Such kind staff who care for Mum - especially two members of staff. And such welcoming staff at the door in the office.

Came for a respite stay. Staff are excellent, caring and helpful. Good food and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Within the covid restrictions, the Care Home seems to be run with attention to detail. The few staff I've met have been unfailingly polite and respectful as have a few others I have spoken to on the telephone. My sister's medication regime has been followed to the letter by the staff concerned. My sister appreciates the night-time care she receives, the social company of some of the other residents, and the good quality of the food provided. I'm greatly relieved to know she is being well looked after and is safe. Thank you.

Mum is known by all members of staff who we have come into contact with. They are patient with her deafness and make sure she has heard. They deal well with her dementia and related mood swings.

I recently was able to arrange a visit inside Fleming Court Care Home to see my Aunty, having only managed to see her once in the previous sixteen months. She has dementia and whilst sadly her condition has diminished, it is abundantly clear that she is happy and well cared for at Fleming Court Care Home. The place continues to feel more like a five star hotel than a care home and when my Aunty arrived to meet me I really appreciated that she looked so well, her hair freshly blow dried and she was wearing smart clothes, in fact she looked just like her old self. Organising the visit and the steps you have to take before you attend make you feel confident they are doing everything they can to keep the residents safe. I really cannot praise one particular member of staff and the all the other staff enough for the care and attention they have given to my Aunty, they treat her like family, giving her all the love and hugs we haven't been able to do. They are also always up for having a sing and a dance with her which they know she loves! Thank you all so very much.

Fleming Court is a high-quality facility in a lovely location. The staff are wonderful - always cheerful and willing to help. My mum agrees. She is well cared for and happy (and looks 10 years younger than when she arrived!).

The care, support and love that is given to my mother is wonderful to see, hear and feel. Although my mother has dementia and struggles to remember events and faces she appears to be very happy and in return loves the staff at Fleming Court Care who are truly caring, thoughtful and have loads of patience. I hope that when it is my turn to receive care and support it is to the same brilliant level that Fleming Court Care provides and also has lots of biscuits!

My mother arrived at Fleming Court 2 years ago this weekend. The last year has been a nightmare for us all, but I have had the reassurance that Mum is in the best possible place for her, and that her health and well-being are being generously managed by excellent staff. Despite the pressures, the home has maintained a high level of care provision and has succeeded in keeping residents socially engaged. I particularly appreciated the advice I was given when we lost a family member, and the kindness shown to my mother at that time.

Everyone concerned has been extremely kind and helpful in what is such an unnatural experience. It does not seem to get any easier to communicate although I accept that the person I am visiting doesn't fully understand.

Can't fault this home.

This care home is second to none. If I ever have to go into care, this is where I'd choose to go. The care provided is first class.

We have nothing but praise for the home and its staff. During this difficult time, it has been such a relief to know that my mother-in-law is receiving the best possible care. We really appreciate the considerate and individual way that staff looked after her, particularly at this awful time. Despite missing her family she is clearly very fond of the staff and always tells us how good they are and how hard they work. We also appreciate the regular feedback and good communication with the family.

Always caring and welcoming staff and atmosphere. Can't thank you enough for helping to arrange a surprise 90th birthday visit to mum. She is still buzzing and everyone there was so helpful and pleased for her too. The care and support throughout the last year has been a huge relief to us and support for mum. Highly recommended.

WOW. I have just visited my Aunty for the first time since March 2020 due to Covid-19 and I was instantly overcome with emotion. I was bracing myself for her looking different, older perhaps, a year can make so much difference at an older age, and I was worried she may have deteriorated further (she sadly has Dementia) but oh my goodness.... she looks amazing, was so happy and chatty (in her own way) I could not believe how brilliant she looked! The staff at Fleming Court can only be described as angels. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for taking such good care of my Aunty during such difficult times when you will have all been frightened, worried, exhausted, and apart from your own families. I am blown away. As usual, the home itself is immaculate, smells gorgeous, looks amazing and the measures in place for a safe one designated visitor were top class. I just can not express my family's gratitude to you enough - thank you all!

The manager and staff are warm, friendly and helpful. As well as welcoming my mum into the home, they have made me feel like part of the family too and I know that I can pick up the phone at any time if I have any questions. During this very difficult period, the staff have worked hard to keep my mum safe but have also found the time to keep her stimulated and are constantly finding new ways to make the lives of the residents happy and fulfilling. The home itself has a very cosy feeling despite looking like a 5-star hotel! I am pleased with the start that my mum has made in her new home at Fleming Court.

All the staff are very good to me. I have been here for four months and it's a very nice place to be.

Pleasant. The activities are normally excellent, but due to lockdown, not so much but full marks to all the staff for working so hard to keep everyone happy during a difficult time.
