Willow Gardens Care Home provides residents with first-class facilities and well-appointed en suite rooms that have been carefully designed with the comfort of customers in mind and to ensure they feel at home. There is a range of stimulating activities each day for customers to enjoy. Willow Gardens continues to welcome new residents for residential and residential dementia care.

The home is situated in the heart of Anchor's Hampshire Lakes Retirement Village and provides residents with the opportunity to relax and enjoy the home's facilities and the local surroundings, which include a fully accessible heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, licensed bistro, deli and general store. The home benefits from peaceful and pretty parkland surroundings.

Willow Gardens provides residential care which is personally tailored to meet the individual needs of customers and enhance their quality of life.

Anchor works together with customers and their loved ones to create detailed care plans to ensure each individual health and care needs are continually met.

My 94-year-old father needed two weeks of respite care after a couple of weeks in hospital. The staff at Willow Gardens were very helpful and accommodating and gave him very good care for his short stay. They took the time to listen to him and treated him with dignity and kindness.

My mum is a widow who moved in in June 2021, I found it hard initially as I felt guilty, but the staff not only care for Mum but are so supportive of us as a family as well. Mum is very happy here and is well settled but she can be difficult as well, but the staff always smile and reassure her and do
a great job of settling her down.
She has a lovely room with a TV, she can choose to join in all the amazing activities provided or have some time to herself and watch TV on her own. Mum has been very poorly over New Year whilst we were away and the staff looked after her so well and kept us informed on how she was. All the staff are lovely kind and caring people I cannot thank them enough for the level of care they give. I am a registered nurse and have been so impressed by everything at the Willows since day one. Even with covid, they have done their utmost to ensure we can all see Mum. Go and see them and see for yourself it is well worth a visit.

My father was a resident at Willow Gardens for many years. As a registered nurse I am so grateful for the outstanding care and support all the staff have given him over the years. Despite the many challenges of Covid, the staff have gone above and beyond to support their residents.
Sadly my father
died in December however I cannot thank the staff enough. Particularly for his last week, we were able to be with him and their superb care of him and his family will not be forgotten. It was a good ending to a life well lived and I am so happy that we found Willow Gardens for his last home and that they cared for him till the end. The staff are amazing.

My mother was sadly only in Willow Gardens for 7 and a half weeks, but during that time she received excellent care. All the staff treated her with kindness and respect and were endlessly patient. We as her family were also treated with great kindness and given lots of support, especially when we were
struggling as Mum was coming to the end of her life. I would most certainly recommend Willow Gardens to anyone whose relative needs full-time care.

My Mum became a resident of Willow Gardens 3 years ago after losing my Dad and then being diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
The staff at the home are just exceptional and always go the extra mile. My mum was quite difficult to manage but they never complained and kept massive smiles on their faces even throughout
the pandemic.
Sadly I lost Mum in July but the staff attended her funeral and were so kind to all the family.
I am still in touch with all the staff and they are just fantastic people.
I am so grateful to them all.

Willow Gardens is ideal for my elderly aunt. The staff are delightful to deal with, nothing is too much bother, and the quality of care offered appears second to none. They all appear to enjoy what they do and are happy doing it.
Those being cared for have a lovely blend of privacy and companionship.

Both mum and dad became residents of Willow Gardens when they could no longer reside in the assisted living part of the retirement village. The care and attention they received were second to none. In their last weeks of life (dad passed in March 2021 and mum passed in August 2021), we had unlimited
access and were able to sit with them as long as we wanted. The carers at Willow Gardens genuinely cared for my parents as if they were their own family and through covid, they were there when we could not be. I very much admire all the staff at Willow Gardens and would like to thank them for everything that they did for both my mum and dad.

My Mother and Father bought an apartment and lived there until the requirement for more care became necessary in early 2020 and they moved into Willow Gardens the care home element of the village. The care and support they received were beyond measure and more than we could have hoped for. The staff
are so attentive and caring and lovely people. There are activities almost every day and this so added to both Mum and Dad's quality of life whilst living there. In the past, a local school would come in on a weekly basis but unfortunately due to COVID that has not been possible. The end of life care given for Dad (passed away March 2021) and Mum (passed away in August 2021) was very supportive and very calming for them and us as grieving siblings. We cannot thank you all enough.

