My mum in law has been in limetree since April 2025 with dementia. She has settled in so well and now thinks of it as her home. She loves the staff and they tell us how fond of her they are too. The care and understanding given to her has been lovely. She is always at the forefront joining in the activities
and is always happy, we looked at other carehomes but limetree sone out. So glad we got a room here.

Lovely home and I am so pleased my mother has a room here. She is really happy and feels so safe in her environment. Which is important to her family. The staff are so kind and the home is full of laughter. It is always very clean and smells nice.
Communications from the home to family members with
any updates or concerns with my mother's weight checks etc are excellent. We would and have, recommended lime tree manor to other friends that have been looking for a dementia care provider with good outcomes.

Thankyou for your Care Limetree and thanks from the family.

My mother is a resident in the Nursing Home and I can honestly say that myself and my siblings continue to be overwhelmed by the quality of the care she receives. The Carers are all Angels - they always treat my mother with the upmost respect, compassion, kindness & love. The Nurses are amazing too
- they treat my mother in the same amazing way, taking proactive action to keep her on an even keel and comfortable, always comprehensively debriefing me on how she's been since my previous visit. Alina (The Manager) is very helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring - clearly she manages the home by setting an amazing example that her wonderful team follow. Anybody needing care for their love ones Wilton House my strong recommendation.

Over the past 4 years the staff at Wilton House provided great support for our sister who was in the home for dementia care. She was very well looked after by all the staff right from the beginning.. The GP visits the home regularly and if there are any changes or issues any medication which is required
is provided promptly. The staff are like a big family all getting on with each other. They are cheerful and you are made very welcome when you visit your relative. The home was always kept clean and the level of care is excellent. There is excellent communication from the Home via emails or telephone calls. The food was good and varied and well presented. The Entertainment staff work well to keep the Residents happy. Visiting was easy with no restrictions. We were able to take our sister out when we wanted. The Staff making a wheelchair available for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wilton House to anyone

My father was a patient for a week and we cannot praise enough the care and love he was given and shown. The staff are a credit to their profession and nothing was any trouble for them. It was a great comfort for all of our family that my Dad was so well looked after. Thank you from the bottom of our
hearts xx

From the moment i went to view lime tree for my father i knew the place would be perfect.
The head Nurse came to visit my father in hospital to review him. She was fantastic.
A few days later I took dad into the home to a very warm welcome. It was late evening. And they had saved him some dinner.
I can not find a single fault with this home. It is simply perfect. Or as we have to say in reviews. Outstanding. The level of care is top notch. The staff are more like family. When my father past in may we where so greatfull that his last months where spent in a loving caring place. Dads favorate nurse was there right by his side. And was a great comfort to myself and the family.

As we had a family wedding/holiday to attend in February, Mum went into respite care at the tender age of 100 and when we returned she decided that she wanted to stay there full time. She knew her time to depart this world was coming and we were relieved that she felt comfortable staying at Lime Tree
Manor where she would receive 24 hour care with much love and support from the staff.

As a family we were extremely grateful for the way they cared for mum right up to the age of 100 and five months.

Thank you all at Lime Tree Manor

Mum became a resident at Lime Tree Manor in May 2023, where she lived until her passing from dementia in March 2025. Throughout her time there, she was treated with the utmost kindness, dignity, and compassion. The staff ensured she was always well cared for, comfortable, and in a warm, welcoming environment.
All the staff were always approachable, keeping us informed and offering support when we needed it most. We are deeply grateful for the love and care she received. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lime Tree Manor to anyone seeking a nurturing and compassionate home for their loved one. Thank you to everyone at Lime Tree Manor for your unwavering dedication.

My father had been a resident in Lime Tree Manor from August 2021 until his passing in February 2025. During this time he was very well looked after, always clean and very well fed but most of all he was treated with kindness and respect, and for that I will always be truly grateful.
When his condition
deteriorated he was moved to the nursing unit where the care he received was exemplary, the staff showed us compassion and respect and I was able to stay the night with my dad where I felt safe and supported. Thank you to all the staff at Lime Tree Manor

My Mother resided at Limetree Manor in the dementia unit for almost the past 2 years. What should a carehome be...its in the name they really Care about the residents wellbeing and needs and they provide a real home not an institution. The staff are always on hand to discuss any concerns. There are
plenty of activities to entertain residents and relatives are welcome and encouraged to join in.
I am especially grateful for the gentle care and support we received at the end of Mums life which enabled her to die in comfort and dignity. Thankyou.

