Such a lovely, clean, friendly home. My mother stayed here for just over a year and the staff treated her with dignity and kindness until she peacefully passed away. The staff are extremely well trained and took great care of her. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive and approachable I highly
recommend this care home.

My dad was in the home for 6 weeks before he died. All the staff were incredibly kind and worked so hard. The nursing care was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and advice was taken from multiple outside clinicians to ensure that my dad had the best care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ruislip

My mother was very well cared for during her time as a resident at The Boyne. All the staff from carers through to laundry staff very kind and friendly. Mum was a resident for over five years. She enjoyed having a laugh with both residents and staff. The home has a family atmosphere. The management
team are passionate about the residents' care.
I miss my visits as Mum, sadly, is no longer with us.

Primrose House Care home is two houses turned into one large nursing home, catering for 25 residents. My mother has been there for 3 months and has settled really well. The staff are very attentive, caring and really know the residents they care for in every way, always ready to assist as a team.
The
manager gets on great with her staff and is very hands on if needed. She also has an open door approach and is easy to talk to if you need to discuss a concern, of which will always be acted upon.
The food is always fresh, nourishing and served in a pleasant manner. The staff will always confide in you if they have any worries or concerns to do with your relative. Overall the home is a very pleasant and clean environment.
