ALL of my mums care needs are met with individualised , compassionate and professional care. Staff are very aware of her needs and her personality and always respond to her in a very caring and professional manner. Family are always made aware of any changes to her routine and needs and are always made very welcome in the home. Thank you everyone.

My grandad was moved into Madison Court after he couldn't look after himself anymore due to dementia he has thrived in there more then I thought would be possible. The interaction with other residents in similar situations and the care provided by the staff and management of the care home are superb. These people go above and beyond for my grandad and the other residents that I have witnessed myself. The dementia care and the activities provided for the residents and my grandad are above and beyond the standards I have seen in other care homes he is doing so well in there now and all the worries I had before hand or my grandad going into a care home have gone. I finally get to see my grandad surrounded by love and care by both the staff and his neighbouring residents. A large round of applause for the Manager Bernadette and her staff.

I feel mum is receiving really good care at Madison Court, there's always something going on which I feel suits mum really well. The staff spend time with the residents and always seem happy to be there. Nothing us too much trouble, mum has been at Madison nearly 4 months and the feelings of guilt when leaving after a visit are not there anymore, she is settled

I visit my husband every other day, my husband John is very settled in Madison court, this is my 1st experience with a loved one in a home.
I couldn't have got John in a better place, all the staff go above and beyond.

From the day I met the manager I knew I had to move mum to Madison Court Care Home, where she resided for 3 1/2 years. From day one she was happy, clean, healthy and included. The management and all the staff were outstanding. They do love and a care about their residents. In mums last week she was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. For example, even though she was dying she was still washed and dressed in clean night clothes every day. The staff when going home came to say their goodbyes, many left in tears, their bond with mum was lovely to see. The care and love given to residents was also given to us through the last, hard week with professionalism and compassion. Madison Court Care Home St.Helens all round 100% outstanding.

They are committed and caring professionals who have welcomed and embraced us as a family. We cannot recommend Madison Court highly enough to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

The place had a warm welcoming feel and the accommodation was excellent.

Moving our Mum into a care home was one of the most difficult decisions we, as a family, have had to make. However, nearly four and a half years later, we now know it was the right decision and that Madison Court was the right choice for Mum. She is happy, settled and cared for by an excellent group of staff, many of whom have been at Madison for a long time. Mum is treated with dignity and respect by staff who are obviously very committed and care a great deal for her wellbeing. We are always made to feel welcome when we visit and are kept up to date on how she is doing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Madison Court.

My mother has been a resident at Madison Court for over a year. She is comfortable, content and is well looked after. I am a frequent visitor to the home and am able to see the kindness, care and respect shown to my mother and other residents. All members of staff are friendly and welcoming and we are grateful for their hard work and patience. We would like to give particular thanks to those who supported her during her recent hospital visits.

I have been impressed with the care and support provided at Madison Court. The staff are genuinely caring and always put the residents first. My wife, who has dementia, has settled in very well here. The staff have been so patient and understanding, and I have noticed a real improvement in her mood and engagement. The activities programme is excellent, with a range of options for different interests, and the home is well maintained. I am very happy with the care my wife receives, and would recommend this care home to others.

My husband has been a resident of Madison Court for several years and throughout his care and support has been excellent. He is non verbal and unable to walk and yet every effort is made to involve him in craft and social activities. Madison Court has a very good programme of weekly activities involving crafting, playing games, jigsaw. Relatives are invited to be included and the time spent doing this is both rewarding and relaxing. A wide range of social events take place regularly, afternoon teas with entertainment and other entertaining events such as balloon modelling. The management team are fully committed to this programme which is why it is so successful. This aspect of life at Madison Court gives a very enjoyable dimension.

I highly recommend Madison Court. I find there is a welcoming friendly atmosphere throughout the home for both residents and their families. Mum has lived at Madison Court for over two years and is comfortable, settled and content. I am extremely pleased with how Mum is looked after by the caring, professional and attentive staff. I am contacted if any health issues arise and these are dealt with straightaway.
The residents are actively encouraged to participate in the wide range of activities and entertainment, and looking at the photos and videos posted of the frequent parties and assorted entertainment, have great fun doing so.

I believe Madison Court to be a happy, very caring home and a good place to live.
