recommend Highfields to anybody. The home is my mum's home, and the staff are family. Communication is excellent, and I know my mum is being cared for and is safe. Well done guys! The activities are excellent too!

Carers were unprofessional in their communication using inappropriate language and extremely insensitive speech. If I could leave negative stars I would as a dog would not have been allowed to suffer the way my dad did. This is an honest review based on eye witnessing and personal experiences. This organisation seriously needs investigating to prevent unnecessary suffering of vulnerable people.

It was fitting that my aunt ended her days in Bulwell, having spent most of her childhood living there. We would totally recommend Highfields to anyone looking for a place where the staff have the residents well being uppermost in their minds.
