Care Homes Owned by 'Achieve together' in Lincolnshire

My Nan is very happy at this home. She was taken ill in hospital and lost her independence. She was told she would have to go into a care home. At first she was reluctant but the staff and other residents made her feel at home. She told me that it is now her home and it feels like she has another family. She enjoys the activity especially the parties they have. It is really reassuring that she is so happy at the home.
