Every time she returned home, she was smiling, engaged, and eager to share little moments from her day - something we hadn't seen in a long time. Even though her time there was brief, she absolutely loved it, and we felt a huge sense of comfort knowing she was in such capable, kind hands. The team clearly go above and beyond for every person who walks through the door.

were so lovely. Unfortunately mum's illness progressed fast so we had to move her to a full time care home, but we know mum was super happy to stay at the day centre if she could. I would recommend the day centre for anyone that wants to ensure there loved one is looked after well and provides stimulation, other than just TV. The day centre staff are all wonderful and we miss them very much.

Although Mum enjoys her own company, attention is paid to giving her stimulation. The surroundings always appear clean and tidy. During Covid, so much attention seems to have been paid to the safety of the group of residents, and agile thinking, such as visits through the windows, was welcome. I am so very grateful to all the staff who care so kindly.

are really like (as we still cannot be involved in these or meet the other residents) and how all the carers treat the residents. Most of the carers I have met have seemed fine, (and some excellent) although rather overstretched. The setting of the home is beautiful.
Regardless of the effects of the pandemic, my family and I have several significant concerns about how the home has been managed during the last two years (2020-2022). I have made complaints about this. Improvements are definitely needed, notably in safety, overall organisation, communication between staff and with residents' families.
