Bartley Green Lodge Residential Care Home

Staff can’t do enough for residents and their families, always there if you have a problem. Mother settled in almost immediately.

All the staff have been fantastic for my brother's first month. They are great. It is the best place for his wellbeing and care.

I cannot fault this place, from the decor to the food, friendly staff and cleanliness. It's just a lovely place and my nan is very happy here.

My experience of Bartley Green Lodge is that my aunt has always been well cared for and she herself settled in the lodge straight away and has been happy in the last two and a half years there and that means a lot to me.

We were delighted to find Bartley Green Lodge after viewing over 15 other homes. It was wonderful to discover somewhere that exceeded our expectations. The level of dedicated care my mother receives from all of the staff here is evident throughout.

When looking for dementia care for my Mom, I checked out several care homes before deciding on Sanctuary. I wanted somewhere where Mom would feel at home, with caring friendly staff.

There is a fantastic food choice at every meal, (not just edible) which is served with a smile from the carers.

There is entertainment or activities throughout the week, along with weekly visiting primary school children, plus a family cafe area with complimentary homemade cakes each day.

In short, I know I've entrusted my Mom to a wonderful place, with caring staff, whether they be personal carers, catering staff, cleaning or office staff, and I can't thank them enough for what they do.

We are pleased with Bartley Green Care home overall. The staff are friendly, supportive and kind. The food is well cooked and well presented. The rooms are comfortable and are cleaned on a fairly regular basis.

I have always found staff and management to be very helpful. They all seem to have the residents best interests. Staff seem well trained and act with care and understanding. A good service overall. We, as a family, are pleased with our Mother's care.

Very good value for money, service and general care of all residents is outstanding. The only one thing I feel is needed here is footstools that elevate. Your legs as residents suffer from swollen legs. There are foot stools here but the hight is not sufficient. Also maybe something to add that all rooms have remote beds so residents can sit up or have legs elevated.

My father came to this home straight from hospital on the 22nd December and I can only say that all the staff have made him and the family, very welcome and nothing has been too much trouble.

I am very happy for my father to be there.

Everything at this home cannot be faulted. All of the staff are dedicated, kind and thoughtful.

Excellent service

My aunt has been a resident since the home opened, based on her care we decided this was the best place for my mother and she has only recently moved in. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Sister has been a resident in the home for four years plus, and is very happy and well cared for.

March 2017, was the first month in Bartley Green Lodge, everything I have found in regard to my dad has been excellent - the carers and management staff cannot do enough to help with care, queries and questions. Nothing is too much trouble for them if it will help you feel better about a situation, or if there is something troubling you. 100% customer service and 100% customer satisfaction on my part.

My dad has settled in nicely.