Dad has been at Willow now for nearly 4 weeks to give Mum some respite. During that time I have found the whole team to be approachable, flexible and caring. They took the time to listen and understand Dad's needs and he has been very well looked after during this time. We have visited regularly (adhering
to Covid Guidelines of course) and found Dad to be in good spirits and well turned out. The carers I have met have been caring, helpful and attentive and during the heatwave gave out ice cream and ice lollies (Dad's favourite). Thank you for looking after my father so well.

My mother, has been in the care home since August 2016 until she passed in June 2020. From the very first day she felt at home in the care home and became part of the small community. She was extremely well looked after, physically and mentally as well as being cared for by the staff who treated her
as an individual. The facilities at the care home are excellent and very comfortable as well as providing individual privacy.
During her stay Mum had had several falls which were handled immediately and professionally, contacting the medical authorities as appropriate. I was always contacted as soon as any issues occurred so that I could be there if required.
During Covid the home worked hard to facilitate contact with Mum either via video calls or modified Covid secure meeting rooms to facilitate 1-2-1 communication.
Unfortunately, my mother passed in June but the care home were very caring and supportive and felt her loss as much as I as they were her 2nd family.

My Mum spent the last 15 months of her life in Willow Gardens, sadly passing away last Wednesday. Covid restrictions made things very difficult during this time, with many periods when we were unable to visit. Without reservation, my sister and I were always impressed by the care staff. Wonderful staff
doing a difficult job with true care. My mother repeatedly expressed how lovely the staff were, and how well they looked after her. I can't thank Willow Gardens enough. I doubt there is a better care home.

My mum was in the care of Willow Gardens for the last 18 months of her life, sadly passing only last week. Throughout the time, we had 2 stints of 4 months where I could not see mum due to COVID restrictions. This would have been unbearable if it were not for the care staff at Willow Gardens. Not only
was my mum always safe and immaculately clean but the staff went above and beyond, loving mum as if mum were family. I know without any doubt that my mum could not have received any better care. The nursing home has a lovely, warm, welcoming and family feel to it, staff are always so patient, treating everyone with extreme kindness and dignity and there is so much laughter. The food is amazing, certainly on par with any good hotel. The nursing home provides lots of stimulation and fun in the form of activities. The rooms are clean and modern with a homely feel and are personalized to make the room feel like home. The nursing team go above and beyond with supporting family too.

My mother was at Willow Gardens for two-and-a-half years. In that time she was well cared for and much loved by the staff, who are wonderful; nothing is too much trouble for them. The activities are super and everyone is encouraged to join in. The outside terrace is used for brilliant music/singing
events with cocktails for everyone. It’s such a happy environment. The meals are fresh and provided for all tastes and needs.

Mum was a resident with Dementia at Willow Gardens for 2.5 years. During that time, the staff there became her second family. We could not have wished for a better and more caring place for Mum to spend her final years. The care and attention Mum received was always first class and the staff and management

My grandmother resides at Willow Gardens, our whole family is delighted to say she is very happy there and looked after in a way we could never have imagined. The carers who look after her and all the other residents treat them all like family and us when we visit, warm, friendly, kind and just lovely!
During this outbreak, we have had regular contact with her through phone calls and the girls are happy to use their own phones to WhatsApp so we can also see her which has meant so much. We also have regular pictures and emails with updates, they have been entertaining them in imaginative ways during lockdown. We could not ask for more, to know she is great hands. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Willow Gardens.

Willow Gardens took care of my aunt for 2 weeks after a stay in hospital. I found all the staff there to be professional, friendly, kind and helpful and always took time to talk to me over any concerns. Care staff always cheerful and welcoming (even at 2.30 am one time when we had to bring my father back from a hospital visit). The room and corridor are bright and cheerful and staff do their best to arrange my father to socialise and join in. Gets help with all aspects of personal care. Overall it
