in arranging a transfer from hospital to The Laurels, everything was accommodated calmly and without fuss. Once my father arrived, we could immediately see the care, compassion and diligence of the whole team - not just for him but for all of the residents. The way they go about their work is wonderful, we can never thank them enough for that. Although my father was only with them a short time, we felt that the team at The Laurels really got to know him and made him feel comfortable and welcome, and it was lovely to hear them occasionally laughing together - like any family members would. Many of my memories of Dad's stay at The Laurels will forever be happy ones.

The management and staff are amazing - their prime focus is ensuring their residents are safe happy and well looked after. The manager has selected the best team and they have done an amazing job in creating a relaxed and safe environment. Now I can visit my parents to see them and enjoy their latter years without worrying about them during the night. I honestly cannot thank them all enough for everything they do for my parents.
