I volunteer and feel this is a lovely home. The Home Manager and all her team are hardworking and dedicated to the residents in their care. The atmosphere is lovely and staff appear to go above and beyond for the residents in their care. Would recommend.

I haven't got enough words in my vocabulary to explain how wonderful, professional and thoughtful the staff are at Belvedere Manor Care Home. The care and attention given to my relative was second to none, from the bottom, up to the top. Belvedere Manor provided a safe and secure home for my mother-in-law,
treating her with dignity, acknowledging her own personality and bringing out characteristics in her that we had been unable to find. Please don't change. Continue to do the wonderful job you do. I wish you all every success.

Once again my mother has enjoyed her two-week stay at Belvedere Manor. We feel that they are now part of our extended family and can't thank them enough for all that they do. They make such an effort to know and welcome my mum every time and nothing is too much trouble.

My mum loves the home. The rooms are outstanding and so clean. All staff are very helpful and the care they give is outstanding. Mum has been there for six months and she loves it. The activities are plentiful and enjoyable and we can join in too. So a big thank you.

It was a difficult decision to place Mother in a care home, but Belvedere Manor made that decision so much easier. The accommodation is clean, bright and modern and the staff is exceptional. My sisters and I have been impressed with the level of care, and that Mother is in a safe place, with 24hr support.
Belvedere is a very welcoming home, and we are always happy to visit. We are always made most welcome.

It is very good, every time I visit my mother staff is excellent, welcoming, smiling
and very pleasant and helpful. Had meals at Christmas with my mother. Everything is very good, they always have something going on for the residents to keep them feeling very good and help the residents.

This home is excellent in all respects. My mother has only been in a few weeks but she has settled quickly and raves about the food, the staff and the surroundings. It is very warm and friendly and all the staff are very caring. Also lots of activities for the residents to do daily.
I cannot believe
how much my mum has improved both physically and mentally within a few weeks.
Highly recommend this home.

Belvedere Manor Care Home staff have been brilliant, very friendly and supported my needs.
Chef catered for my dietary needs and the food was delicious.
I have enjoyed my two-week stay and have made new friends. We had a trip out which I enjoyed too. The Belvedere's chaplain is very kind and provided
faith meetings which I attended.
There were also regular activities to look forward to.

She has been very happy since she arrived in November 2016. She often says what a good choice we made, there is never a dull moment "living here". She has no criticisms. The last manager was brilliant and did such a lot for Belvedere. On my behalf, I am extremely happy that she is so happy.

The staff went out of their way to make a recent visit to see my mum - excellent. What a fantastic bunch of people working at Belvedere Manor - everyone was happy and helpful. It gives me great comfort to know that my mum is being well looked after here.

My mother has been a resident of Belvedere Manor for the last 3 years and has remained very happy there, with the staff being very attentive and caring. She has been very happy but unfortunately, these last 18 months have been a very testing time for us all and she came through it extremely well. Even
after a reduced number of visits, during this time she has remained upbeat and safe.

I cannot praise the manager and his team enough. This home is beautiful and spotless like a 5 star hotel. The first time I stepped into the home I felt totally uplifted. The welcome my mum received on arrival was second to none - professional with lots of happy faces. I could not be happier with the
home. I get regular updates between visits on how mum has been and already feel like it's an extended family. The management and staff could not be any more helpful and reassuring. A big thank you to you all xx

I am very pleased with the care my father has received since he moved to Belvedere Manor. He has now been in the home for over four years and the standard of care is exemplary. It is one of the best decisions we have ever made having our father move there and puts our minds at ease knowing that he receives
care from very professional and caring people.
The home is well managed and all of the Belvedere team, in all positions perform to an excellent standard within their roles and across roles if necessary.
The Covid crisis has been a particularly trying time, but the team have done a fantastic job keeping all our relatives safe and helping to maintain relatives contact, in various forms, throughout.

Due to the care and kindness of the staff, my mother settled very quickly into Belvedere Manor. She is enjoying the activities and I have been impressed with the way that the staff have quickly and sympathetically dealt with any problems, real or imaginary, that my mother has brought to them. The staff
go out of their way to ensure that she is as happy and worry-free as possible, which enables my family and myself to feel confident that she is getting the best care possible and will continue to do so as her Alzheimer's progresses. I would also like to praise the manager and the office team who are readily available to chat about any concerns. I would readily recommend Belvedere Manor to anyone looking for an excellent care home.

Dad came in after mum passed away, it was a hard decision but turned out to be a good one. The care and respect he has been shown has been heartwarming and made him and all our family feel welcome. End of life care was excellent for dad and us. Thank you.

Over the last three and a half years the care home has made our fathers live really happy. All the staff are amazing and treated our dead like a family member.
During the last days of his life, the care was amazing and second to none.

My mum became a resident of Belvedere Manor this month and could not have been looked after any better. The staff are so loving and caring and could not do enough to help Mum settle in.
The management have helped me through all the aspects of moving Mum into the care home.
I could not recommend all
the staff enough. A thoroughly good experience in such difficult circumstances.
