There were a handful of staff which were brilliant but let down by the majority. Management were weak, vastly unpleasant and not suitable for post. Nursing was hit and miss the same can be said for the care. Far to reliant on agency staff. In some instances archaic and unhelpful views and...
There were a handful of staff which were brilliant but let down by the majority. Management were weak, vastly unpleasant and not suitable for post. Nursing was hit and miss the same can be said for the care. Far to reliant on agency staff. In some instances archaic and unhelpful views and practices. In some instances it seemed to run for the convenience of staff rather than service uses. The home is wrapped like a beautiful present but the present lacks lustre.
