Came to see nanna. New to the home in January 2020 she settled well and is very well cared for. I feel Nanna is safe, secure and contented. The staff are amazing and happy to answer any questions we have.

Nothing is too much trouble and they genuinely engage with the individual personalities of the residents in their care. That is a rarity and worth a lot to the families of loved ones.
Let’s put it this way, in the current climate of Coronavirus, if I can’t physically get to see my loved one for a period of time, I am confident she remains in the best possible care and that the staff at Bowbridge will continue to look out for and address her needs, as they are a great team.

My grandmother was a resident here. When visiting our family was made extremely welcome, even invited to spend lunch with her on many occasions. The staff were very attentive and were always willing to help. When my grandmother deteriorated, their end of life care was second to none, couldnt fault it. She is no longer with us, but thank you Bowbridge Court for helping her pass on become a little easier.

Everyone has taken real trouble to get to know her and the level of care is excellent. As a visitor, you are made to feel extremely welcome on every visit. They have also been helpful in helping us understand my mother in laws condition and very supportive of us as a family.
There are so many activities for the residents to do and take part in, all really well thought out and well run.
The home is always immaculately clean, as is her room. All the services they provide, from laundry to hairdressing and manicures, are excellent. I genuinely cannot recommend Bowbridge Court highly enough.

I have always found Bowbridge Court to be really friendly, clean and well run. The staff support the residents in a really caring way and my mum loves the food and activities. They really make an effort to link to the community which I have been really impressed by. The environment is modern, attractive and really clean. We feel really lucky to have found Bowbridge Court.

Me and my boys and my mum came to visit my nan one day. My mum fell due to her knee coming out. All of the staff were very quick in attending and one staff member was really good with my three-year-old boy.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review feedback is very important to us. We are sorry to hear about what happened to your mum during your visit, but we are pleased to hear, our Bowbridge Court team were able to help.
My grandma moved to Bowbridge Court on Monday and today (Saturday) my husband, two sons and I came to visit her. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. Grandma showed us all around and we were impressed with the different areas there were to sit and the resident guinea pigs! It was a bit chilly to go outside but these areas also looked nice. We were able to join Grandma for lunch (we called ahead to book this in with the chef) which was very nice indeed. A choice of two main courses and two desserts. Afterwards, we sat in the lounge area to watch some television with Grandma and chatted to another of the residents. The whole place has a lovely homely feel and is beautifully decorated and presented. It’s early days for Grandma, but I’m sure that being at Bowbridge she will be well looked after and hopefully won’t be as lonely as she has been living alone. NB. I personally have not had contact with the management.

Visiting my old friend today was a very pleasant experience. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly at reception and my friend says she is very pleased with her care, meals and accommodation.

There is such a lovely, friendly and relaxing atmosphere and we were made to feel very welcome.
The home was clean and furnished to a high standard with plenty of activities throughout the week.
But the best part is the staff. They are all fantastic, so friendly, dedicated and professional nothing was too much trouble. I can't thank them enough.

My Godmother moved into Bowbridge Court in January 2019 and after settling in she loved it. She was well cared for and spoke highly of all the staff and carers. Unfortunately, she was unable to go to many activities as she became ill but she did go to 'Crufts' and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I would like to thank everyone at Bowbridge Court for all the care and compassion given to my Godmother, myself and other visitors during her last days - it really was appreciated.

My father's depressed state has been lifted by his four weeks at Bowbridge Court, and he is now thriving, and enjoying life again. The staff are amazing here, very uplifting from the front staff to the carers, all have a way of making my father (aged 81) feel important and cared for. The atmosphere is relaxed, and everything is spotlessly clean. Food is great, I have sampled it myself, and even had a gourmet dining experience, which is up with top restaurant standard.
Activities are on all day, and all are encouraged to join in, even the visitors! Onsite, there is a cinema, a main dining/living room and side rooms which can be booked out for private family gatherings. A hair salon is free as is a chiropodist.
My father started out as two weeks respite but loves it so much he has gone full time. He has started laughing and joking for the first time in years, so massive thanks to the amazing staff at Bowbridge Court, too many to mention, sorry.
10/10 Amazing place.

Despite another two spells in hospital, she left the care home near the end of February 2019 after a remarkable recovery. The management and staff were all excellent and friendly and made my mother feel very comfortable and happy. This was a woman who never wanted to go into a care home!
If her circumstances were to change in the future she, and us, would have no hesitation in using this facility again.
Thank you so much for your lovely review about our home and the Bowbridge Court team. I am pleased to hear your mum has recovered and that she would happily stay with us again. The staff team will be delighted to hear your kind words which I shall be sure to pass on.
All staff encountered were cheerful, helpful and caring, they treated my father with respect and compassion, and gave me a lot of support during his last days.

Thank you for caring for my mum, she passed away on 31/01/19. We miss her so much, but I would like to say thank you for all the care you gave her, and the care you gave us at this unhappy time. Again. Many thanks to you all.
It is a tough decision putting a loved one into a care home but I had no regrets when I saw how much love and care was shown to him. The home always went the extra mile when the family visited to welcome them.
It is lovely to hear how much your father enjoyed living with us here at Bowbridge Court. Your father was part of our family - a larger than life character who always had a smile on his face.
He embraced life here at...
Smiley, knowledgeable and supportive, we felt staff were postive and very helpful.
The receptionist particularly informative, clearly loves the job and was seen to interact with residents with sensitivity and humour.
Thank you for taking the time to review Bowbridge Court. Feedback is extremely important to us and we will make sure that your kind comments are passed to the whole staff team.
During this time she was treated with respect, kindness, patience and understanding. She was well cared for and all her medical needs promptly attended to. She was treated as an individual and encouraged to make her own decisions but was given the support as was deemed appropriate and necessary as her dementia became worse.
The end of life care she received was exemplary. Not only was Mum supported but everyone gave a tremendous amount of love and support to my brother and I during this difficult time. Thank you.
If anyone had their choice they wouldn't want their loved ones to go into a care home but I would recommend Bowbridge Court for being a friendly, welcoming and secure home. They are always looking for ways to improve nd listen to constructive criticism and act upon it. I hope that people will visit and see for themselves that this is the place for their loved one to live.
Thank you very much for your lovely review of our home. We are so pleased to hear that your mum enjoyed her time living at Bowbridge Court and that you all felt supported during what was undoubtedly a difficult time for your family.
