Each bedroom contains a fully adjustable bed, a flat-screen television, a call point, Wi-Fi, storage a desk and an en-suite wet room. Immaculately decorated kitchenettes, dining and lounge areas are spread across the four floors, all accessible with by a lift.
There is a dedicated activities room and a hair salon with a weekly hairdresser offering all hair services. Residents are supported and encouraged to continue their current hobbies and to try new things.
A weekly menu is produced to provide a range of choices for home-cooked and nutritionally balanced food. Individual meals are created for those with dietary requirements.

After a difficult time coming to.terms that I could no longer continue the 24 hour care for my father I chose to place him in the care of the amazing care staff on 2nd floor dementia at Willow Rose. Since he has been living there I sincerely cannot fault the genuine care he receives from the carers. He has developed a great rapport with staff and feels comfortable in their presence. As I live local and visit regular I have noted that both lounges are always manned by staff that residents are taken to toilets on request and comforted when distressed. The staff not only support the residents but play a wonderful role in support for friends and family too. The home itself has a full daily schedule of activities, fabulous home cooked meals, beautiful rooms and decorated to a high standard. I feel at ease knowing my father is so well liked and the carers go above and beyond to make conversation with his to take that time to know all about him. I am very happy.

Willow Rose do alot of activities for their residents to keep them entertained during the day. They also have an added bonus of a a cinema plus a gym. The nursing floor is well maintained and monitored at all times for residents who aren't able to get out of bed. It gets full marks from me!

I really enjoy working alongside Jamie and T at reception. It brings back fond memories of my time working in a call centre. Being part of the reception team gives me a real sense of purpose, and I love meeting all the lovely people who come to visit us.
