My husband has been a resident since May 2025. I can't say enough about the staff and activity team. They look after my husband with a lot of care and empathy. The activity team are brilliant. My husband joins in. He loves the music and gets on really well with Teresa and Gianina. They're not only the activity team but spend a lot of time with the residents and helping the staff. They know how to get the residents involved. Overall the care/nursing home are fantastic. Not only to the residents but the families too

The team at Wilton House are fantastic. My father had advanced Dementia and Alzheimers and we as a family were so grateful that my dad was able to spend his final years in this wonderful care home.The team gave so much care, kindness, patience and understanding to my dad's challenging needs. We were always kept well informed, made to feel welcome as part of the care home family and never once did we leave the care home concerned or worried about my fathers care, we could leave with peace of mind. They are an amazing team of people and the management definitely know how to run an outstanding care home, I will always be forever grateful and would highly recommend this care home.

The team looked after our dad for 4 years and showed him the utmost care and kindness. They would share photos of activities. It was obvious when we visited him that the staff cared for him, which was very reassuring for us.

My mum in law has been in limetree since April 2025 with dementia. She has settled in so well and now thinks of it as her home. She loves the staff and they tell us how fond of her they are too. The care and understanding given to her has been lovely. She is always at the forefront joining in the activities and is always happy, we looked at other carehomes but limetree sone out. So glad we got a room here.

Communications from the home to family members with any updates or concerns with my mother's weight checks etc are excellent. We would and have, recommended lime tree manor to other friends that have been looking for a dementia care provider with good outcomes.

My mother is a resident in the Nursing Home and I can honestly say that myself and my siblings continue to be overwhelmed by the quality of the care she receives. The Carers are all Angels - they always treat my mother with the upmost respect, compassion, kindness & love. The Nurses are amazing too - they treat my mother in the same amazing way, taking proactive action to keep her on an even keel and comfortable, always comprehensively debriefing me on how she's been since my previous visit. Alina (The Manager) is very helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring - clearly she manages the home by setting an amazing example that her wonderful team follow. Anybody needing care for their love ones Wilton House my strong recommendation.

Over the past 4 years the staff at Wilton House provided great support for our sister who was in the home for dementia care. She was very well looked after by all the staff right from the beginning.. The GP visits the home regularly and if there are any changes or issues any medication which is required is provided promptly. The staff are like a big family all getting on with each other. They are cheerful and you are made very welcome when you visit your relative. The home was always kept clean and the level of care is excellent. There is excellent communication from the Home via emails or telephone calls. The food was good and varied and well presented. The Entertainment staff work well to keep the Residents happy. Visiting was easy with no restrictions. We were able to take our sister out when we wanted. The Staff making a wheelchair available for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wilton House to anyone

My father was a patient for a week and we cannot praise enough the care and love he was given and shown. The staff are a credit to their profession and nothing was any trouble for them. It was a great comfort for all of our family that my Dad was so well looked after. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts xx

A few days later I took dad into the home to a very warm welcome. It was late evening. And they had saved him some dinner. I can not find a single fault with this home. It is simply perfect. Or as we have to say in reviews. Outstanding. The level of care is top notch. The staff are more like family. When my father past in may we where so greatfull that his last months where spent in a loving caring place. Dads favorate nurse was there right by his side. And was a great comfort to myself and the family.

As we had a family wedding/holiday to attend in February, Mum went into respite care at the tender age of 100 and when we returned she decided that she wanted to stay there full time. She knew her time to depart this world was coming and we were relieved that she felt comfortable staying at Lime Tree Manor where she would receive 24 hour care with much love and support from the staff.

As a family we were extremely grateful for the way they cared for mum right up to the age of 100 and five months.

Mum became a resident at Lime Tree Manor in May 2023, where she lived until her passing from dementia in March 2025. Throughout her time there, she was treated with the utmost kindness, dignity, and compassion. The staff ensured she was always well cared for, comfortable, and in a warm, welcoming environment. All the staff were always approachable, keeping us informed and offering support when we needed it most. We are deeply grateful for the love and care she received. When his condition deteriorated he was moved to the nursing unit where the care he received was exemplary, the staff showed us compassion and respect and I was able to stay the night with my dad where I felt safe and supported. Thank you to all the staff at Lime Tree Manor

My husband has been at Wilton House for 4 weeks. I am very happy with the care he is receiving. He has complex issues, both physical and mental, and can be very demanding at times. The manager and all the staff are very caring, compassionate and have lots of patience. I think the staff all do an incredible job. As well as looking after him so well they always have time to talk to me. I would highly recommend Wilton House to anyone who is seeking residential/nursing care for themselves or their relative.
