Willow Gardens Care Home provides residents with first-class facilities and well-appointed en suite rooms that have been carefully designed with the comfort of customers in mind and to ensure they feel at home. There is a range of stimulating activities each day for customers to enjoy. Willow Gardens continues to welcome new residents for residential and residential dementia care.

The home is situated in the heart of Anchor's Hampshire Lakes Retirement Village and provides residents with the opportunity to relax and enjoy the home's facilities and the local surroundings, which include a fully accessible heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, licensed bistro, deli and general store. The home benefits from peaceful and pretty parkland surroundings.

Willow Gardens provides residential care which is personally tailored to meet the individual needs of customers and enhance their quality of life.

Anchor works together with customers and their loved ones to create detailed care plans to ensure each individual health and care needs are continually met.

The creative and energetic events and activities team make use of every part of the house and grounds to provide a wide variety of activities that keep the mind engaged and the body active.

I find the staff and facilities excellent. This is my second time in Willow Gardens and I find it very relaxing, and I am seriously thinking of another visit. The treatment received when unwell was excellent.

Fantastic place for my grandmother, she absolutely loves the staff and has done so well since moving here. Best decision was moving here, we know she is being looked after, is safe and loves being there. Great rooms, always very clean and lots of amenities.

I spent 3 weeks in rehab after a complete hip replacement. The staff were most helpful and any request was no trouble. The service regarding meals and room service was impeccable. There were activities organised both morning and afternoon for the residents to participate in if they so wished. My stay
over the 3 weeks was most enjoyable and relaxing.

My mother went into respite care at Willow Gardens after a 3-week stay in hospital. Her preconceived idea of a care home made her anxious but trusted my judgment as I had already visited the care home. Her worries soon diminished. She was made to feel so welcome and so loved. Nothing was too much trouble
for the management and the carers. We really cannot fault anything. My mum felt poorly during her stay, and this was sorted out immediately. I felt assured and confident all the time that my mum was being cared for with the dignity she deserves so much so, we extended her stay to the maximum. Excellent!

My mother-in-law went into the care home for respite care back in February till April. her stay was extended to the max and I saw how well they treated her. What an excellent care home! She cried when she left to go back home. She missed it so much, that after 4 weeks of being at home, she went back
for 3 more weeks of respite care, to help with her mobility and just to have the assurance of round-the-clock care. She felt part of a family there, and the staff all seemed so happy to work there. We were always made to feel welcome too. When the time is ready, she feels she would like to become a permanent resident.

My mother spent the last 2.5 years of her life at Willow Gardens where she was safe, happy and looked after with the greatest care, support and dignity. Since my Nan has moved to Willow Gardens I cannot thank the care staff enough for how they all go above and beyond for my Nan. She has settled in nicely which is always a great fear, my Nan absolutely adores all the carers and often refers to them as angels! She also enjoys all the activities they have
to offer, like pub lunches, quizzes, singers etc. Hearing my Nan speak so highly of the staff is a great relief knowing she is being so well looked after, they are all so welcoming and are warming towards the resident's friends and family. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home!

My father was recently accepted into Willow Gardens. Despite our initial nervousness, he has settled in beautifully. He constantly says how lovely and kind people are and he likes his surroundings. He has a spacious room with a lovely view. Unlike some care homes we viewed, the staff are constantly
busy and engaged with the residents and there appears to be a good staff/resident ratio. We feel Dad is well cared for in a safe and stimulating environment which is well-run and very organised.

My mother-in-law settled within a few days into Willow Gardens. This was a huge relief as we moved here after 60 years of living in Yorkshire to be close by. The staff are wonderful with her and the facilities, regular doctor health care checks are second to none. Also, the wide range of activities

It is a joy being here, the staff are excellent, caring and kind. When I apologise for myself, or for asking for something, they always reassure me that it is no problem at all. I feel very secure and would be very happy to stay longer.

My mother was a resident here for 18 months.
Mum had a great time joining in with all the daily activities and singing her heart out with all the entertainment.
Her bedroom was great and more than enough for her needs (a hand rail by the sink would be good).
She loved sitting in the living room
with the other residents and carers. The food was of a very good standard with a good variety and she loved the occasional sherry!
They have a fab GP who visits every week and sees those residents in need. Chiropodist services are available as well as the hairdresser downstairs.
They have a lovely outdoor area which is great in the summer.
Management team were very experienced and always on hand to address any concerns or questions.
A low turnover of staff was important which Willow offered. The care staff are part of the fabric and family that is Willow Gardens and I cannot rate them highly enough.
Mum was treated with the utmost respect and dignity until she passed away.

Following a hip replacement and the likelihood of in-depth care was needed on a 24-hour basis. My view was that the care package had to be comprehensive and able to cope with all situations that may arise within any 24 hour period. Willow Gardens care facility provided and helped all my needs plus a
cheerful atmosphere.

I wholeheartedly recommend Willow Gardens. My mother's time there was sadly too short, but the care she received was wonderful. Everyone was so kind, so thoughtful, so professional. I spent several days with Mum, by her side, night and day, and I saw how dedicated all the staff are. As well as tending
to Mum and treating her with gentleness and dignity, they supported me and my whole family and clearly had excellent relations with the district nurses, doctors and other medical staff who came in. They treated all the residents with kindness and patience, helping them in every way, keeping them company and organising activities. I regret that my mum wasn't able to enjoy the conviviality and activities - I know she would have loved them. I can never thank the Willow Gardens team enough.

My mother moved into Willow Gardens after a short stay in hospital in November 2023, but quickly moved on to end-of-life care due to the medical conditions she had when she arrived. All of the staff, led by the manager, displayed nothing but the greatest of care and respect towards my mother and all
of the members of our family who visited during this difficult time.
After my mother passed away we were amazed to see that some of the staff made the time to attend her funeral and wake despite her short stay with them.
I observed how all of the residents were treated by the staff, and their attitude was the same towards everyone. I would have no reservations in recommending Willow Gardens to anyone who asked me.

My parents were very well taken care off during their respite stay. All the carers and admin team were first class, so caring and nothing was too much trouble.
Rooms were bright and cheery with nice big bathrooms. Facility is in a lovely setting with beautiful grounds. I would highly recommend Willow
Gardens.

We looked at many care homes in the area and found Willow Gardens to be the most welcoming from the moment we stepped inside.
There are no restrictions on visiting, the staff clearly care about the residents and always make families feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The additional benefits
are regular GP visits which are always followed up with the family.
I could write so much more. Thank you for all you do for my mother.
