My mum is currently a resident at St Clare Court Nursing Home, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. Every member of staff plays a part in creating such a kind and supportive environment. From those who look after her laundry, to the nursing team, and especially the senior nurses, who are outstanding.

They not only meet her needs but ensure she is happy, comfortable and content, which means everything to my family. Recently, I had an administrative issue and was so impressed with how it was handled. The whole team, from clerical staff to the manager, worked behind the scenes to resolve it quickly and take the stress away from us once again.

No one hopes their loved one will need a nursing home, but I truly can't praise St Clare Court enough for their care, support and kindness.

St Clare's Court is truly outstanding - all of the staff go above and beyond to ensure that the residents receive high quality care. Words that spring to mind include - kind, caring, nurturing, respectful, trustworthy, honest and supportive.

My Gran has been a resident for just over 18 months and her care has been faultless from the day that she moved in. Everyone took time to get to know her, engaged her in many activities where she found herself a new lease and renewed love for life and supported her, and us as a family, through hard times of illness.

When visiting, we are always made to feel welcome and part of the St Clare's family. It is always a pleasure.

Thank you all for being caring superstars - it is very true that not all heroes wear capes but you all deserve one!

Mum was unwell on 12 March. Care shown by all staff was amazing. All staff from housekeeping to senior management are fully invested in wellbeing of all the residents. They go above and beyond to reassure both resident and family members. I cannot speak highly enough of this care home. Absolutely amazing!!

From her initial visit our mam felt welcome, relaxed and safe at st Clares. Over the following months her care has been exceptional and all the staff have been genuinely caring, thoughtful and professional. The variety of activities and opportunities mam has enjoyed and have helped her rediscover her fun side and enthusiasm for life. Her room is comfortable and she looks forward to meal times and the wide selection of menu. Our family feel reassured that our precious mam is in the right place and receiving the best standard of care.

My mum spent 15 months at St Clare's from December 2023 to February 2025. Her care within that time was excellent. The facilities and rooms were lovely, but above all what makes St Clare's very special are the warm and welcoming staff who cared for my mum as if she was family. Nothing was too much trouble, and for a year we were able to enjoy a family and watch her blossom as she regained her love for dancing and socialising instead of being her full time carers. It was so reassuring to walk away each day knowing she was so well cared for. I can never thank St Clare's enough for making her last years so special for us all.

Very pleasant care home as soon as you come through the door you get a warm welcome. The residents are always doing something organised by the activities coordinator. My dad is a resident and has been for over a year, he is happy, well fed and content. They have a mini bus and go out once a fortnight on trips, which my dad enjoys.

My mother continues to receive excellent care at St. Clare's Court Care Home. She recently required a referral to a district nurse and subsequent hospital appointment. This was dealt with extremely quickly by St. Clares in getting her the care she required. Her general care is very good and all the staff show her kindness and respect. She enjoys the stimulation of the various activities and company of other residents.

St Clare's Court was the first home we viewed for my mother - and we knew with the first meeting with the manager it was perfect - in every way - my mother has settled; engaged with friends (the golden girls!) It shows in her behaviour and physical health improvement how happy she is. My wife and I cannot express to all the staff how grateful we are for the exemplary care you provide.

In the lead-up to Christmas the staff went above and beyond to make the home feel special and Christmassy for all residents and families. The outside light and inflatable decorations were brilliant. All Christmas activities were brilliant and well thought out. Families were encouraged to attend with their relatives.

We love visiting the home in December.
The home is always decorated beautifully.
There are always lots of activities taking place.

On one occasion we visited after tea time, and there were carol singers. My mother-in-law was taken downstairs with other residents, and they had such a lovely during.
