I cannot speak highly enough of this exceptional care home. From the moment you step through the doors, there is an atmosphere of compassion, professionalism, and genuine warmth. The staff are not only courteous and attentive but also demonstrate remarkable care and respect in everything they do. Their
dedication to the wellbeing of the residents is truly admirable. The standard of care is outstanding, and I have absolute peace of mind knowing that my mum is in such capable and loving hands. The meals, from what I've seen, are thoughtfully prepared and of excellent quality - nourishing and presented with care. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the environment to the thoughtfulness of the activities, reflects a home that is deeply committed to dignity, comfort, and quality of life. I honestly cannot find a single fault. We are so fortunate and grateful that my mum has found such a wonderful place.

My Mother-in-Law has been a resident at Crossroads House for 2.5 years. When the family visits we always see how kind and caring the staff are with residents, being cheery and chatty and responding to their individual needs.
The family is thankful to all the staff at Crossroads House for their dedication
and commitment to their jobs.

Since coming to respite I am a changed woman and have really enjoyed my stay here. There is so much to be doing. The staff are very helpful in every way. The food is very good and plenty. Last night we went on a bus ride to see the Christmas lights. That was wonderful. It makes one feel wanted and that's
what we want. It is eight years since I went out so I do very much appreciate that. I hope to spend many more years here and will be happy.

The staff at The Old Manor House are as friendly to friends and family as they are to their clients. A really good bunch, nothing is to much trouble for them. The clients are all well cared for, which shows and all seem very happy. Well done, you are true stars! My husband has been really happy at The
Old Manor House and refuses to go anywhere else. Happiness and contentment at 94 is paramount, which gives us as his family peace of mind. Never once has he complained or asked to go home which is a credit to the wonderful staff. I know if the roles were reversed or I needed residential care I would gladly go to The Old Manor House. Keep up the good work.

Our greeting from staff on arrival was very friendly. We were there for the afternoon tea round but was not offered refreshment. Could have travelled some distance and would have been nice to have been offered a cup of tea. Also noticed that there were no hand sanitisers at the entrance door. One could
be placed outside the main entrance door to use on arrival and on departure.
