Reigate Grange has looked after mum extremely well throughout her time there. The staff are all very caring and respectful of mum and even through the lockdown period, they have continued to keep a high standard of care.
Warmest regards,
Sarah-jane
During her time at Reigate Grange, my mother-in-law has been very happy and treated with exceptional care and consideration. The staff have always been kind, helpful and taken any of our concerns or suggestions very seriously.
Warmest regards.
Reigate Grange has proved to do be outstanding with the care of our 97-year-old mother particularly in the unprecedented time of lockdown. She has been beautifully loved and cared for by exceptional carers, well occupied by the activity staff and nourished by top quality food. All in all, she has 2 wonderful years, very happy and content years at this amazing care home. Thank you to all the staff
Warmest regards.
It has been so difficult to be able to keep in touch with my friend during lockdown but Signature at Reigate Grange have not let this stop them! Zoom meetings have made me feel that anything is possible. My friend is happy and safe. The staff are just so kind and helpful. The management have been so brilliant with keeping me informed of how they are.
Very good friends of mine now live there. They are a couple and have different needs. They live in one apartment together. They are elderly and frail. They are very happy there. They tell me that they love the staff and the activities and the other people who live there are now friends.
I am so pleased that your friends are happy
Many thanks.
An old neighbour of mine moved to Reigate Grange where he was able to enjoy life again with the support and care that he needs.
Warmest regards
My friend is so well looked after. He is incredibly happy and I feel that his life has been extended due to the care that he receives.
Warmest regards.
My friends mother is a resident and it's so nice the family are so happy with the care she's receiving. Every time I go to Reigate Grange I'm greeted with a smile and the events they host such as the Christmas fair are so lovely and I have told my kids that's where I want to go when the time comes.
Warmest regards
The carers are all like angels - each and every one of them goes over and above each day - they put their life and soul into their job, they are kind, compassionate and extremely intuitive and boy oh boy they know how to give the inmates a fun time! They are all an absolute asset to Reigate Grange and I am very lucky that this is my mother's new home. And when this pandemic is over they all deserve a medal and a big party! The staff are simply the very best! Thank you
My Team will love reading this review - thank you!
I am an independent social worker who has two clients living at Reigate Grange. I have been involved with the home since it first opened and no matter what, the managers and their staff team delivery consistent, person-centred, high-quality care and support to their residents. The home itself is a delight to spend time in and provides a lovely homely environment on all floors. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and the communal areas are inviting and fun. But it's not all looks with Reigate Grange, it goes so much deeper. All the staff are totally dedicated to those they are supporting. They all know each resident's likes and dislikes, past history, families etc, that their care is always truly person-centred. If a relative of mine were to need to go into a care home, I would choose Reigate Grange above any other. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. I am so pleased that you feel so positively about your experiences of Reigate Grange. My teams will be delighted to read this review.
Warmest regards
Since arriving the care and staff have been wonderful and helpful. Always around if needed and always, bright and cheerful. We have a little joke.
As the 6 month's mark since moving in is nigh, a review seems timely and apt. We have been most impressed and pleased with the level of care, it's sensitivity, their patience, attention to details and responsiveness and this goes across the board of all those we have cause to interact with - Nurses, carers, cleaners, maintenance and management (sorry to the chef's and restaurant team, but we have not eaten there ourselves). The only negative remains that old, vexed and perennial issue - meals. We know 'it's difficult to please all of the people all of the time', but Car parking - not even going to go there!
Thank you for taking the time to review us, here at Reigate Grange. It's great to learn how impressed you are with the care we provide. I must agree with you that it can be a challenge in pleasing everyone, however here at Reigate Grange we recognise just how important the dining experience is and...
We are very lucky to be here where we are looked after so well. All the staff are so caring which makes for a very happy atmosphere. My friends say it's like a five-star hotel, but not so formal. I would recommend a visit.
Kind regards
General Manager
My husband and I moved into Signature Grange 16 months ago. My husband had a stoke sad to say 6 months ago he died so sad. I am lucky to be here. Such kindness from the management and staff and the residents. It truly is "home from home".
Warmest regards
General Manager
My apartment is spacious and well designed. The staff are all kind and helpful. As a downsizing move with overall assistance this arrangement has worked very well.

My mother came to the Grange in July 2019, since being here she has had the most amazing care. The staff are so helpful and I can't thank the carers enough for all they do. Always so positive, happy and kind. The food is very good and mum's room/bathroom is kept clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reigate Grange to any friends.
Warmest regards

My mum has found the nursing care very beneficial, the food and regular medication has had a very good effect on her health.
It is a large establishment which has a good community atmosphere. Thank you so much.
Sarah-Jane.
The level of care and attention to detail at the Grange is absolutely outstanding. Everyone is so caring and friendly and my mother is as happy as she has been for years. Both my father and I have complete peace of mind and mum could not be in a better place.
Warmest regards,
Sarah-Jane.
Poor leadership and weak management. This affected staff morale and consequently care. Many carers had no real depth of understanding dementia. A lovely physical environment with lots going on but sadly lacking in skilled carers and good leadership. Most staff warm and friendly and some exceptionally good at their job. Others not so. Quite a quick staff turnover with great staff moving on and sadly a reliance on agency staff.
Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on your experience of Reigate Grange from ten months ago and for highlighting areas you found to be in need of focus. I am pleased to hear that you feel we have some exceptionally good staff along with a lovely physical environment with lots going on and I will take great pleasure in feeding this back to my team. Warmest regards, Sarah-Jane.
This is the best care home we have seen. The facilities are first class and the staff are happy and caring. The feel at Reigate Grange is more like a luxury hotel than a care home and all the staff are friendly and made my parents feel at home. The restaurant is very good and serves a high standard menu. The activities are many and varied and all the residents seem very content.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful views of us here at Reigate Grange. We pride ourselves on creating a first-class experience for our residents and families and so your review is music to my ears. I will take great pleasure in sharing your review with my team. Warmest regards, Sarah-Jane.

