Thank you to all the members of Staff at Little Bramingham care home who have helped Mum settle into her new home .
Everyone wears a smile and is kind, caring and understanding and I am always warmly welcomed when visiting Mum . I am amazed at
the range of daily activities which are varied and
stimulating ,with everyone encouraged to join in . My Grand daughters especially enjoyed the Easter fun morning which was open to the Community which I felt was lovely for the residents .
The home cooked food in the dining room always looks delicious and it is an added bonus that family members and friends can stay and have lunch .
What a wonderful place , so very lucky to have found you . Thank you
Reply from Emma Lawrance, Registered Manager at Little Bramingham FarmThank you so much for your lovely words. We're so pleased your Mum has settled in well and that you always feel welcome when you visit.
It's great to hear mum, yourself and your granddaughters enjoyed the Easter fun morning, and we're glad the activities and atmosphere have made such a positive difference.
Our chef Jim will be so pleased to hear your kind comments about the food always looking so lovely, we are very lucky to have him.
Your Mum has blossomed and her love of gardening has already been a big help too, she's been giving us some great advice in the garden and it's lovely to have her sharing her knowledge with us all and helping water the raised beds.
Its nice to know that we are doing our best for your mum, thank you.

My Mother has dementia and attended the Malvern Day Care Centre twice a week for a couple of years prior to going into a home recently.
She very much benefitted from her days there - it gave her a much needed boost and she was always saying how much she enjoyed the food, activities and company. I
cannot praise Linda, Shirley and their team enough for their care and support. They consistently went over and beyond in order to help mum, and us too, at a difficult time in her life which was invaluable, particularly as we do not live locally.
A huge and heartfelt thank you from us all - we will miss you!

Fantastic care home!! Within 2 weeks the staff asked if it was ok for my mother to "help" by doing small chores. This is absolutely what my mum loves to do and I was very impressed that the staff had got to know her so well so quickly!
Communication has been consistently excellent and the nurses have
spotted mum was unwell very quickly indeed and arranged GP visit/medication pick up.
The care home is kep immaculately clean, the food is delicious and the staff all make everyone feel like part of the family.
It's wonderful to know how well my mum is being taken care of, a massive thank you to Friends Place for everything. Highly recommended!!
Reply from Alina Gutu, Care Home Manager at Friends PlaceThank you so much for your wonderful review. It truly means a lot to our entire team.
We're delighted to hear how quickly your mum has settled in and how much she's enjoying being involved in day-to-day activities-keeping that sense of purpose is so important, and we're glad we could support her in a way that feels natural and meaningful to her.
Your kind words about our team's attentiveness, communication, and care are greatly appreciated. We always strive to get to know each resident as an individual and to respond promptly to any changes in their wellbeing, so it's reassuring to hear this has made a positive difference for your mum.
We're also very pleased that you've noticed the cleanliness of the home and enjoyed the food-we take great pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable and cared for.
Thank you again for your trust and recommendation. It's a privilege to care for your mum and to have her as part of our Friends Place family.

Friends of the Elderly Malvern (Bradbury Court, Davenham and Perrins House)

from Nikki S (Daughter of Resident) published on 13 April 2026

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
FOTE was one of a number of residential settings viewed and stood out as a home that was authentic and held the residents and their families central to everything they do.

Initially mum went into Bradbury Court for respite care for two weeks; however, to our amazement she settled in very quickly

nd enjoyed the company of the other residents and staff. Seeing her content, well cared for and feeling safe helped us make the decision that was best for her and that was to remain at Bradbury Court.

The care she received was outstanding, there are a small number of residents who are cared for by staff who genuinely care and take the time to get to know every residents little ways and likes and dislikes. It really is like one big happy family with staff, residents and families all interacting together during activities or just spending time in the lounge areas together.

Food is delicious and plentiful, the house itself is beautiful and the grounds are a delight to wander.

Reply from Jo Bennett, General Manager at Friends of the Elderly Malvern (Bradbury Court, Davenham and Perrins House)Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a kind 5-star review. It truly means a great deal to us.
We are delighted to hear that you and your family have been happy with the care and support for Mum, it is our pleasure. Our team is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and caring environment, and feedback like yours reassures us that we are achieving what matters most to our residents and their loved ones.
Your kind words will be shared with the whole team, we take great pride in getting to know each resident as an individual and supporting them with dignity, warmth, and compassion every day.
Thank you again for your trust and lovely recommendation.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Mum is 95 with dementia and limited mobility. She moved from domiciliary care to Perrins House a year ago. We looked at many homes in the area and are really happy that we chose Perrins House. The staff are capable and friendly and are genuinely concerned to keep her safe, healthy and happy. Staff
turnover seems to be low, which gives consistency and means the staff get to know the residents. The building is wheelchair friendly and the beautiful gardens are accessible. We are free to come and go as we like and always feel welcome. I particularly like the ambience of Perrins House, it's not trying to be a country house hotel but nor does it feel like a care home. It's spacious and nice touches like good china and tablecloths make it feel homely. The range of activities is good, carefully planned and shaped around the residents. I am happy that we made the right decision and have found the best place for mum to feel at home and be well cared for and contented.
Reply from Jo Bennett, General Manager at Friends of the Elderly Malvern (Bradbury Court, Davenham and Perrins House)Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and kind review. Our care home is lovely. There is always something going on to stimulate the residents with plenty of options to opt out. The staff are so friendly and obviously fond of the residents. We are so lucky to have found this care home to look after our loved one and so grateful.
The home is so clean,
they have introduced murals depicting times pasted. They display menus for the day, they take an interest in relatives. Absolutely spot on, feels like you are part of one large family.

My wife has attended first one day a week for day care and later extended to two days. Over the last 12 months my wife has enjoyed her 'days out' and she has always been greeted warmly and made to feel part of the 'family'. Without exception she has been made to feel comfortable and included and has
formed attachments to several people. The day care has come to an end only because she is now in permanent care. The day care unit is particularly good not just because of the lovely staff but because it is a home from home and not a clinical setting. Highly recommended.

Our mother has now been resident at New Copford Place for 2 years, during which time she has been lovingly looked after by a wonderful team of carers. These people make it a pleasure for us to visit and we have built up a lovely, friendly relationship with them all.
The excellent chef, who was in the
kitchen when mum firstly arrived, moved on to pastures anew about a year ago and the food has definitely deteriorated since that time, which is a shame, but the food is still satisfactory.
Overall, we are very pleased that we chose New Copford Place for the next phase of our mum's life as we now know that she is receiving all the love and care that she deserves.
Reply from Daniel Sabau, Care Home Manager at New Copford Place Residential Care HomeThank you for taking the time to complete the review. The catering manager and I worked together and several changes were done in the last couple of months, which I hope they have been noticed. Also, thank you for the lovely words about our care team, I will let them know their work is noticed and appreciated. Kind regards, Daniel

New Copford Place Residential Care Home

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
A well run and very friendly care home.
Lots of activities and staff interaction.
Rooms and communal areas very clean.
Mum seems very happy and is always smiling when I visit.
She does sometimes seem to be left in her room with nothing to do and the TV not switched on.
Lots of her clothing has
been mislaid and were several pairs of reading glasses.
There is a lack of communication between shift leaders and my intructions are not very often passed on to all staff members.
