Madison Court Care Home is a modern care home that is dedicated to providing care in general nursing care, residential dementia and dementia nursing.

The home has three floors with 66 rooms that are all en-suite and there are two large lounges on the ground floor that are spacious, comfortable and homely for residents and their families to enjoy. The home is designed to get the most out of a team of talented carers and provide residents with a daily lifestyle in which they feel secure and respected.

The enclosed patio garden area is used for activities, entertainment and to plant and grow both flowers and vegetables! The outside area has recently been improved to include the planting of fruit trees and extension of the raised bed areas, order to make gardening more accessible.

Madison Court Care Home is participating in a number of community and wider national initiatives. The activities team and residents attend three dementia cafes locally as well as getting involved in packing shoe boxes for ‘Operation Christmas Child’ and have been a collecting point for charitable aid for the homeless.

Apart from the good deeds the residents are involved in, their busy activity programme includes scheduled activities to take residents to rugby matches, bingo and tea dances as well as entertainment within the home.

Excellent service in every aspect. Madison Court treated Dad for all of his health requirements with utmost professionalism. Maybe even more importantly they treated him as him right to the end. The level of care and respect from all teams, medical care, cleaners, cooks, laundry, reception, and grounds
people, was exceptional. This team took the time to care for us alongside Dad. No praise is high enough.

My husband's 'end-of-life' experience at Madison Court was made so much easier by the exemplary attention given to his many health issues and dementia by 'without exception' the management, nurses, carers, cleaning, laundry, catering and maintenance. We had a longer chance of 'goodbye' as a result.

Dad has lived at Madison Court Care Home since 17th October 2022. The care he has received has been wonderful. The staff on Rylands and Tudor are very caring and treat all the residents like how they would like their relatives to be treated. They are friendly and approachable and nothing is too much
for them. They really do care very much not only for the residents but for their families also. For me if you've got the right staff then it's like winning the lottery as you are trusting them with your loved ones. It is very clean, food is very nutritious, they do plenty of activities, have singers in to entertain you. I must also mention the cleaners and the housekeeping staff, catering staff, activities staff, management team who run a tight ship, as they work so hard in the background. I would choose Madison again as they all work together as a fantastic team, well done to each and every one of you.

Staff are cosy, laid back and understanding, listening to resident's and visitor’s requests. Homely feel, as staff do not wear uniforms, may this continue. Dad is new to the home only moving in March 2023 but he has settled in better than any of us had expected and that’s due to the comfortable environment
and ongoing activities.

Madison Court Care Home is absolutely fantastic. The love and care shown to my nan in the almost four years she was a resident, was second to none.
Moving my nan into a home was the hardest decision our family made and the most heartbreaking for us.
Madison Court treated her like their family. They
looked after and loved her as if she were their own.
The home itself is a happy place, very clean, open and honest. What you see is what you get.
My nan was very happy here and had a wonderful relationship with the staff on the Rylands Unit in particular. She developed strong bonds with staff and trusted them.
They looked after her immensely during Covid, and their communication with families was great.
Before my nan died, she considered Madison her home. When we were out, she would tell us that she was ready for home - she meant Madison.
We cannot thank them enough for the love and care they gave her and the support throughout to us.

The experience I and my husband have of Madison Court can only be described as excellent. Knowing he is so well cared for and his needs are being so well met gives me great peace of mind. An example of the good care he received recently happened when he became unwell. My husband is unable to say if
he has a problem or feels unwell. It is the staff through observation who do this from the carer who helped him in the morning and throughout the day. The staff recognised there was a problem. The nurse on duty when I visited informed me of their concerns and by the evening the doctor had been called. My husband had an infection or was prescribed antibiotics. I felt this was how good care worked.

Both my parents are in this care home in nursing care. They are cared for, looked after just like I would. Their needs are met immediately. Nothing is left to chance. They are treated with dignity at all times. We as a family are always updated on any issues. Requests for my parent's needs i.e. toiletries,
extra clothes are requested promptly. I cannot ask for anything better for my parents. This is an extremely traumatic time for me but with the support from the carers to my parents it's made much more bearable.

Highly trained, dedicated, caring staff delivering the best care possible. The palliative care delivered for my mum has been exemplary from all members of the team from home manager to carers, maintenance and domestic staff. A fabulous team. Everyone at Madison Court Care Home have been fantastic from the minute mum was moved into there.
All the carers have been exceptional in the care they give, it was clear to see how happy mum was living at Madison court and she was more settled than ever before.