My husband has been at Wilton House for 4 weeks. I am very happy with the care he is receiving. He has complex issues, both physical and mental, and can be very demanding at times. The manager and all the staff are very caring, compassionate and have lots of patience. I think the staff all do an incredible
job. As well as looking after him so well they always have time to talk to me. I would highly recommend Wilton House to anyone who is seeking residential/nursing care for themselves or their relative.

The building was very clean and welcoming and they had facilities there for my Dad to have his hair cut and other services like a podiatrist, and they were so lovely helping to keep my Dad looking good, which was important to him.
Unfortunately, my Dad was too unwell to join in with any of the activities
held at the home, but it looked like they had lots of options if your loved one was more able.
All the staff were so caring and respectful and gave my Dad the utmost of dignity all the time he spent there before his passing.
They supported my Dad and me and all my family in every possible way, especially with emotional support and kindness.
I can only praise all the staff, including Nurses, care assistants and cleaners, and every one of them showed that they truly cared for my Dad's well being, to the very end of his life.
Thank you to each and everyone at Lime Tree Manor.

Mum moved into Lime Tree Manor (LTM) in July 2022 and lived there until her passing from dementia in November 2024. My sister and myself cannot speak too highly of the kindness and compassion that she received from the staff at Lime Tree Manor during this time. Mum was always clean and tidy, was well
fed and lived in an immaculate room, suitably furnished, a 'home from home'. The staff were always approachable and helpful, ready to answer questions and keeping us both well informed as to how Mum was getting on. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lime Tree Manor to anyone with an elderly relative looking to move into a care home. Thank you to everyone at Lime Tree Manor - your collective help was most greatly appreciated.

This wonderful caring place has been home to my father for two years. The management and staff including the activities staff go above and beyond to make his stay happy and safe. The atmosphere is homely and everyone smiles. Most of the staff are long standing which is reassuring, they are professional
and keep me updated on a weekly basis. LimeTree Manor is excellent, I cannot recommend it enough.

My 91-year-old mother recently passed away at Lime Tree Manor. She had been a resident for just over 2 years. During her time there, she was bedridden; her health and dementia gradually deteriorated and she was very frail and weak.
I am her daughter and live over 250 miles away in Wales. I visited
Mum as often as I possibly could and phoned often. The staff in turn kept me informed with updates regarding her health care.
I cannot speak highly of all the staff; from senior staff to the nurses, carers and activity ladies. They are all professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. Mum was treated with kindness and respect and cared for to a high degree. I was made welcome too on each of my visits. It was like a 'home from home' and not only will I miss my mum very much, I will miss the staff too. Lime Tree is a well-run residential and nursing home, and I would not hesitate to recommend it for the care of your loved one in their twilight years.

My wife has Alzheimer's, young onset dementia with Lewy body at an advanced/severe stage. She is extremely well cared for at Wilton House Nursing and Residential Home. I am very grateful to the manager, the nursing, care, catering, housekeeping, maintenance and the administration staff in the manner
they provide for not just my wife but all residents. Caring for the residents is what everyone focuses on but the team at Wilton House extend the care to the family of the residents with outstanding empathy. This is from my personal experience as I visit my wife daily and have done so over the past 30 months that my wife has been at Wilton House.
I note the rating is limited to 'Excellent' but it is my opinion that Wilton House and the team are rated 'Outstanding'.

My mother has been a resident at Lime Tree Manor for nursing care since January 2024.
The care and kindness of the staff and management have been first-class. My mother arrived after a long spell in hospital and was very weak being bed-bound for several weeks. The nurses and staff have provided
excellent support to help my mum recover to a level where she is no longer bed-bound and has the strength to do more things independently for herself. She now is able to socialise with other residents and join them for meals each day. I am extremely grateful for all that has been done.
The care home is well run and to a high standard of cleanliness. The facilities and equipment are very good too.
The staff are excellent and treat all residents and visitors with kindness and are cheerful and pleasant to everyone.
