Willow Gardens Care Home provides residents with first-class facilities and well-appointed en suite rooms that have been carefully designed with the comfort of customers in mind and to ensure they feel at home. There is a range of stimulating activities each day for customers to enjoy. Willow Gardens continues to welcome new residents for residential and residential dementia care.

The home is situated in the heart of Anchor's Hampshire Lakes Retirement Village and provides residents with the opportunity to relax and enjoy the home's facilities and the local surroundings, which include a fully accessible heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, licensed bistro, deli and general store. The home benefits from peaceful and pretty parkland surroundings.

Willow Gardens provides residential care which is personally tailored to meet the individual needs of customers and enhance their quality of life.

Anchor works together with customers and their loved ones to create detailed care plans to ensure each individual health and care needs are continually met.

The creative and energetic events and activities team make use of every part of the house and grounds to provide a wide variety of activities that keep the mind engaged and the body active.

I can't express enough how grateful our family is for the outstanding care and kindness shown to my nan during her time at Willow Gardens. From the moment she arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, compassion, and professionalism that never wavered. The staff are simply incredible - not only highly
skilled but also deeply caring. They treated my nan with such dignity, patience, and genuine affection. It brought us so much comfort knowing she was in safe hands and surrounded by people who truly cared about her wellbeing.


The atmosphere at the home is peaceful, friendly, and full of life. Whether it was the little chats, help with daily tasks, or the way they always made sure she felt comfortable and included, every gesture meant the world to us. They didn't just take care of her; they made her feel like part of a family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made all the difference during a time that could have been so difficult, we will always be so thankful for that.

This amazing care home took amazing care of my nanny as if they was her family when we couldn't be there. Can't praise them enough for the care patience love support them have not just shown my nanny and my family I am eternally grateful for what they have done for my family especially my nanny within

I recently lost my mum she was in Willow gardens the last 9 months of her life I couldn't of wished for a better caring beautiful home for her the staff are amazing not once did I worry about her being in there care they gave us peace of mind and at the end they welcomed us to be with her and looked

My mother in law came to Willow Gardens on respite after a fall ended with her in hospital. As soon as we walked in we knew this was the place for her. The journey was not easy for her but the staff and management helped us with a diagnosis which in turn lead to my mother in law getting the medication
she needed. Due to circumstances changing Willow Gardens were able to offer her a permanent place to stay which gave us so much comfort in knowing she was being so well looked after in such a caring environment with amazing staff and management team. Nothing was ever to much trouble for the staff or management who kept us updated with any changes or concerns, as my mother in law became poorly we were able to stay with her at the home in her final days the staff and management showed so much compassion and genuine care for her and us, we could never thank them enough for what they did they are all incredible people who treated my mother in law with love and dignity, thank you all.

My mother unfortunately passed away at this Care Home a few days ago. She was a resident for just over nine months and loved the Care Home and the carers. They were all amazing to her and truly cared about her. Myself, sister and family members stayed with my mum during her last few days, and therefore
we witnessed just how hardworking and caring all the staff are, they were truly amazing.

My Grandmother was in Willow Gardens Yateley for around 9 months until she passed away recently. The care she received was above and beyond. My Nan was going through lots of changes and found the transition very overwhelming but all staff were so patient, calm and professional with her that she soon
settled. The staff all got to know my Grandmother on such a personal level and genuinely cared. During her end of life the staff not only cared for my Grandmother to such a high standard but supported us as a family also. It's such a warm and welcoming care home and I just want to thank each and every member of staff for all they did for my wonderful Grandmother and for comforting my family like they did during a very difficult time.

I cannot recommend Willow Gardens more highly. My father became a resident here just over a year ago and we chose the home for its friendly, homely feel. Sadly Dad passed away this month but the care, love and attention given to him, right up to his last hour, was second to none. We really couldn't
ask for more. Thank you to all for making mine, and my Father's life so much easier and happy to the end.

I can't rate Willow Gardens highly enough. Such lovely rooms, all kept so clean and tidy. The staff are all so kind and have plenty of time for the residents and are so welcoming. The management team have also been very helpful with dealing with some very difficult paperwork.
I wouldn't hesitate in

My mum was a resident here for more than 3 years and she formed a good relationship with most of the staff. On our very first visit to Willow Gardens, my wife and I instinctively knew that this is where Mum is meant to be, and 23 months on, we can unequivocally say that our initial feeling has been endorsed a hundred times over. The manager and her whole team are absolutely amazing, having created and nurtured
a happy and enriching environment, not only for Mum but all those in their care. The level of professionalism, care, respect and genuine affection demonstrated is exemplary, especially as Mum has dementia with all the additional support that entails. Placing a loved one into full-time is an emotional time but Willow Gardens truly encompasses all the very best you could wish for in not just a care home, but in a caring home. We take comfort and peace of mind that we have done our very best for Mum by entrusting her into the care of the family that is Willow Gardens.

Have lived here nearly a year and getting used to my own room. Meals are always on time and the best. Laundry is picked up on time and returned. Rooms are cleaned daily/weekly which I like and kept tidy, including carpets always clean. Coffee shop easy to get to, a small shop selling everything you
might need. All cards that you've forgotten and they are handy. The bistro is useful for meeting family members.

A fit, mainly healthy 87-year-old lady still doing my own housework, washing, ironing, shopping, heavy lifting and all the driving (200-300 miles a day on odd occasions) was changed by a freak accident. In hospital with left hip and wrist fractures I was very unwell. On discharge my caring lovely husband
not so well himself wanted to care for me. It got too much for him and the family a care home for me. On 21st August I was in Willow Gardens for respite. My husband visits daily. Management and carers are all wonderful. Nothing is ever too much. We would recommend Willow Gardens to anybody in need of respite or permanent care.

In recent weeks my mother has seen an inevitable deterioration in her health due to dementia. During this time the staff have been really good at keeping us up to date on doctors' nursing and other health care professional input. The staff have been quick to communicate any of Mum's additional needs
so that things can be put in place quickly. So pleased we chose this care facility.
