Communications, both specific and general, are always excellent. The activities and special events are consistently well planned and encourage participation from residents and family members and it is clear that the staff really do care about the role that they play in people's everyday lives. Bowfell House was chosen after careful consideration of a number of options and we are very pleased with the decision. We would highly recommend Bowfell House and its staff at all levels.

Individual team members have been great and the caring ethos of the home shines through, across all the staff functions that we come into contact with. We, as a family have very few concerns regarding Mum's care/life at Bowfell House and if we did, they would be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, our mum is happy, well cared for, well-fed, warm and always clean, and the social, activities team are a joy. There is always something going on, whether it’s a creative activity, an eating activity, or physical activity. Everyone is able to join in at some point, in some way. Once again, our thanks go to everyone, the management who run the home meticulously and each member of staff at Bowfell House, for their care and kindness to our mum.
