Once my father arrived, we could immediately see the care, compassion and diligence of the whole team - not just for him but for all of the residents. The way they go about their work is wonderful, we can never thank them enough for that. Although my father was only with them a short time, we felt that the team at The Laurels really got to know him and made him feel comfortable and welcome, and it was lovely to hear them occasionally laughing together - like any family members would. Many of my memories of Dad's stay at The Laurels will forever be happy ones.

mum went again to The Laurels for respite following a bout of illness and hospital stay. Unfortunately she sadly passed away on 28 January whilst there. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and love they showed to my mum in her final weeks, days and hours. That care and love extended to her family at a very sad time. The management and staff are amazing - their prime focus is ensuring their residents are safe happy and well looked after. I would not hesitate in recommending them as a facility for any person needing residential care.

they are together. The staff at The Laurels treat my parents like their own. Lovingly and with such care. The senior management, keep me informed of any concerns and additional needs. The manager has selected the best team and they have done an amazing job in creating a relaxed and safe environment. Now I can visit my parents to see them and enjoy their latter years without worrying about them during the night. I honestly cannot thank them all enough for everything they do for my parents. I would highly recommend The Laurels as one of the best residential care homes for those who want a family feel for their loved ones.
