The staff are always very welcoming and do anything they can to enhance my visits, eg, providing resources so my friend could be involved in arranging the flowers I had brought. My friend always says how kind everyone is. The staff are very accommodating and show consideration of my friend's physical and emotional needs. The beautiful flowers that are always at reception really enhance the environment.

Mum came in for respite for one week. She settled in very well and is now going to become a resident. Everyone is very nice. The food is good and she is very well looked after and happy. Her room is lovely and the care home is like a top hotel. The staff are very nice and caring. I would recommend this care home to anyone looking for respite and long-term.