They look after my mum excellently. Staff went out of their way, couldn't do enough, always there. Soon as we got there they made us a drink, plus kept on coming asking if we wanted anything. Her room was lovely, it was really nice. Did her proud in her last few weeks.

My mum was taken into Madison Court when she was discharged from hospital after breaking her hip in a previous care home. Right from the moment Mum arrived, we could see the care was excellent. The morning after my mum got there, the manager rang me to ask if I was ok and if had I had a better night's
sleep, as she knew our experience at Mum's previous care home had been quite traumatic. Unfortunately, my mum passed away after 24 days, but the staff made her final days comfortable and pain-free. We were able to visit her at any time and were able to stay as long as we liked. We were almost always offered a drink on arrival. We are so grateful that she was looked after so well and was treated with dignity and respect. The care in Madison Court is wonderful and we have nothing but praise for the staff there. Thank you.

After the extremely poor, unsatisfactory care Mum received while in respite in a previous care home, resulting in a three-week hospital stay with a broken hip after a fall, the whole experience at Madison Court has been fantastic even before Mum actually arrived at the home.
From the initial visit
by a member of the Madison team to Mum in the previous care home to assess her needs, communication has been fantastic - always clear and straightforward.
Since arriving at Madison, nothing has been too much trouble for them; everything and every staff member has been superb - Mum was very happy there. Unfortunately, her stay was very short due to a rapid decline in her health, but right until the end, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. We have the utmost respect for all the staff and cannot thank them enough for their care and kindness during Mum's short time there.

From the moment my sister and I entered the reception, we felt at ease. Professional and caring from the outset. After visiting 23 care homes (we were thorough), Madison was simply the best by far. We feel so lucky to have found such a caring environment for our dad. From day one, our shoulders relaxed,
and we just knew Dad was safe and in the best place for his needs.
Dad settled straight away and makes comments about how great his new home is. Meals are home-cooked and delicious, the home itself is immaculate, and all the staff are approachable and accessible. We really were at our wit's end before finding Madison Court, but sleep soundly now as we are already seeing dad flourish. Hats off to the management for running such a well-led team.

I cannot fault Madison Court, the staff are very friendly and dedicated to looking after the residents.
My dad is very happy in there, and for that I am very grateful. There is often entertainment in the home which he loves.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, I am so glad that my dad is happy
and being cared for by them. I cannot thank them enough.

I am always received in a friendly welcoming manner. If I need assistance with anything there is usually someone who can help. My husband is well cared for. He has poor communication skills but his needs are met through constant observation by the care workers. A good example of this was when he became
unwill, through observation it was noted he was leaning to one side. As this did not correct itself, it was thought he might have an infection. Within 24 hours a doctor was called who thought he should go to A&E. Thankfully it was nothing serious, however, it might have been without the quick action of his carers and their obvious knowledge of him. The staff work very hard to see the residents are well fed, well hydrated, clean and comfortable both in themselves and their surrounds. For this I can only say thank you.

My mum moved onto Tudor around a year ago, prior to that she'd been in and out of hospital and in three different respites. In my opinion, Madison Court is streets ahead of any other home, it is well led and the staff are amazing! Mum us safe, happy, well looked after and settled - she laughs every
day! If you're looking to choose a home, don't just look at the surroundings or where a place is located, but at the way the staff treat you and the respect they show our relations - you only get one mum or dad and need to choose wisely. I appreciate the staff on Tudor every single day for the wonderful job they do and cannot recommend Madison Court enough!

The buildings and facilities are excellent and clean. My aunt is well looked after by every staff member. Everyone calls her by her name and treats her with dignity and respect. This may sound like a small thing but it is so important to her and me. The food is good, home-cooked and plentiful with drinks
and snacks always available and offered. Every resident at Madison Court is different and I know that the staff work really hard to meet their individual needs.

I can not recommend this care home highly enough. The management and staff are amazing, they have looked after my mum with the utmost care and love. Both my husband and my mum are being cared for in Madison Court. The home and staff are excellent. Their care and love for both my loved ones shines through. I am treated like part of the family and can have any meal/drink etc, with them. I am an essential carer for my husband, and nothing is too much
trouble for the staff to help me. Our mum is now on end of life, and the dignity and care she is receiving is amazing. I feel lucky to have found Madison Court.
