I cannot recommend this home highly enough, it is lovely, clean and modern with caring supportive staff. My mum has been a resident at this care home for over 8 months. Mum reluctantly moved from her beloved bungalow into a home as she was no longer able to care for herself at home. She has found the transition very difficult, however the staff have been unfailingly supportive and kind to both Mum and our family.
My mother enjoyed her stay and all the family were happy with every aspect of her stay, the food was excellent - my mother's room was lovely the home was nice and clean the staff were helpful and kind and accommodating, all in all as a family we loved our mother staying in Middleton Lodge I would highly recommend to anyone who would like their loved ones to stay.
Very impressed with both the facilities and staff. Shout out to the general manager and the reception team for excellent customer service. Mom has just moved into care at Middleton Lodge and is settling in nicely with the help of top-notch staff.
My wife has been a resident at Middleton Lodge for almost two months. During this time I have found all aspects of this care home to be excellent. The management and staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly.
She is very well cared for, loved and known by all of the staff and carers.
Any issues arising are dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily.
Staff are always friendly and polite and treat Mum with respect and care.
We can visit Mum whenever we want (and do many times each week), but we know that we can leave her happy in the knowledge that she is, and will remain, safe and looked after very well.
Middleton Lodge feels like an extended family.
Thank you for your wonderful five-star review of our home. We are thrilled to hear that you are so satisfied with the quality of care and overall service we provide at Middleton Lodge. Every member of the team is dedicated to providing person-centred care to all our residents. It is an absolute pleasure to care for your mum and also to have you as part of our home family.
I moved into Middleton Lodge only a few days ago. I have found all staff to be friendly, happy and helpful. I have not yet had the opportunity to experience all the facilities i.e cinema, hairdressing. I have found all food to be appetising and nutritious. Coffee coffee-making machine is good, a treat for me. It is currently not possible for me to give a comprehensive assessment however things look very promising. Homes of this type are not cheap but I think Middleton represents good value for money.
Simply awesome peace of mind knowing dad is happy and very well looked after, he's forever singing which is a sign he's happy and contented. He's made friends and really likes the staff who are all very good at their jobs. The festivities were so good, including us relatives joining in, we had Christmas lunch with my father which was beyond beautiful, the church coming into the home is very appreciated too. Lovely thoughtful touch.

This is 100% five-star care and provision. It's a great location for the city and surrounding areas, so really accessible for non-drivers. Mum initially came for respite and loved it so much decided to make it her home. As a family, we couldn't be happier with the support and care given by all staff. Its become a real family space as we get to know other families and residents. Also great entertainment.

On entering, you think you are in a five-star hotel, the decor, furnishings and facilities are first-class. The home has many things to offer residents, it has a fantastic cinema, rooms are beautifully appointed and the quality is first-class. The choice and quantity of food is, again, brilliant, the chefs and catering staff and all the other staff and cleaners are, again, just brilliant and so helpful and friendly. It has a library, foot and nail department, hairdressers, party room amongst other facilities. I would recommend Middleton Lodge Care Home - Averu Healthcare as the perfect home to reside in should you ever need a care home, I would not consider anywhere else.

Mum has been in Middleton Lodge for two weeks since falling and breaking her ankle at home. After just a couple of days, we have all seen a huge improvement in her. The staff have looked after her with care and sensitivity and are all especially welcoming to visitors. It was her 95th birthday just a couple if days after arriving and everyone went out of their way to make the celebration extra special.
