Very caring and supportive team, very understanding of my brother's needs, he seems to have settled in and is very happy at this moment in time. Hopefully, this is a new start and beginning and they can continue to support his needs.

We finally found the right place for my cousin to get the help he needs! My cousin looks so well since moving in here. He is eating well and is always smartly dressed. He has days when he struggles with his mental health however the staff know him so well and can recognise when he needs that extra support. Staff are always happy and it just feels like such a lovely environment. Goldhill House is also very clean and there seems to be something happening for the clients each time we visit which is lovely to see as a lot of places do not do enough activities for people. Well done to you all for your amazing work!

I feel that I have made a lot of progress since I came to Goldhill House. The staff here do not give up on you. They keep me motivated and see a lot of potential in me. Although I sometimes doubt myself, it is nice to know staff care and will keep me motivated. I have looked into doing a confidence course with my key worker to help with my independence. I am looking forward to stepping down to supported living in the future to a place which is on the same address as Goldhill. It's so nice to know I will have continuity in my care due to this. Thank you to all the staff at Goldhill and the manager who is very kind and takes time to speak to each and every one of us.

This is the best care facility I have been in so far, after 10 years in and out of mental health residential units. The management are very professional but still show understanding and empathy. The care staff are always willing to help and assist with anything that clients need support with and are always there to listen to your problems whilst also being kind and compassionate. The building and grounds itself are lovely and modern and are kept very clean and tidy. I'm very happy here and am looking forward to my future.
