The care staff at the residential home are particularly kind and caring. They are keen to accomodate any needs. They managed to find us a tasty roast dinner and pudding at very short notice when our plans fell through and we were unable to take my father in law out for a meal. Very much appreciated

Excellent all round care and attention to mum's needs.
Just need a bit more practice making a cup of tea the Welsh way - LOL.

It is a pleasure to visit Mum in Perrins House. Since moving in last year, she seems content and comfortable, despite her confusion. The staff are kind and caring, and the nursing care is excellent. Mum enjoys the meals provided; the staff encourage her to eat in the (very pleasant) dining room. Although
she sleeps a lot, the staff encourage her to go along to the activities on other days, which she enjoys, so she is getting some stimulation during each week.
Reply from Jo Bennett, General Manager at Friends of the Elderly Malvern (Bradbury Court, Davenham and Perrins House)Thank you so much for your thoughtful and kind review.
It's truly lovely to hear that your mum is feeling content and comfortable at Perrins House. We understand how important peace of mind is for families, and I'm so pleased that our team has been able to provide the care, encouragement, and support she needs.
Your comments about the kindness of our staff, the quality of the nursing care, and the dining and activities mean a great deal to us. We're especially glad to hear that your mum is enjoying her meals and is being gently encouraged to stay engaged and stimulated throughout the week.
I will be sure to share your feedback with the whole team-they will be very touched by your words. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

My brother has been in Bradbury Court for over 4 years - during which time his condition has deteriorated, and he now needs full support in every aspect of day to day living. He is always clean and well catred for each and every time I visit him. The staff are so caring, and nothing is too much trouble.
The atmosphere is always cheerful and calm, run by extremely experienced, well trained staff. Every area is bright, full of familiar items, making it a wonderful home from home. I would recommend Bradbury to any family looking for excellent care for a loved one.
Reply from Jo Bennett, General Manager at Friends of the Elderly Malvern (Bradbury Court, Davenham and Perrins House)Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. It truly means a great deal to all of us, to hear about your positive experience.
We are honoured to care for your brother, and we're very grateful for the trust you have placed in our team. Your recognition of our staff's dedication, compassion, and professionalism will be shared with them-they will be delighted to know their efforts are making such a difference.
Creating a warm, safe, and homely environment for our residents is at the heart of everything we do, so it's wonderful to hear that this is reflected in your visits.
Thank you again for your recommendation and continued support. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there is ever anything more we can do for you or your brother.

My Mother has dementia and attended the Malvern Day Care Centre twice a week for a couple of years prior to going into a home recently.
She very much benefitted from her days there - it gave her a much needed boost and she was always saying how much she enjoyed the food, activities and company. I
cannot praise Linda, Shirley and their team enough for their care and support. They consistently went over and beyond in order to help mum, and us too, at a difficult time in her life which was invaluable, particularly as we do not live locally.
A huge and heartfelt thank you from us all - we will miss you!

FOTE was one of a number of residential settings viewed and stood out as a home that was authentic and held the residents and their families central to everything they do.

Initially mum went into Bradbury Court for respite care for two weeks; however, to our amazement she settled in very quickly

nd enjoyed the company of the other residents and staff. Seeing her content, well cared for and feeling safe helped us make the decision that was best for her and that was to remain at Bradbury Court.

The care she received was outstanding, there are a small number of residents who are cared for by staff who genuinely care and take the time to get to know every residents little ways and likes and dislikes. It really is like one big happy family with staff, residents and families all interacting together during activities or just spending time in the lounge areas together.

Food is delicious and plentiful, the house itself is beautiful and the grounds are a delight to wander.

Our team is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and caring environment, and feedback like yours reassures us that we are achieving what matters most to our residents and their loved ones.
Your kind words will be shared with the whole team, we take great pride in getting to know each resident as an individual and supporting them with dignity, warmth, and compassion every day.
Thank you again for your trust and lovely recommendation.

Mum is 95 with dementia and limited mobility. She moved from domiciliary care to Perrins House a year ago. We looked at many homes in the area and are really happy that we chose Perrins House. The staff are capable and friendly and are genuinely concerned to keep her safe, healthy and happy. Staff
turnover seems to be low, which gives consistency and means the staff get to know the residents. The building is wheelchair friendly and the beautiful gardens are accessible. We are free to come and go as we like and always feel welcome. I particularly like the ambience of Perrins House, it's not trying to be a country house hotel but nor does it feel like a care home. It's spacious and nice touches like good china and tablecloths make it feel homely. The range of activities is good, carefully planned and shaped around the residents. I am happy that we made the right decision and have found the best place for mum to feel at home and be well cared for and contented.
Reply from Jo Bennett, General Manager at Friends of the Elderly Malvern (Bradbury Court, Davenham and Perrins House)Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and kind review. My wife has attended first one day a week for day care and later extended to two days. Over the last 12 months my wife has enjoyed her 'days out' and she has always been greeted warmly and made to feel part of the 'family'. Without exception she has been made to feel comfortable and included and has
formed attachments to several people. The day care has come to an end only because she is now in permanent care. The day care unit is particularly good not just because of the lovely staff but because it is a home from home and not a clinical setting. Highly recommended.

My sister, Maura, who was always determined to never end up in a care home, has taken to Davenham like a duck to water. She is remarkably content there. Her health is very well looked after, she loves the food there and her accommodation is second to none. It was a great stroke of luck for us to

Since my mum started attending the day centre, she has truly blossomed. She is so much happier and really looks forward to going. Its wonderful to see her come home smiling & relaxed and she speaks so fondly of the staff and how caring & kind they are. The staff really are so incredibly kind and patient
and go above and beyond in their support, not only to my mum, but to me as well. They have been so knowledgeable, understanding and supportive around her diagnosis, which means more than I can say. The regular communication and updates are fantastic and put my mind at ease. The atmosphere is homely, warm, friendly and safe, with lots of laughter & singing! It's such a comfort knowing that my Mum is treated with such dignity & care. I am extremely grateful for everything that they do.

All the staff at the day centre where my husband attended were brilliant. They are all very professional , yet really personal to my husband's individual needs. They reassured me and my husband loved going and looked forward to his visits. They were very attentive to every detail to make it a special
time for him and in turn made me feel safe when dropping him off. I can not thank them enough , you all work really hard and I really appreciated everything you did.

I am the primary carer/ husband of my wife who, because of her dementia, requires full time support and care. In March last year I began the search for a day care centre which would give me some time out in looking after her. After viewing a number of centres together with the family I decided the FOE
day centre at Davenham would be the place most suited to my wife's needs. How right we were! Despite initial reservations from my wife she soon settled in to the daily routines and activitiies. We increased attendance from 2 to 3 days per week very soon after the intial few months.
All of the staff there were and are brilliant with nothing too much trouble to make my wife comfortable and with the amount of activities available, the reassurance by the care staff when she feels a little vulnerable and the general ambience of the surroundings I would strongly recommend the Davenham day centre to anyone who wants that extra little bit of care and support for the service user and their carer
