entertained and engaged.

My sister has been at the home for almost 5 years. She has the best care she is so happy there. The staff are caring and friendly. I would definitely recommend the home to anyone .
There numerous activities going on throughout the week even day trips. BBQs in the summer and singers. Aslong as Ann
is happy I'm happy.

Not wanting to put my mam in care it's the best thing we have ever done for her. The care she receives is 100 percent the care home it's self is very welcoming and clean the staff are fabulous nothing is to much trouble. As a family we feel so lucky mam is getting the care she deserves. She has good
days and bad days but now we don't worry about her knowing she is in very capable hands. There's always something going on for the residents, singers, bingo, and lots more once again I can not stress how brilliant the staff are each and every single one of them.

My Mum has been in the home since January she has been treated with the upmost care and respect. The staff are very friendly and supportive.
Family are made to feel very welcome and involved with her care. The home keeps me updated with everything.

My father was a resident in Cramlington House for 3 years, starting his journey as respite care and then to full resident, my father had some challenging behaviours and the staff treated him with dignity and respect. They all went above and beyond and had him smiling. I can't fault any of the care he
received. Iv also had Lucy the owner who went above and beyond with support for myself and my family in tough times. I can't thank all the staff at Cramlington house enough for the care they gave to my dad right to the very end. We will be forever grateful

Mam was at Cramlington house for 8 months , but she sadly passed away in November 25.
From the moment we first viewed the home we felt so welcome and mam was always made to feel loved and special by all of the staff.
The care they give is amazing and this is why the home is so special, they made
mams last 8 months so memorable for all of us.

My mam has been a resident for roughly 2 and a half years. The staff are absolutely brilliant with her and always have time to share a joke or give her support when needed. I could not ask for better care for her. Not only are the staff and management brilliant but the actual building is of the highest

My mother-in-law has been a resident for over 2.5 years. She receives the very best of care. The staff and management are outstanding, going above and beyond, to make my mother-in-law feel valued and part of a wonderful community.
The building, bedrooms and communal areas are always clean, comfortable
and tastefully decorated. There are lovely homely touches also, which enhance the experience The meals always look and smell delicious. The entertainment and craft sessions always go down a treat.

I cannot recommend Cramlington House highly enough. Unfortunately my mother passed away after only a short time there. She had transferred from another Care Home.
The difference between where she'd been and Cramlington House was marked. The Manager, Sarah is exceptional and the moment I walked in
for the first time I felt how happy the team were to work there and how happy the residents were too.
The interaction the staff have with residents is second to none. Everyone had a can do attitude and that comes from Sarah. Don't expect to see a Manager sat in an office, Sarah is on the floor getting involved. What an inspirational leader she is.
Thank you to everyone at Cramlington House for making Mam's last few days so good!

The staff at West Farm Care are absolutely fab! My mam is so happy here and even when she has her grumpy days, the staff are there to put a smile back on her face. I now feel mam is in a good place and I don't need to worry about her. If I have a question or request, they are always happy to help.
They do amazing work and have made me feel at ease leaving my lovely mam in their care. Thanks to you all.

My grandad has been staying at West Farm Care Centre, and our experience has been very positive. The staff provide excellent care and support, always showing kindness, patience, and professionalism. The cleanliness of the home and his room is outstanding, and he is consistently treated with dignity
and respect.


The food and drink are good, and although he hasn't participated much in the activities, the management seems very organised and respectful. Overall, the team at West Farm Care Centre is caring, attentive, and approachable, and I feel confident that my grandad is in good hands.


We're very grateful for the excellent support and environment they provide.

I was so pleased when my dad had the opportunity to get his placement at West Farm. A good friend of my wife's father was placed here & she didn't have a bad word to say about West Farm on how they cared for her late father. My dad wasn't sure at first was a huge move for him but the staff were fantastic
in making him welcome and he fitted in really well. He also enjoys the food and the entertainment, on site hairdressing room and not forgetting the tuck shop which I think is a fantastic idea and gives him a little bit of independence. I have never heard him say a bad word against any of the staff. He always says "she's really good or he's really good" which gives me peace of mind that he is getting well looked after and cared for. The stuff also keeps me up-to-date when needed

Mum has recently become a resident of West Farm. I have found the staff both caring and informative. The home is spotlessly clean and and I am confident mum is being very well looked after. Whenever I have telephoned, someone immediately answers the phone and helps with my question or request. It

West Farm looks after my mother-in-law with a huge amount of dignity and care. She is totally "at home" there and knows the staff as if they are her family. She loves the food and has a lovely personalised room. I've been impressed by the number of celebrations, charity events, activities there are
for both residents and family members.
