Very caring.
All residents seem to be very happy.
Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We're delighted to hear that you've enjoyed the atmosphere within the home and that the care, activities, and dedication of the team made such a positive impression. Your kind words mean a lot to us.
They were so kind and genuinely caring to my father and also to us as a whole family. We ready couldn't have asked for more
Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words. We completely understand how stressful and emotional arranging care quickly can be, and we're so pleased that the team were able to provide reassurance and support from the very beginning. It means a great deal to know that both your father and your family felt genuinely cared for throughout. Your trust and appreciation mean the world to us.
He was so enamoured that he stayed for the following seven months justiably praising the care and housekeeping staff. Otho was too much trouble even though he could be irascible and at times downright awkward.
Whenever appropriate they took the time to call me and advise of issues as they arose. I recommend Brampton Manor without caveat or hesitation.
Thank you so much for sharing such a heartfelt review. We completely understand how difficult and emotional that transition into care can be, especially for someone so independent. We're delighted to hear that your uncle felt comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for during his time with us....
The staff are attentive and compassionate, always treating my mum with dignity and respect. It's clear they take the time to understand each resident as an individual, much has made a real difference to her comfort and wellbeing.
Communication with us is also excellent, giving us peace of mind and confidence that she is in safe hands. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. We're so pleased to hear that your mum has felt supported and cared for, and that the transition was made easier during what can be a difficult time. It means a great deal to know that our team's compassion, attention, and communication have given you peace of mind. We truly appreciate your trust.
Overall very pleased, its a lovely home. My only gripe is we were told labels would be put in clothes to ID when washing, this did not happen which increases the risk of clothing being misplaced
Thank you for your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that you're happy overall and that you feel it's a lovely home. We're sorry to hear about the issue with labelling, we understand how important this is and will ensure it's addressed promptly. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
I cant thank you enough with lots of love,
Jane Julie Maureen & family.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt message. We're delighted to hear that your mum has enjoyed her time with us and that she feels part of the family. Your kind words about the team mean a great deal, and we're truly grateful for your support and trust.

Mum came to Brampton Manor for 3 weeks respite, the whole process of arranging this was amazing. We cannot fault the premises, staff and care at all. The food was amazing which she loved. She looked quite poorly when she first went in but when we picked her up looked so well and she said it had done her good.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We're delighted to hear that your mum's respite stay at Brampton Manor was such a positive experience and that she left feeling stronger and well cared for. It's wonderful to know that the team, environment, and food all helped make her time with us so beneficial. We truly appreciate your kind words and trust in our care.
From initial assessment at the home to her three week stay has been very friendly and professional. Very good management and superb care. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum has thrived on the good food and car and is much fitter to return to her home. Many thanks to all.

