Reigate Grange is purpose-built and therefore fit for the purpose of promoting independence whilst keeping people safe. It offers Signature's exceptional residential and nursing care combined with outstanding facilities and services, all within a comfortable, friendly and home-like environment. The home features private apartments that vary from studios to one-bedroom suites. In addition, and in Reigate's dementia community, there are bespoke specialist dementia suites, designed especially to offer unique support for individuals requiring specialist dementia care.

Residents are able to enjoy the three acres of land that Reigate Grange is situated within, as well as nature and wildlife zones. There are regular organised trips out and residents are encouraged and supported to continue enjoying hobbies, both old and new. The atmosphere and ambience of Reigate Grange is evident the minute you enter the stunning reception area. There is a sense of calm, contentment and companionship in the combined café area and for those that prefer their own company, there are comfortable sofas just on the periphery.

I have only been staying at Reigate Grange for just over a week. I must say, I am very impressed. Everything about the place is first class, rooms, staff, food etc. I could not be looked after any better and have already extended my stay for a further two weeks with the possibility of becoming a resident.

Reigate Grange has been very helpful from the start in taking my mum in straight from hospital and organising everything that does with it, taking a lot of stress off my shoulders. People are so friendly and helped my mum settle in quickly; she's happy there now. The restaurant and food are excellent,
and the level of care received is fantastic. I can't fault the staff from carers to management. I've found their service to be great and would recommend anyone. Loved to stay.

My friends mother is a resident and it's so nice the family are so happy with the care she's receiving. Every time I go to Reigate Grange I'm greeted with a smile and the events they host such as the Christmas fair are so lovely and I have told my kids that's where I want to go when the time comes.

I am an independent social worker who has two clients living at Reigate Grange. I have been involved with the home since it first opened and no matter what, the managers and their staff team delivery consistent, person-centred, high-quality care and support to their residents. The home itself is a
delight to spend time in and provides a lovely homely environment on all floors. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and the communal areas are inviting and fun. But it's not all looks with Reigate Grange, it goes so much deeper. All the staff are totally dedicated to those they are supporting. They all know each resident's likes and dislikes, past history, families etc, that their care is always truly person-centred. If a relative of mine were to need to go into a care home, I would choose Reigate Grange above any other. Highly recommended.

My mother moved into Reigate Grange, Hilltops (Dementia Suite), on the 25th March, after being at our family home for 55 years, and right bang in the middle of this horrific pandemic which meant I couldn't visit her! The staff have been simply brilliant during this difficult time as they have had to
cancel all extra outside help so have had to do a multitude of jobs including arranging pyjama parties and VE day, and they still come into work with a smile on their face saying how much they love their job!
The carers are all like angels - each and every one of them goes over and above each day - they put their life and soul into their job, they are kind, compassionate and extremely intuitive and boy oh boy they know how to give the inmates a fun time! They are all an absolute asset to Reigate Grange and I am very lucky that this is my mother's new home. And when this pandemic is over they all deserve a medal and a big party! As the 6 month's mark since moving in is nigh, a review seems timely and apt. We have been most impressed and pleased with the level of care, it's sensitivity, their patience, attention to details and responsiveness and this goes across the board of all those we have cause to interact with - Nurses,
carers, cleaners, maintenance and management (sorry to the chef's and restaurant team, but we have not eaten there ourselves). The only negative remains that old, vexed and perennial issue - meals. We know 'it's difficult to please all of the people all of the time', but Car parking - not even going to go there!

We are very lucky to be here where we are looked after so well. All the staff are so caring which makes for a very happy atmosphere. My friends say it's like a five-star hotel, but not so formal. I would recommend a visit.

My husband and I moved into Signature Grange 16 months ago. My husband had a stoke sad to say 6 months ago he died so sad. I am lucky to be here. Such kindness from the management and staff and the residents. It truly is "home from home".

My mother came to the Grange in July 2019, since being here she has had the most amazing care. The staff are so helpful and I can't thank the carers enough for all they do. My mum has found the nursing care very beneficial, the food and regular medication has had a very good effect on her health.

I was delighted to move into the role of Interim General Manager in June, and then to be confirmed as the General Manager later that year. I’m a qualified Registered Nurse, a dynamic individual with excellent nursing and leadership skills. I have a track record of delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner through direct nursing care. I have deputised for more than 10 years and also worked as Acting Manager. I’m a qualified TTT (Train The Trainer) and also have experience in commissioning new homes. At Reigate Grange, there is a genuine team spirit of cooperation and a passion to deliver the highest quality care. As General Manager, I strive to support this ethos and make our home truly exceptional.

I joined as Wellbeing and Lifestyle Manager in June 2018 as part of the commissioning management team at Reigate Grange and completely new to the care industry. I come from a background within the entertainment industry, an industry I was fortunate to work in for over a decade, working both in hotels and aboard cruise ships as a singer and dancer within the Production Team and Manager of the team. My background has given me a wonderful insight into fantastic customer service and organising and delivering the activities and events within the home has been extremely rewarding on a daily basis. I was welcomed to Signature at Reigate Grange in August 2023. I have worked in care for roughly 10 years in another Signature care home. I have worked in both the Care and Activities Departments. Activities are my passion as I enjoy being able to spend time with residents and listening to their life stories. If I am able to make our residents happy and smile, I feel I have successfully fulfilled my job.

I started at a previous Signature home as a Maintenance Assistant, progressing to be Manager and moved to Reigate Grange in 2023. Prior to coming into the care industry, I enjoyed renovating houses and did a lot of travelling for work. I thoroughly enjoy working here at Reigate and strive to keep the home and grounds to an excellent standard for our residents.
