Designed with accessibility in mind, the home features wide corridors, a lift to all floors, and spacious en-suite bedrooms. My mother became a resident at Belvedere in November and the whole process was faultless. The support received throughout the induction was dealt with professionally and with care and consideration. The staff are incredible at all levels, including management and carers and caterers.
My mother felt
completely at home and has settled extremely quickly. This is due to several factors, the attention to detail with the overall look and decor of the home and with the fantastic activity programme in place. She now feels part of a large extended family and that is of great comfort to my family.
Well done belvedere keep up the good work !

I visited my mum for the first time since she was admitted a week ago (live down South) and as you can imagine wasn't sure what to expect, but I left feeling so relieved and happy that she is in such a caring environment. The care home is more like a 5* Hotel, beautifully decorated, incredibly clean
and very good food. All the staff are warm and friendly and would especially like to thank the receptionist and the maintenance manager, who went above and beyond their help with my mum and setting up her room for her. I would highly recommend Belvedere Manor.

It was a very hard time as a family, knowing that we had to find a care home for my Mum. When I first visited my Mum, I could not believe how beautiful and clean the care home was. It looks more like a 4 star hotel. I walked through the door and was greeted with the entertainments manager, he was fabulous,
my Mum was sat with other residents and I got to join in the fun. The staff are really attentive and they have so much respect for their residents. My Mum's room is lovely. I have visited on a number of occasions and I always get the same feeling. I can rest knowing my mum is being cared for now.
