I have had an excellent experience so far staying in Roman Wharf Care Home.

I highly recommend Roman Wharf. My mother in law was shown love and kindness during her stay at Roman Wharf. The level of care is excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble. The residents seem to have lots of choice and everyone is included in activities.

We are pleased with my mother-in-law's care. She has settled into her new home and receives excellent care. Everyone has been nice. Doing a great job.

My mum was a resident at Roman Wharf. She had a great time joining in with many activities with enthusiasm. The staff were always encouraging and supportive, and when Mum became ill the care she received was exceptional.

The staff are all very friendly, helpful and kind. I cannot speak highly enough about the way my nan has been cared for. During what was a difficult period for Nan, the manager always took the time to keep the family informed. I would certainly recommend the home for someone looking for a care home for their loved one.

From the first visit, I thought everything 1st class. Staff. Feeling of the home: warm, comfortable and so roomy. A pleasure to visit.

Had an issue getting invoices back, had to ask 3/4 times, took a few months to sort out. Great office staff. Brilliant activities.

I stayed at Roman Wharf for a short period. Roman Wharf is such a lovely place. Staff are friendly, caring and truly are amazing people. The food is great. I thoroughly enjoyed the activities during the day.

I can't thank Roman Wharf enough for the care my aunt received. Wonderful caring staff who made my aunt's life at Roman Wharf very happy during her last days. It was comforting to know she was safe and happy in her surroundings.

My wife was only in the home for just under 3 weeks. She was treated by some excellent staff who had obviously been well-trained. Management 1st class too, likewise other members, chef, etc. Recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend this care home not only for the respectful, loving, dignified care they all give to my mum, but also the understanding and practical help they give me with my anxiety and need to deal with 3rd parties, ie, social services.

Mum is happy and settled at Roman Wharf. All the staff are caring, cheerful and helpful and they genuinely seem to enjoy working with the residents. Mum's room is bright and cheerful.

When I first arrived with mum from hospital for respite period, I was distraught, the manager soon put me at ease and I have an amazing relationship with her and the deputy manager, mum has had the best care here, all staff are attentive treat with dignity and respect at all times, and speak on a good level. I cannot thank everyone enough here, mum is well cared for and safe. I would highly recommend.

I am so overwhelmed by the way we are greeted by staff and the way they are towards the residents. My sister-in-law is well cared for and very happy with the way the home has bounced back to the highest that I can say. The manager is doing a great job, keep it up, you are the best. We found St Luke's care and treatment of Dad to be excellent. Staff were always very respectful, reassuring and accommodating, and looked after Dad and the family with compassion.

So pleased to have found St Luke's Care Home, for a temporary stay for my partner after a particularly tough time at home. The staff are dedicating their time to care for and ensuring that the residents are well looked after. My partner says that the food is good and nourishing and nothing is too much trouble.