I am proud to be the Dementia Care Manager at Reigate Grange, bringing over 12 years of experience within the care sector. Caring for others has always been more than just a career for me; it is my passion. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centred dementia care and making a positive difference to the lives of our residents and their families every day.
My career began in domiciliary care, supporting people to maintain their independence in their own homes while building meaningful relationships with them and their families. I then joined a Palliative Support Care Team, where I gained invaluable experience providing compassionate, dignified, and empathetic support to individuals and their loved ones during some of life's most challenging moments.
From there, I progressed into residential care, where I discovered my true passion for dementia care. Today, I am proud to be part of the team at Reigate Grange, where I have the privilege of leading our dementia community.
Dementia care is my area of expertise, and I firmly believe that every person deserves to be treated as an individual, with their own life story, choices, and preferences at the heart of everything we do. My vision is to develop a strong, knowledgeable, and compassionate team, creating an environment where residents feel safe, valued, understood, and truly at home.
I believe exceptional care is built on open communication, honesty, transparency, and teamwork. By supporting and empowering my colleagues, encouraging continuous learning, and leading by example, I strive to create a positive culture where everyone feels respected, listened to, and inspired to provide the highest standards of care.
Nothing is more rewarding than seeing our residents smile, feel comfortable, and enjoy meaningful moments each day. It is a privilege to work alongside such dedicated colleagues and to support the wonderful people who call Reigate Grange home. This is not just my profession; it is my passion.

I have been working in the care sector for over 15 years and am delighted to join the team at Signature at Reigate Grange. The home has gone from strength to strength over the past few years and has built an impressive reputation for delivering outstanding care alongside exceptional hospitality services. Signature’s approach to person-centred care is not only amplified through robust and bespoke care plans, but through a range of meaningful activities both within the home and the local community. With so many features on offer, including fine dining and wellbeing facilities, I would be proud to welcome you for a tour and to discuss how we can support your future care needs.

I started at a previous Signature home as a Maintenance Assistant, progressing to be Manager and moved to Reigate Grange in 2023. Prior to coming into the care industry, I enjoyed renovating houses and did a lot of travelling for work. I thoroughly enjoy working here at Reigate and strive to keep the home and grounds to an excellent standard for our residents.

I am an experienced Hotel and Hospitality Manager with over 18 years’ experience leading both large and small teams across the hospitality sector. I have a strong track record within hotels, resorts, established corporate businesses, and now within a luxury care home environment, consistently delivering exceptional standards of service.
Customer service and guest satisfaction are central to my approach, and I am highly motivated to deliver a five-star experience at all times. My background includes leading operational teams, managing processes, and driving business performance while ensuring outstanding guest and resident care.
I bring excellent communication, organisational, planning, and leadership skills, and I am a confident, hands-on manager who leads by example. I am equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively with teams, and I take pride in supporting, motivating, and developing others.
With relevant qualifications in the Hospitality Industry, I am a strong and approachable leader who believes in leading from the front. Providing high-quality service, dignity, and a memorable experience to residents and guests is always my top priority, and I am confident I am a valuable asset to any organisation.

I’ve spent most of my professional life in hospitality, but a few years ago I realised I wanted to do something more meaningful and rewarding. That decision led me to the care sector and ultimately to Signature at Reigate Grange.
Since joining the team, I’ve progressed from Hospitality Assistant to Hospitality Supervisor, and now manage the Activities Department. I love engaging with our residents every day and creating fun, thoughtful activities that they can truly look forward to.
What motivates me most is building a warm, vibrant atmosphere where residents feel valued, entertained, and cared for. It’s a real privilege to be part of their lives and to help make each day a little brighter.

Bruno Morao is the talented Head Chef at Reigate Grange Care Home, where he leads the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents.
Bruno first joined Reigate Grange as Sous Chef in February 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in the care sector catering. His dedication and passion for food led to his promotion to Head Chef in May 2025.
Originally from Portugal, Bruno has lived in England for more than 20 years and earned his professional chef qualifications here. He is passionate about creating delicious, nutritious meals with a particular love for Mediterranean cuisine.
Bruno is committed to designing seasonal menus that celebrate fresh, high-quality ingredients and meet the diverse dietary needs of residents. His approach to food is centred on teamwork, creativity, and making every meal a memorable experience.

I joined Reigate Grange in November 2022 and feel incredibly privileged to be part of such a dedicated and caring team. Before joining the care sector, I worked as a Personal Assistant to a Regional Manager for a well-known supermarket chain, where I developed extensive experience in administration, organisation, finance, and people management.
As Business Administration Manager, I oversee many of the important functions behind the scenes, including HR, finance, recruitment, compliance, and supporting our managers and team members. My role is to help ensure that everything runs smoothly so that our residents receive the highest standards of care and service every day.
I am passionate about supporting both our residents and colleagues and take great pride in creating an efficient, positive, and well-organised environment. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is knowing that the work I do contributes to making a difference in people's lives, whether directly or indirectly.
What I enjoy most about Reigate Grange is the warm, family atmosphere and the opportunity to work alongside such a compassionate and dedicated team. Every day brings something different, and it is incredibly fulfilling to be part of a community that puts residents at the heart of everything we do.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, making memories, and taking time to relax and recharge.
