Overall Experience
My mother has now been at Chiltern Grange Care Home for two months and has settled in very well. I have been extremely impressed by all the staff; they have all been extremely friendly and helpful. My mother is looked after very well and treated with care and respect. The food and dining facilities are really good, and my mother has even put on weight (which is a very good thing).
I am always made very welcome when I visit, which I really appreciate.
The facilities are excellent, and my mother's needs are met very well. I am really impressed with the size and comfort of her
room.

In summary, I am extremely happy with Chiltern Grange Care Home and the excellent care they are providing my mother.

Overall Experience

My husband spent just over two weeks in respite care on the nursing unit at Chiltern Grange in January 2024. After a negative experience previously in a different home, I was so very pleased with the care provided here. My husband was treated with respect and dignity and I felt his care needs were well met during his stay there. I had a couple of minor issues which were addressed quickly and effectively by staff, whose attitudes were consistently compassionate. The food generally was flavoursome and varied. We are both more than satisfied and will be using this home again for future periods of respite.

Review from V H (Sister of Resident) published on 23 November 2023 Submitted via Postal Card

My sister had been in hospital, following a fall, for an overnight stay and had already had previous falls and was being treated for a UTI. She was then admitted to Chiltern Grange for respite care. During her stay she went to another hospital following another fall and had another overnight stay. On returning she was very well looked after as she had already been. She was in a very nice room and was looked after very well and most kindly by all the ward staff and everyone else.

Our nan/mum has been at Chiltern Grange Care Home since April 2022. She has settled in well and seems really happy. She now enjoys taking part in all the activities that they provide, including the day trips that the home run. Staff are hard working and very helpful, this was demonstrated with the recent move to the ground floor while level one was being decorated. As a family, we are happy with Chiltern Grange Care Home.
