Reception staff, admin staff, kitchen staff everyone has been very friendly and caring to visitors and residents. All care staff are lovely and treat residents like family. They look after my friend and the other residents extremely well. If I could live here myself I would.

Overall Experience

I had to make the hard decision of placing my 90-year-old mother into a home with dementia care. The first thing that struck me was the passion of the staff at Brampton Manor, my mum was very confused and scared about the decision, but after a week I saw her smiling and laughing again something I haven’t seen for years. The place is obviously new so immaculate and very well thought out. The rooms are spacious with fantastic private bathrooms/wet rooms, the communal areas are large and wheelchair friendly, I had been seeing mum deteriorating in hospital but again with the boundless enthusiasm of the staff she is improving, this place and the people have given her some dignity back for her latter life and have given me complete peace of mind.
