My mother, Susan S, enjoyed 25 consecutive days "respite care" in the Willow Gardens care home following a fall at home & a further fall in hospital. Her care was excellent throughout & she recovered back to her, "normal self" for which we are both most thankful

My mother-in-law has now been a resident at Willow Gardens for a year, and the support on a daily basis for all the many changes for my mother-in-law has been invaluable.
Great Communication at all times with all members of Staff from management level down has been invaluable for us all and really appreciated from initial settling in to change of Doctors/Hospital (great set up by the way)and all the many small daily requirements to help make the transition into care as comfortable as possible. Mother-in-Law enjoys the food, lots of activities available on site, with good outside space.
Thank you, Willow Gardens, for the many times you have taken the time in your busy day/eve and have shown genuine care and kindness, it's
been really appreciated.

Highly recommend

Moving mum to Willows from hospital was so easy. The management team put our minds at rest and all went smoothly.
The rooms are cosy and clean and well maintained.

The carers are so lovely and really take the time to get to know all their residents. They always have time for a chat and a catch up. Christmas was so magical and fun. We have been so impressed we also moved our 102 year old aunt in also.

The home is well run by caring staff. I was always offered a drink when I visited, which was very welcome. The manager was particularly friendly and always approachable and answered any questions I might have had. I couldn't have wished for a better care home for my mum to be in.

We visited an old friend of my mum, as she was unwell herself and couldn't visit. We were so impressed by the homely feel and brilliant staff. The manager introduced herself, and we thought the music was lovely.

My mum has been at Willow Gardens for nearly 4 years and she has received excellent care during that time. I looked at a lot of care homes before choosing Willow Gardens and have had no doubts about our choice. From the moment you walk through the doors there is a welcome, happy and calm environment. There are lots of activities which residents can enjoy both inside and out of the care home and rooms are comfortable and can be personalised to make residents feel at home. Managers have always been available and easy to communicate with and the care staff have always been kind and thoughtful both to mum and myself. The communication between Willow Gardens and the GP surgery is excellent which gives added peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough of the care and kindness my mum has received from the wonderful care staff.

Mum has been a resident of Willow Gardens for coming up to a year now, over which time she has settled in really well and has made many new friends. Mum happened to mentioned to one of the care team how much she would love to have a go at paddle boarding and amazingly the care team immediately set about to make this happen for her. Mum was overwhelmed by their kindness for making this special moment happen and for taking such great care of her to make sure it was an unforgettable experience. She often talks about how much she enjoyed her afternoon on the lake and it is a lovely story for her to tell her family and friends. For the team to go above and beyond to make Mum's wish come true was a real testament to how much everyone at Willow works so hard to make every resident's stay as fulfilling as possible. Many thanks team Willow!

I cannot fault the care and attention that my husband who sufferers from mild vascular dementia, received during his four weeks stay. It is the fourth time that he has been in Willow Gardens for respite in the last two years. The management and staff are exceptional in both the service and help that they provide. Always kind, patient and helpful and always approachable. Thank you all in providing such a lovely care home.

I can't express enough how grateful our family is for the outstanding care and kindness shown to my nan during her time at Willow Gardens. From the moment she arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, compassion, and professionalism that never wavered. The staff are simply incredible - not only highly skilled but also deeply caring. They treated my nan with such dignity, patience, and genuine affection. It brought us so much comfort knowing she was in safe hands and surrounded by people who truly cared about her wellbeing.

The atmosphere at the home is peaceful, friendly, and full of life. Whether it was the little chats, help with daily tasks, or the way they always made sure she felt comfortable and included, every gesture meant the world to us. They didn't just take care of her; they made her feel like part of a family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made all the difference during a time that could have been so difficult, we will always be so thankful for that.

My mother in law came to Willow Gardens on respite after a fall ended with her in hospital. As soon as we walked in we knew this was the place for her. The journey was not easy for her but the staff and management helped us with a diagnosis which in turn lead to my mother in law getting the medication she needed. Due to circumstances changing Willow Gardens were able to offer her a permanent place to stay which gave us so much comfort in knowing she was being so well looked after in such a caring environment with amazing staff and management team. Nothing was ever to much trouble for the staff or management who kept us updated with any changes or concerns, as my mother in law became poorly we were able to stay with her at the home in her final days the staff and management showed so much compassion and genuine care for her and us, we could never thank them enough for what they did they are all incredible people who treated my mother in law with love and dignity, thank you all.

My mother unfortunately passed away at this Care Home a few days ago. She was a resident for just over nine months and loved the Care Home and the carers. They were all amazing to her and truly cared about her. Myself, sister and family members stayed with my mum during her last few days, and therefore we witnessed just how hardworking and caring all the staff are, they were truly amazing.

My Grandmother was in Willow Gardens Yateley for around 9 months until she passed away recently. The care she received was above and beyond. My Nan was going through lots of changes and found the transition very overwhelming but all staff were so patient, calm and professional with her that she soon settled. The staff all got to know my Grandmother on such a personal level and genuinely cared. During her end of life the staff not only cared for my Grandmother to such a high standard but supported us as a family also. It's such a warm and welcoming care home and I just want to thank each and every member of staff for all they did for my wonderful Grandmother and for comforting my family like they did during a very difficult time.

I cannot recommend Willow Gardens more highly. My father became a resident here just over a year ago and we chose the home for its friendly, homely feel. Sadly Dad passed away this month but the care, love and attention given to him, right up to his last hour, was second to none. We really couldn't ask for more. Thank you to all for making mine, and my Father's life so much easier and happy to the end.
