Newly built Elsyng House Care Home is a purpose-built care home in Enfield, London that offers 75 individual, private en-suite rooms and provides the highest quality residential, nursing, dementia and respite care in a five-star setting.

Nestled in amongst the trees in the residential conservation area of Forty Hill, Elsyng House is easily accessible from London and surrounding areas, and located in close proximity to the Enfield’s ‘Jewel in the Crown’, the historic Forty Hall Manor and Country Park.

The brand-new Enfield nursing home provides state-of-the-art facilities including a café bistro, cinema room, hair and beauty salon, barbers, multiple air-conditioned lounges, as well as a family room and quiet lounge and garden areas for residents and families to enjoy.

All of the facilities and services are included in the weekly fees, which gives you and your loved ones the peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of, affording residents the freedom to explore and to enjoy the available hobbies and services.

I cannot praise this care home highly enough. From the moment you walk in, there's a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely caring and compassionate, treating residents with dignity and respect at all times.
The home is always clean, well-maintained, and
thoughtfully decorated, creating a comfortable and homely environment. The activities are engaging and varied, ensuring residents stay active, stimulated, and socially connected.
What stands out most is the dedication of the team ,they go above and beyond to make sure residents feel safe, happy, and valued. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such capable and caring hands

My relation was warmly welcomed by staff and has since been well cared for.
The facilities are new and therefore of a high standard and it generally appears more like a hotel than a care home.
The dining rooms have been attractively furnished and the service is welcoming.
Meals are varied and a good
standard of catering.
Any issues raised are listened to, but not always resolved and the management structure is not readily advertised for reference, to enable a satisfactory solution.
Visitors are welcomed, the coffee machine well used and appreciated!
Activities are varied which attract a number of residents, and other various ideas could be considered.
Good facilities are provided in the garden which encourages residents to sit outside.
Perhaps residents could be involved in the choice and care of the planting, as a stimulation for them?

Elsyng House has proved to be an excellent choice for my mother. The admission process was quick and very professional, providing all the necessary information to complete a smooth transition. In their dealings with my mother and family, all staff are courteous, efficient, friendly and professional.
Rooms are very well appointed and the general condition of the Home is that of a top quality hotel. Mum has joined in with and thoroughly enjoyed many the activities on offer. The Family have all commented that mum is the happiest that she has been for many years.

Following two unsatisfactory stays in other nursing homes we found Elsyng House. It has everything we were looking for our mother. As it turned out she would only spend one week here before passing away. All the staff treated her with kindness and professionalism and allowed her to keep a sense of dignity
right up until the end.

My dad was lucky enough to have been placed here. We were extremely happy. The place is beautiful. I described it as 5 * hotel. Unfortunately, my dad was only here for four days before he passed away comfortably. Thank you.

My mum, who was healthy had a bleed on the brain which required a major operation. During the diagnostic process she was discovered to have cancer of the bone marrow. The transfer for us as a family was challenging, but Elsyng supported us in this and she is being well cared for. We had an initial meeting
and found the home to be a caring environment. All mum's needs are being met with dignity and she is enjoying the food. Thank you.

Everything is very good and everyone is very kind and helpful. Very attentive to resident and family when visiting. Although my friend was reluctant to go into residential care, he was very happy here and the end of life care to him was excellent. It was very calm and peaceful, couldn't praise everyone

The staff at Elsyng House are without exception so kind, caring and welcoming. My mother has sadly been declining in health but I know that she is very well looked after here. Her room is perfect as it is spacious enough to accommodate walking aids and the bathroom has also been well designed for the
disabled.
My mother is reluctant to try new things due to her ongoing condition but residents regularly enjoy visits from musical performers and other innovations, like the animal visitors. I think this is a very important area to pursue along with the more straightforward in house entertainments such as art and discussion groups and local outings where possible.

Elsyng House is beautiful and clean and all the staff are wonderful, friendly and caring to my mother and myself. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are always there to help when needed. The house is to a high standard and maintains a lovely warm atmosphere and always very welcoming. My mother
has lived there for 2 years now and I honestly feel we are all one big family. I could not wish for a better place for my lovely mum and mother-in-law to live in with such lovely residents and staff. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place to be. I wish all my holiday hotels were as nice as Elsyng.
While I know Mum would rather be "back at home" her care needs made this impossible. She's made new friends and there's always something going on if you want to join in.
Her room is lovely and it's been personalised with
some of her own things.
The staff are universally friendly and considerate, the food always looks fabulous and I know Mum is well cared for and safe.

As always, very happy with the way Elsyng cares for my dad. From management to carers they are all very friendly and helpful. Two members of staff, in particular, do a great job in looking after Dad. Always greeted by reception and other staff. Standards high. Rooms and ensuites always clean. Can always
talk to the nursing staff regarding medical issues and they are always helpful.

Generally, all the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The environment is very nice especially the communal cafe where usually residents/family/visitors sit and socialise. The coffee is gorgeous. There's a nice garden to sit outside that's easily accessible. Mum's room is a decent size,
decorated to a high standard and there's a nice feel to it and the entire home. The staff seem happy and sociable. The food is very nice too. I like the Resident Of The Day scheme where a resident is focused on.

I had been researching care homes for my mother and visited three others before going to Elsyng House. The moment I walked into the home I felt reassured and knew that this was the best place for my mother. Most importantly residents are treated with care and respect and the staff are all professional
and super helpful from senior personnel to reception, catering and housekeeping. My mother had been in hospital for five months prior to being transferred to Elsyng and that period had been extremely difficult and stressful but since her move in July, I know I found the best home for her and that's a huge relief. Thank you.

Up to now no problems. All the staff are very nice. It's kept very clean around the home. I am very happy with all the people I mix with. I am happy to have company every day. I am treated with respect all around the house. I like the garden very much and like to be in the fresh air. On the whole, I

My mother has recently moved here from another care home and the staff at Elsyng House made sure the whole transition process went very smoothly. All the staff seem very caring, compassionate and professional. The home is very clean, well staffed and always feels lively and sociable when I visit. My
mum settled in quicker than I expected and she appears happy and relaxed whenever we visit her. The floor manager is also extremely helpful, and organised and always has time to speak to us about any questions or concerns. Overall, this is an amazing and welcoming care home and my family is very happy that my mum is being so well cared for.