My husband spent some time in Brampton Manor from late december and into the new year as a period of convalesance having been in hospital following a small stroke. His time there proved invaluable to getting him to the next stage of his recovery and my thanks goes to all the staff for the care they provided whilst he was with them. Everyone Bramptoon Manor always very welcoming and friendly.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're delighted to hear that your husband's time at Brampton Manor supported his recovery and helped him move forward with confidence. It's lovely to know that our team's care, warmth, and friendliness made such a positive difference during his convalescence. We truly appreciate your kind words.
Brampton Manor is a truly amazing Care Home. My mother-in-law resided there for over two years until she sadly passed away at the age of 98. In all that time, she received the most compassionate, kind and loving care from all the staff. It was reassuring to know that she was safe, warm, well-fed and well looked after every minute of the day and night. The care team were always there for mum (and us), particularly as her dementia deteriorated and her needs increased. The regular activities and entertainment are second to none - singing, dancing, summer barbecues, Christmas parties and Easter egg hunts for all the family, to name but a few. All visitors are made so welcome at Brampton Manor and we felt very much part of the Brampton family. The communication is exceptional with regular emails, phone calls and meetings which kept us informed. We were also able to join in dementia training with the staff, which was a most valuable experience. Brampton Manor for the best professional care
Thank you so much for your touching and thoughtful review. We feel truly privileged to have cared for your mother-in-law and to have shared those special years with her and your family. It means so much to know that our team's compassion, communication, and dedication brought comfort and...
Brampton Manor is genuinely a lovely home and has such a friendly and positive atmosphere. It's beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I have been so impressed with all the staff at Brampton Manor and how they have helped my mum settle so quickly. They are honestly the most kind, caring and genuine people who truly love their jobs and also love the residents. As visitors we are made so welcome and I feel very at home when I'm there. Whether it's reception staff, office staff, carers or the entertainments team they go above and beyond to make the residents happy and feel loved and cared for. From a two week respite stay, that extended to four weeks, I soon felt very confident that mum could become a permanent resident. It was a very hard decision moving mum from her own home into care but the Brampton manor team made it a lot less stressful and overall a positive experience. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt review. We're so pleased to hear that your mum has settled in so well and that you've both felt so welcome and supported. It's wonderful to know that our team's warmth, care, and dedication have made such a difference during what can be a difficult transition. We're truly grateful for your trust and delighted that Brampton Manor now feels like home.
I Booked my mother into Branpton Manor for some respite care following a fall and hospital stay. From the time of viewing the care home to the end of stay of my mother I cannot express my high gratitude for the care and support of the staff. On arrival my mother was met and made felt welcome. Every day that she spent at the home was exceptional with the staff being friendly and supportive. I have not seen my mother more happy and relaxed for a long time. There were daily activities that were engaging and interactive including cake m aking, flower arranging and Bingo. I cannot thank the staff enough for thir care and support and for making my mother feel welcome and comfortable. I cannot reccomend Brampton Manor enough
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that your mother felt so welcome and enjoyed her stay with us. Our team takes great pride in providing attentive, friendly care and creating engaging activities to make every day enjoyable. It's wonderful to know she was happy, relaxed, and comfortable throughout her time here. Your recommendation means a lot to us!
My mum enjoys company but does not find it easy to push herself forward. She interacted, made new friends , partook in all the events and learned new things during her 3 week stay.
She has been in respite before at other places and is always ready to come home after a few days! She felt at Brampton Manor at home and that she had had a wonderful holiday .
I can't express my thanks enough to the team in enabling me to go on holiday knowing mum was on her own holiday. Whenever I called to speak with her, I was greeted with kindness and prompt service to talk with mum who was always so cheerful and happy. It made my holiday a success.
Thank you again to you all!!! You deserve every award going .

What a welcoming and happy place the moment you step through the door. All the staff are so kind and friendly and you can tell it's genuine. Nothing is too much trouble and there are so many staff available to help the residents. The rooms are light and spacious with lovely decoration as I the whole home. A lot of thought has been put into how it's been designed and the decor so it looks like a hotel rather than a home. All the residents I have seen there since my mother arrived are well dressed and look happy and cared for. I really can't think of anything negative at all. My mother has settled in and seems happy and gets her hair done and a newspaper delivered to her room every day which are optional but add to the personalisation. I would highly recommend it.

My brother was only in for a short time but he really enjoyed the warmth and kindness the team showed him. I would have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic home to anyone.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that your brother felt the warmth and care from our team during his stay. Creating a supportive, community-focused environment is something we take great pride in. Thank you for recommending us, it means a lot!
It is so clean, light, airy and beautifully furnished. The food, facilities and entertainment are all excellent and the garden is well cared for, pretty and has comfortable seating.
The most important part for me is the calm, kind carers, they create a wonderful atmosphere and have endless patience.
I am so grateful my Mother is being looked after so well. It's great to see her dancing and having fun and on bad days they are all so good with her. I recommend this care home with confidence.

I can not put into words how much I love that Brampton Manor is mums home. The dread and thoughts are overwhelming when you know the time has come to think about more care for your loved one. I can honestly say that from day one I felt that mum was safe and loved here and that's all I wanted for mum. Caring for a loved one is stressful and exhausting, all that has gone now because I know my mum is very well cared for. Mum reflects that feeling too she is happier and settled.
Thank you so much for sharing your heartfelt thoughts. We completely understand the overwhelming emotions that come with finding the right care for a loved one, and we're truly grateful that Brampton Manor has been able to offer you both peace of mind. Knowing that we've made a positive impact on...
