My father-in-law was always clean and shaven, room was spotless. Thank you.

My wife had placement for after a hospital stay and we found the place to provide excellent care and service with the staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble, very clean and tidy. Residents are offered activities to participate in should they feel they want to join in but under no pressure to to so.

Care staff work very hard and are very attentive. Felt the company was not very friendly, could improve on empathy with family. Rooms clean but bedding could be updated. Went to Beverly a few days after my dad died with a thank-you gift staff at reception, did not speak to me not one word. Need some bereavement training.
