As part of my mothers care in the home, are the daily activities. This past week they have been taking out the more mobile residents for a day at the sea side my mam has been given a massive lift with this adventure , a hugh thank you to all the staff and management, for all efforts they put in to keep all the residents entertained and engaged.

There numerous activities going on throughout the week even day trips. BBQs in the summer and singers. Aslong as Ann is happy I'm happy.

Not wanting to put my mam in care it's the best thing we have ever done for her. The care she receives is 100 percent the care home it's self is very welcoming and clean the staff are fabulous nothing is to much trouble. As a family we feel so lucky mam is getting the care she deserves. She has good days and bad days but now we don't worry about her knowing she is in very capable hands. There's always something going on for the residents, singers, bingo, and lots more once again I can not stress how brilliant the staff are each and every single one of them.

My father was a resident in Cramlington House for 3 years, starting his journey as respite care and then to full resident, my father had some challenging behaviours and the staff treated him with dignity and respect. They all went above and beyond and had him smiling. I can't fault any of the care he received. Iv also had Lucy the owner who went above and beyond with support for myself and my family in tough times. I can't thank all the staff at Cramlington house enough for the care they gave to my dad right to the very end. We will be forever grateful

My mother was a resident until August 2025 when she sadly passed away in hospital . Mam was at Cramlington House for only 2 months however , the care she received was exceptional. The staff were approachable and committed to providing a high standard of care . Mam settled quickly and was welcomed by both staff and fellow residents. I would highly recommend Cramlington House to others .

I can not thank the management and staff of Cramlington House enough for the dedication, love, and respect they gave to our beloved mum during her 2 years here. She was always smartly dressed with her nails and hair done. The entertainment and activities are exceptional. All the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The care she was shown was lovely to see. In her final days the kindness and empathy shown to mum and our whole family was amazing. I would happily recommend this care home.

My mother has been a resident in Cramlington House since January 2021. We couldn't view it in person due to lockdown restrictions, however we have never regretted our choice. It's a lovely home, immaculate and very caring manager and staff. The care given to our mother is very professional with a personal touch and although she doesn't know us now we can clearly see that she is well cared for and has lovely relationships with staff. I have recommended the care home to others, we are kept informed of any changes etc and have regular review meetings and we as a family feel very reassured our mother is as happy as she can be given her age & Dementia.

I would recommend this home in a heart best. It is so warm, inviting and homely.

Cramlington house provides excellent care. From pre-admission to admission and on an ongoing basis the utmost kindness and understanding has been shown to my aunt. The carers are thoughtful and professional.

The place wasn't' like a hotel it was home

The room is nice and well-kept and maintained and they run good social events and outings. My only critique is around the washing system as socks and underpants just seem to disappear and not return and it's not easy to label these items. The staff make the place what it is and I do hope the owners of the company invest in them and reward them for going that extra mile.

I feel I can sleep at night knowing mam is safe and well looked after.

My mum (almost 98) who has dementia and profoundly deaf had to go into a home and I am so glad I chose Cramlington House. All the staff from day one were amazing and so friendly. She is surrounded by caring people who look after her and they support me too. She is happy in her own little world and is treated with dignity. What more could I want for my dear mum.

They often host events for the residents to participate in such as movie nights - singers and bingo. Would highly recommend.
