I just want to thank you all for making my stay so pleasant.
I thought the carers were wonderful, they didn't lose their cool once, I think I would have had a complete meltdown!

Fantastic care home.
Everything we wanted for our Mum.
Caring, thoughtful staff, great food, clean and tidy facilities. The bedrooms are very well-appointed and spacious. The common room is lovely, and the other residents are welcoming and inclusive.

Excellent attitude of all staff. I was struggling with a number of health problems when I went to the home. Through kindness and understanding, they patiently helped me to cope with these problems.

I cannot rate the service of Ty Waunarlydd highly enough. We began to use the home for my mum last year and although it took a while for us to get used to this break apart I can honestly say it has been the best decision we ever made. My mum is looked after so well and she always comes home happy and
not distressed. It is the only time I have a proper break which allows me to recharge with the comfort of knowing my mum is safe and content; this helps me cope with my caring role again. The staff are like a big warm hug and have always been consistently helpful and kind when I call up with general queries about my mum's stay. Being a full-time carer is so challenging and I feel so supported by the staff at this home more than they probably realise. Thank you for everything.

I have recently spent nearly three weeks at Bonamaen House and it has prepared me well for my return home. I fell and broke my hip 4 weeks ago and went there after 8 days in hospital after a hip replacement. As soon as I got there everything seemed calm and friendly. All the staff were very professional
and friendly and I always felt safe and cared for. With the help of staff and physio, I progressed from managing a few steps with a walking frame to being able to walk with crutches and go up and down stairs. I have nothing but praise for all the staff there and Swansea Council for providing such a brilliant facility.

Fantastic post-operative care for three weeks. Well-equipped, inspiring treatments. Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food, comprehensive facilities, only problem was sadness in leaving.

My Mum was well looked after here, the staff are caring and considerate and treated Mum with dignity and kindness. A very clean home that serves it's residents really good food. There are no negative issues that I can say about Ty Waunarlwydd.

I stayed at Bonymaen House for 3 weeks and the staff were excellent, caring, patient and understanding, the help was fantastic and they helped and enabled me to go home and look after myself, the food was fab as was all the staff.

My father has settled in very well and this is due to the kindness and above and beyond attitude of the staff team. I have peace of mind as I know he is looked after well and that he lives in a homely environment with access to a garden.

I have extreme peace of mind with my mother's care at Ty Waun. My mother is being well cared for and the staff understand Alzheimer sufferers, I totally 100% favour Ty Waunarlwydd. I know my mum will be looked after here, and I can go to work knowing for a fact that Ty Waun is looking after mum, where
I couldn't because of my life commitments.
