The food and drink are good, and although he hasn't participated much in the activities, the management seems very organised and respectful. Overall, the team at West Farm Care Centre is caring, attentive, and approachable, and I feel confident that my grandad is in good hands.

I have never heard him say a bad word against any of the staff. He always says "she's really good or he's really good" which gives me peace of mind that he is getting well looked after and cared for. Our Mams room is comfy cosy and feels like her own space whilst knowing she has access to staff at the touch of her button.
There is a wonderful activities co ordinator who tries to ensure the residents have interesting and fulfilled day, whilst allowing for rest and relaxation should it be preferred.
There is entertainment regularly, music art & a wonderful outside garden which is a great place to sit with a cuppa and chill in the sun.
All the staff are very hardworking, they welcome and try to include families where possible. We as a family feel our Mam is safe and properly cared for and respected at West farm Residential centre.

to the laundry is well run. Mum loves her bed, her room and the food. The focus on dementia means that staff are knowledgeable, patient and caring. Having a dedicated nurse means that all medical issues are dealt with promptly. The entertainment is outstanding and we love the family feel and how we are always welcome.
